一种红薯糯米粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米200-220、西洋参2-3、山药3-4、金鸡脚1-2、佛手花4-5、胖大海2-3、蒲草根1-2、柚子叶2-3、海参5-6、啤酒30-33、糙米20-22、生姜2-3、紫甘蓝6-7、红薯40-44、火腿肠5-6、营养添加剂7-8。本发明配方合理科学,由于添加了红薯,使得本发明味道更佳香甜,同时本发明添加的海参营养丰富,可增强人体免疫力,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到补脾养肺、疏肝理气、和胃固肾的功效,适于各类人群食用。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种糯米粉,尤其涉及一种红薯糯米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
糯米粉是由糯米为原料制成,可用来制作汤团、元宵之类食品和家庭小吃。目前市场上销售的糯米粉的种类繁多,但多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种红薯糯米粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特,营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种红薯糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米200-220、西洋参2-3、山药3-4、金鸡脚1-2、佛手花4-5、胖大海2-3、蒲草根1-2、柚子叶2-3、海参5-6、啤酒30-33、糙米20-22、生姜2-3、紫甘蓝6-7、红薯40-44、火腿肠5-6、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:甜瓜10-11、枇杷花1-1.2、霸王花0.8-1、龙眼壳1.4-1.6、倒生根1.2-1.3、豆干80-90、山楂片5-6、藕粉8-10;
制备方法为:(1)将甜瓜去皮去瓤,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得甜瓜汁;将枇杷花、霸王花、龙眼壳、倒生根置于甜瓜汁中密封浸泡2-3小时,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入山楂片,大火加热搅拌10-12分钟;
(2)将豆干切成条状,与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
所述的红薯糯米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将西洋参、山药、金鸡脚、佛手花、胖大海、蒲草根、柚子叶加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得提取液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得中药粉;
(2)将海参加啤酒小火熬制20-30分钟,过滤分离,得酒味海参与海参酒;将酒味海参冷冻干燥后进行超微粉碎,得酒味海参粉;
(3)将生姜、紫甘蓝加海参酒打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与糯米、糙米混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥后出料,研成粉末;
(4)将红薯去皮,送入开水锅中煮熟后捞出、沥干,加火腿肠打成泥,烘干后研成粉末,然后与中药粉、酒味海参粉、步骤(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
本发明中的倒生根为蔷薇科植物插田泡的根,金鸡脚为水龙骨科植物金鸡脚的全草,蒲草根为莎草科植物水毛花的根。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明配方合理科学,由于添加了红薯,使得本发明味道更佳香甜,同时本发明添加的海参营养丰富,可增强人体免疫力,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到补脾养肺、疏肝理气、和胃固肾的功效,适于各类人群食用。
具体实施方式
一种红薯糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
糯米200、西洋参3、山药4、金鸡脚2、佛手花5、胖大海3、蒲草根1、柚子叶2、海参6、啤酒33、糙米22、生姜3、紫甘蓝6、红薯44、火腿肠5、营养添加剂7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:甜瓜11、枇杷花1.2、霸王花0.8、龙眼壳1.6、倒生根1.3、豆干90、山楂片5、藕粉10;
制备方法为:(1)将甜瓜去皮去瓤,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得甜瓜汁;将枇杷花、霸王花、龙眼壳、倒生根置于甜瓜汁中密封浸泡2-3小时,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入山楂片,大火加热搅拌10-12分钟;
(2)将豆干切成条状,与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:甜瓜10-11、枇杷花1-1.2、霸王花0.8-1、龙眼壳1.4-1.6、倒生根1.2-1.3、豆干80-90、山楂片5-6、藕粉8-10;
