Abstract
一种酸甜鱼香小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽60-65、菊花1-1.2、茯苓1.3-1.5、首乌2-2.2、红景天1.6-1.8、荷叶2.3-2.5、菅茅根1.4-1.7、马耳草0.8-1、胡萝卜10-11、菠菜20-22、花生10-11、番茄酱5-6、鳜鱼40-44、豆浆4-5、橄榄油7-8、营养添加剂5-6。本发明的配方合理科学,其中添加的番茄酱使得本发明酸甜可口,而鳜鱼则为本发明增加了鲜味,且本发明的适口性好,香味浓郁,别具一番风味,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有益脾和胃、宁心安神、养血滋阴、健脾通络的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种小麦胚芽,尤其涉及一种酸甜鱼香小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦胚芽是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种酸甜鱼香小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种酸甜鱼香小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽60-65、菊花1-1.2、茯苓1.3-1.5、首乌2-2.2、红景天1.6-1.8、荷叶2.3-2.5、菅茅根1.4-1.7、马耳草0.8-1、胡萝卜10-11、菠菜20-22、花生10-11、番茄酱5-6、鳜鱼40-44、豆浆4-5、橄榄油7-8、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的酸甜鱼香小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将菊花、茯苓、首乌、红景天、荷叶、菅茅根、马耳草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)取鳜鱼肉切片,加10-15%的提取液、豆浆腌制2-3小时,送入蒸锅,大火蒸15-20分钟后取出,烘干后进行粉碎;
(3)将胡萝卜切片,与菠菜混合送入开水锅中,大火煮20-25分钟后捞出沥干,打成泥,加入番茄酱拌匀,再经冷冻干燥研成粉末;
(4)将花生、小麦胚芽混合入锅,小火炒香后加入橄榄油,在60-65℃下焖润至干后出锅,研成粉末;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的配方合理科学,其中添加的番茄酱使得本发明酸甜可口,而鳜鱼则为则为本发明增加了鲜味,且本发明的适口性好,香味浓郁,别具一番风味,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有益脾和胃、宁心安神、养血滋阴、健脾通络的功效。
具体实施方式
一种酸甜鱼香小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小麦胚芽65、菊花1.2、茯苓1.5、首乌2.2、红景天1.8、荷叶2.5、菅茅根1.7、马耳草0.8、胡萝卜11、菠菜22、花生11、番茄酱6、鳜鱼44、豆浆5、橄榄油7、营养添加-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:薏仁油0.2、豆豉70、旋花根1、鸡冠花1、桑黄1.2、梨叶1、柚子皮5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

1.一种酸甜鱼香小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽60-65、菊花1-1.2、茯苓1.3-1.5、首乌2-2.2、红景天1.6-1.8、荷叶2.3-2.5、菅茅根1.4-1.7、马耳草0.8-1、胡萝卜10-11、菠菜20-22、花生10-11、番茄酱5-6、鳜鱼40-44、豆浆4-5、橄榄油7-8、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;

2.根据权利要求1所述的酸甜鱼香小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将菊花、茯苓、首乌、红景天、荷叶、菅茅根、马耳草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
取鳜鱼肉切片,加10-15%的提取液、豆浆腌制2-3小时,送入蒸锅,大火蒸15-20分钟后取出,烘干后进行粉碎;
