Abstract
一种虾味保健大米粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:大米200-220、柠条根1-1.2、枇杷叶1.3-1.5、益母草0.9-1.1、南瓜根2-2.2、丝瓜根1.7-1.9、珊瑚草花1.5-1.8、泡桐叶0.9-1.2、肥肉25-28、玉米淀粉8-10、白菜5-6、香菜3-4、虾仁30-35、麦芽粉10-11、营养添加剂5-6。本发明添加了虾仁,增加了鲜味,使得本发明鲜美可口,而添加的白菜等蔬菜中含有丰富的维生素C,有益于人体健康,猪油经熬炼制成的猪油使本发明香味浓厚,可增进消费者的食欲;此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有益气养阴、和胃降逆、活血通络的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种大米,尤其涉及一种虾味保健大米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米是人们的主食之一,其含有蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及矿物质,可为人体补充能量。但目前市场上有关大米的产品品种口味少,且不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种虾味保健大米粉及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种虾味保健大米粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米200-220、柠条根1-1.2、枇杷叶1.3-1.5、益母草0.9-1.1、南瓜根2-2.2、丝瓜根1.7-1.9、珊瑚草花1.5-1.8、泡桐叶0.9-1.2、肥肉25-28、玉米淀粉8-10、白菜5-6、香菜3-4、虾仁30-35、麦芽粉10-11、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:豆渣8-9、诃子1-1.2、木贼0.8-1、侧柏叶1.1-1.3、木槿叶1.3-1.5、生姜10-11、当归油0.1-0.2;
制备方法为:(1)将生姜切片,加4-5倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入诃子、木贼、侧柏叶、木槿叶加热煎煮3-4小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将滤液与剩余物料混合,小火熬膏,经冷冻干燥后研成粉末,即得。
所述的虾味保健大米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将柠条根、枇杷叶、益母草、南瓜根、丝瓜根、珊瑚草花、泡桐叶加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟后过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将大米、提取液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时出料,研成粉末;
(3)将白菜、香菜加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得蔬菜汁送入锅中,大火煮沸后加入切块的肥肉,小火熬制40-50分钟后过滤除渣,得到猪油;
(4)将虾仁送入开水锅中大火煮7-8分钟后捞出,剁碎,加入20-30%的猪油在60-65℃下闷润至干后出料,烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(5)将步骤(2)、(4)所得物料与剩余物料混合,小火炒香后出料,即得。本发明的有益效果为:

具体实施方式
一种虾味保健大米粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
大米200、柠条根1、枇杷叶1.5、益母草0.9、南瓜根2、丝瓜根1.9、珊瑚草花1.5、泡桐叶1.2、肥肉28、玉米淀粉10、白菜5、香菜4、虾仁35、麦芽粉10、营养添加剂6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:豆渣8、诃子1.2、木贼0.8、侧柏叶1.3、木槿叶1.5、生姜11、当归油0.2;
制备方法为:(1)将生姜切片,加4-5倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入诃子、木贼、侧柏叶、木槿叶加热煎煮3-4小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将滤液与剩余物料混合,小火熬膏,经冷冻干燥后研成粉末,即得。

1.一种虾味保健大米粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米200-220、柠条根1-1.2、枇杷叶1.3-1.5、益母草0.9-1.1、南瓜根2-2.2、丝瓜根1.7-1.9、珊瑚草花1.5-1.8、泡桐叶0.9-1.2、肥肉25-28、玉米淀粉8-10、白菜5-6、香菜3-4、虾仁30-35、麦芽粉10-11、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:豆渣8-9、诃子1-1.2、木贼0.8-1、侧柏叶1.1-1.3、木槿叶1.3-1.5、生姜10-11、当归油0.1-0.2;
制备方法为:(1)将生姜切片,加4-5倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入诃子、木贼、侧柏叶、木槿叶加热煎煮3-4小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将滤液与剩余物料混合,小火熬膏,经冷冻干燥后研成粉末,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的虾味保健大米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将柠条根、枇杷叶、益母草、南瓜根、丝瓜根、珊瑚草花、泡桐叶加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟后过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将大米、提取液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时出料,研成粉末;
