一种巧克力杂粮风味瓜子仁,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
瓜子仁250-270、芦根1-1.2、高丽参1.3-1.5、紫梢花0.8-1、玉米花2-2.3、虾壳钱1-1.5、仙桃草2.5-2.6、香叶子1.4-1.7、小红苏1.8-2、巧克力8-9、黑玉米粒8-9、黑米6-7、银耳1-2、冬瓜10-12、营养保健液4-5、淀粉酶0.1-0.15、乳酸菌0.2-0.3;
所述营养保健液由以下重量份的原料制成:鸡筋参1-1.2、吉龙草1.2-1.4、栲栗叶1-1.2、牛皮草0.6-0.8、薏仁油0.3-0.4、大麦粒35-38、红石榴汁10-12、牛初乳2-3;
制备方法为:(1)将鸡筋参、吉龙草、栲栗叶、牛皮草混合放置于红石榴汁中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将大麦粒、滤液、牛初乳混合入锅,小火翻炒,炒至大麦粒焦黄时加入3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

(4)将冬瓜去皮、切块、打浆,加入银耳小火熬制20-30分钟,过滤除渣,所得滤液与步骤(3)所得物料混合拌匀,在30-40℃下接入乳酸菌,发酵2-3小时,然后加入巧克力,大火加热搅拌至巧克力完全融化,加入剩余物料搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤(2)、(4)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱烘至干燥,即得。

瓜子仁250、芦根1.2、高丽参1.5、紫梢花1、玉米花2.3、虾壳钱1.5、仙桃草2.5、香叶子1.7、小红苏2、巧克力8、黑玉米粒9、黑米6、银耳2、冬瓜10、营养保健液4、淀粉酶0.1、乳酸菌0.3;
所述营养保健液由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:鸡筋参1.2、吉龙草1.2、栲栗叶1.2、牛皮草0.8、薏仁油0.4、大麦粒38、红石榴汁10、牛初乳3;
制备方法为:(1)将鸡筋参、吉龙草、栲栗叶、牛皮草混合放置于红石榴汁中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将大麦粒、滤液、牛初乳混合入锅,小火翻炒,炒至大麦粒焦黄时加入3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
