一种杂粮保健米及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:大米400-410、荞麦55-60、黑豆30-32、玉米粒18-20、蒜米5-6、山药20-25、金桔25-30、乌梅18-20、牛奶30-35、菱角粉8-9、虾皮粉9-10、鸡蛋液30-32、玉兰花2-3、牛蒡根4-5、橘络5-6、狗脊2-3、凤尾七1-2、扶芳藤2-3、营养添加剂10-11。本发明融入了水果的清甜与牛奶的香醇,风味独特,且添加了多种杂粮,可完善本发明的营养结构,此外,本发明添加的鸡蛋液可提高本发明的蛋白质含量,虾皮粉则使本发明富含钙,显著提升了本发明的营养价值,此外本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有保健功效,经常食用可提高机体的免疫力。

技术领域
    本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种杂粮保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米是人们的主食之一,其含有蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及矿物质,可为人体补充能量。但目前市场上有关大米的产品品种口味少,且不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种杂粮保健米及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
     一种杂粮保健米,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米400-410、荞麦55-60、黑豆30-32、玉米粒18-20、蒜米5-6、山药20-25、金桔25-30、乌梅18-20、牛奶30-35、菱角粉8-9、虾皮粉9-10、鸡蛋液30-32、玉兰花2-3、牛蒡根4-5、橘络5-6、狗脊2-3、凤尾七1-2、扶芳藤2-3、营养添加剂10-11;
    所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:香菇10-11、松仁7-8、椰子汁3-4、豆腐20-21;
制备方法为:(1)将豆腐碾碎,沥去水分,与椰子汁混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸10-15分钟后取出,烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(2)将香菇加4-5倍的水打浆,得浆液;将松仁入锅,小火炒香后倒入浆液,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
    所述的杂粮保健米的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    (1)将玉兰花、牛蒡根、橘络、狗脊、凤尾七、扶芳藤加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得中药粉;
    (2)将荞麦送入烤箱,在200-250℃下烤制20-25分钟后出料,加7-8倍的水小火煮沸后过滤除渣,收集滤液;将黑豆、玉米粒加滤液研磨匀质,过滤除渣,得杂粮液;
    (3)将蒜米、山药、金桔、乌梅混合打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与牛奶、杂粮液、大米混合入锅,煮干后出料,送入烘箱,烘至含水量将至14-15%时出料,搓散;
    (4)将步骤(3)所得物料与中药粉、剩余物料混合拌匀,入油锅大火炸制3-5分钟后捞出、沥干,即得。
     本发明中的凤尾七为景天科植物小丛红景天,以全草入药,扶芳藤为卫矛科植物扶芳藤的带叶茎枝。 
本发明的有益效果为:
    本发明融入了水果的清甜与牛奶的香醇,风味独特,且添加了多种杂粮,可完善本发明的营养结构,此外,本发明添加的鸡蛋液可提高本发明的蛋白质含量,虾皮粉则使本发明富含钙,显著提升了本发明的营养价值,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有保健功效,经常食用可提高机体的免疫力。
具体实施方式
    一种杂粮保健米,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
大米400、荞麦55、黑豆30、玉米粒18、蒜米5、山药20、金桔25、乌梅18、牛奶30、菱角粉8、虾皮粉9、鸡蛋液30、玉兰花2、牛蒡根4、橘络5、狗脊2、凤尾七1、扶芳藤2、营养添加剂10;
    所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:香菇10、松仁7、椰子汁3、豆腐20;
制备方法为:(1)将豆腐碾碎,沥去水分,与椰子汁混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸10-15分钟后取出,烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(2)将香菇加4-5倍的水打浆,得浆液;将松仁入锅,小火炒香后倒入浆液,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
    所述的杂粮保健米的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    (1)将玉兰花、牛蒡根、橘络、狗脊、凤尾七、扶芳藤加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得中药粉;
    (2)将荞麦送入烤箱,在200-250℃下烤制20-25分钟后出料,加7-8倍的水小火煮沸后过滤除渣,收集滤液;将黑豆、玉米粒加滤液研磨匀质,过滤除渣,得杂粮液;
    (3)将蒜米、山药、金桔、乌梅混合打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与牛奶、杂粮液、大米混合入锅,煮干后出料,送入烘箱,烘至含水量将至14-15%时出料,搓散;
    (4)将步骤(3)所得物料与中药粉、剩余物料混合拌匀,入油锅大火炸制3-5分钟后捞出、沥干,即得。

1.一种杂粮保健米,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米400-410、荞麦55-60、黑豆30-32、玉米粒18-20、蒜米5-6、山药20-25、金桔25-30、乌梅18-20、牛奶30-35、菱角粉8-9、虾皮粉9-10、鸡蛋液30-32、玉兰花2-3、牛蒡根4-5、橘络5-6、狗脊2-3、凤尾七1-2、扶芳藤2-3、营养添加剂10-11;
    所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:香菇10-11、松仁7-8、椰子汁3-4、豆腐20-21;
制备方法为:(1)将豆腐碾碎,沥去水分,与椰子汁混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸10-15分钟后取出,烘干后进行超微粉碎;
