技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健粥,尤其涉及一种化痰解毒燕麦粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是我国的传统早餐,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。但现有粥存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加粥所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种化痰解毒燕麦粥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种化痰解毒燕麦粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:
大米30-48、燕麦20-25、猕猴桃10-12、营养添加剂6-8、海带泥4-5、羊骨2-3、六安瓜片3-5、甘草粉2-3、大豆皮2-4、豆干3-5、赤小豆5-6、酸奶6-7、黑木耳粉2-3、姜糖2-3、半夏2-3、络石藤3-4、石竹3-3.2、鼠尾草3-4、白薇2-3、山萸肉2-2.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3-3.3、藕节2-2.4、菠萝叶3-4.4、莲房2-2.8、枣花蜜5-6、芝麻酱7-8、海苔片3-4、兔肉20-25,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤5-7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;
一种化痰解毒燕麦粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将络石藤、石竹、鼠尾草等中草药加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤分离,得药液;
(2)姜糖磨粉,兑水化开,与赤小豆混合上锅,再加少量水,将赤小豆煮熟后,取出赤小豆,拌入酸奶混合搅拌均匀,得酸奶豆泥,待用;
(3)猕猴桃榨汁,滤得汁液,六安瓜片烘干磨粉,与黑木耳粉合并待用;豆干切丁,拌海带泥、瓜片木耳粉以及猕猴桃榨汁,混合搅拌成泥状,先上锅蒸熟,再置入烤箱烘烤5-6分钟,取出待用;
(4)甘草粉、大豆皮混合入锅翻炒5-6分钟,取出筛去甘草粉,得大豆皮待用;
(5)羊骨、燕麦与大米混合倒入锅中,加入药液以及适量水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的粥馅加入了燕麦、猕猴桃、海带泥、赤小豆等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如鼠尾草、白薇的加入,赋予了本发明很好的清热润肺活血调经健脾去湿的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种化痰解毒燕麦粥,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:               
大米48、燕麦25、猕猴桃12、营养添加剂6、海带泥5、羊骨3、六安瓜片3、甘草粉3、大豆皮4、豆干3、赤小豆6、酸奶7、黑木耳粉3、姜糖3、半夏3、络石藤3、石竹3.2、鼠尾草3、白薇3、山萸肉2.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3.3、藕节2.4、菠萝叶3、莲房2、枣花蜜5、芝麻酱8、海苔片4、兔肉20,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加5倍的水小火熬煮35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;
一种化痰解毒燕麦粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)姜糖磨粉,兑水化开,与赤小豆混合上锅,再加少量水,将赤小豆煮熟后,取出赤小豆,拌入酸奶混合搅拌均匀,得酸奶豆泥,待用;
(3)猕猴桃榨汁,滤得汁液,六安瓜片烘干磨粉,与黑木耳粉合并待用;豆干切丁,拌海带泥、瓜片木耳粉以及猕猴桃榨汁,混合搅拌成泥状,先上锅蒸熟,再置入烤箱烘烤6分钟,取出待用;
(4)甘草粉、大豆皮混合入锅翻炒6分钟,取出筛去甘草粉,得大豆皮待用;
(5)羊骨、燕麦与大米混合倒入锅中,加入药液以及适量水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热15分钟,即得。

Claims (2)

1.一种化痰解毒燕麦粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米30-48、燕麦20-25、猕猴桃10-12、营养添加剂6-8、海带泥4-5、羊骨2-3、六安瓜片3-5、甘草粉2-3、大豆皮2-4、豆干3-5、赤小豆5-6、酸奶6-7、黑木耳粉2-3、姜糖2-3、半夏2-3、络石藤3-4、石竹3-3.2、鼠尾草3-4、白薇2-3、山萸肉2-2.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化痰解毒燕麦粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将络石藤、石竹、鼠尾草等中草药加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤分离,得药液;
(2)姜糖磨粉,兑水化开,与赤小豆混合上锅,再加少量水,将赤小豆煮熟后,取出赤小豆,拌入酸奶混合搅拌均匀,得酸奶豆泥,待用;
(3)猕猴桃榨汁,滤得汁液,六安瓜片烘干磨粉,与黑木耳粉合并待用;豆干切丁,拌海带泥、瓜片木耳粉以及猕猴桃榨汁,混合搅拌成泥状,先上锅蒸熟,再置入烤箱烘烤5-6分钟,取出待用;
(4)甘草粉、大豆皮混合入锅翻炒5-6分钟,取出筛去甘草粉,得大豆皮待用;
(5)羊骨、燕麦与大米混合倒入锅中,加入药液以及适量水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
