一种补钙辣椒酱及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:蜂胶2-3、胖大海2.5-4、人参3.5-5、白茅根2-3、佛手花4-5、楤木叶1-2、臭藤子1.5-2、野山椒250-260、牛骨20-22、食盐25-28、奶油8-9、胡萝卜30-35、土豆40-43、鱼胶2-3、牛奶10-12、马蹄粉30-35、番茄酱2-2.5、豆豉10-12、猪油4-5、营养添加剂8-9。本发明香辣爽口,风味独特,且生产工艺简单,容易管理,同时,本发明添加了与牛骨及多种蔬菜,提高了本发明的钙及维生素的含量,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有清肠润肺、疏肝和胃、安神益智的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种补钙辣椒酱及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们在日常生活中常使用调味品来增加菜肴的色、香、味,促进食欲。目前,市场上销售的调味品种类繁多,但其大多只具备调味功能,营养单一,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补钙辣椒酱及其制备方法,本发明具有香味浓郁,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种补钙辣椒酱,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
蜂胶2-3、胖大海2.5-4、人参3.5-5、白茅根2-3、佛手花4-5、楤木叶1-2、臭藤子1.5-2、野山椒250-260、牛骨20-22、食盐25-28、奶油8-9、胡萝卜30-35、土豆40-43、鱼胶2-3、牛奶10-12、马蹄粉30-35、番茄酱2-2.5、豆豉10-12、猪油4-5、营养添加剂8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:山乌珠叶1-1.2、茉莉花1.3-1.4、木瓜籽0.9-1、丝瓜络1.1-1.3、苦瓜7-8、豆渣50-55、松花蛋20-22;
制备方法为:(1)将苦瓜去皮,加3-4倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入山乌珠叶、茉莉花、木瓜籽、丝瓜络,文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得保健苦瓜汁;
(2)取松花蛋蛋黄,碾成泥,与豆渣、保健苦瓜汁混合拌匀,烘干后进行超微粉碎,即得。
所述的补钙辣椒酱的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂胶、胖大海、人参、白茅根、佛手花、楤木叶、臭藤子加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将牛骨加7-8倍的水小火熬煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得牛骨汤;
(3)将野山椒与食盐混合拌匀,倒入坛子中压实,然后加入药液,于阴凉处密封放置6-7天,然后将野山椒取出,加牛骨汤打浆,加入马蹄粉,小火熬稠;
(4)在牛奶中加入番茄酱充分搅拌,大火加入,煮沸后加入鱼胶,小火熬煮20-25分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(5)将胡萝卜、土豆去皮,切成丁,与猪油混合入锅,大火炒熟后取出,与步骤(4)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,然后与步骤(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明中的楤木叶为五加科植物楤木的嫩叶,臭藤子为防己科植物毛木防己的茎。

本发明香辣爽口,风味独特,且生产工艺简单,容易管理,同时,本发明添加了与牛骨及多种蔬菜,提高了本发明的钙及维生素的含量,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有清肠润肺、疏肝和胃、安神益智的功效。
具体实施方式
一种补钙辣椒酱,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
蜂胶2、胖大海2.5、人参3.5、白茅根3、佛手花4、楤木叶2、臭藤子1.5、野山椒260、牛骨22、食盐28、奶油9、胡萝卜35、土豆43、鱼胶3、牛奶12、马蹄粉30、番茄酱2.5、豆豉12、猪油5、营养添加剂9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:山乌珠叶1.2、茉莉花1.4、木瓜籽0.9、丝瓜络1.3、苦瓜7、豆渣50、松花蛋22;
制备方法为:(1)将苦瓜去皮,加3-4倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入山乌珠叶、茉莉花、木瓜籽、丝瓜络,文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得保健苦瓜汁;
(2)取松花蛋蛋黄,碾成泥,与豆渣、保健苦瓜汁混合拌匀,烘干后进行超微粉碎,即得。

蜂胶2-3、胖大海2.5-4、人参3.5-5、白茅根2-3、佛手花4-5、楤木叶1-2、臭藤子1.5-2、野山椒250-260、牛骨20-22、食盐25-28、奶油8-9、胡萝卜30-35、土豆40-43、鱼胶2-3、牛奶10-12、马蹄粉30-35、番茄酱2-2.5、豆豉10-12、猪油4-5、营养添加剂8-9;
