一种绿茶营养瓜子仁及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:瓜子仁370-400、黄芪1-2、黄连2-2.5、山楂2-3、当归3-4、莲心1-2、枸杞子1.2-1.3、何首乌1-1.5、双肾藤1-2、香丝草1-2、木耳25-30、枣汁60-65、柠檬酸0.6-0.8、魔芋30-35、糙米25-28、维生素C1-1.2、绿茶10-15、营养添加剂5-6。本发明是兼具保健和提神功效的食品,具有浓郁的绿茶香气,具有清新口气的作用,同时绿茶中的有益成分易被人体吸收,此外本发明具有保肝利尿、清热燥湿、疏风解表、祛风除湿的功效,经常食用可增强机体的免疫功能。

[0002] 瓜子是广受人们喜爱的一种休闲食品,它含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素B、D等营养物质。但目前市场上销售的瓜子口味种类少,不具有保健功效,已不能满足人们的消费需求。

[0003] 本发明的目的是提供一种绿茶营养瓜子仁及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
[0004] 本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种绿茶营养瓜子仁,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
瓜子仁370-400、黄芪1-2、黄连2-2.5、山楂2-3、当归3-4、莲心1-2、枸杞子1.2-1.3、何首乌1-1.5、双肾藤1-2、香丝草1-2、木耳25-30、枣汁60-65、柠檬酸0.6-0.8、魔芋30-35、糙米25-28、维生素C1-1.2、绿茶10-15、营养添加剂5-6 ;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:鸡蛋液9-10、长杆兰1-1.2、大韩信草1.3-1.5、青蒜2-3、丑腐6-8、丑芽3-4、挪子糖0.5-0.7、乳酸菌0.1-0.2 ;
制备方法为:(I)将豆芽洗净后加3-4倍的清水打浆,大火加热煮沸后加入椰子糖,搅拌至椰子糖完全融化,待温度降至35-40°C时接入乳酸菌,保温发酵3-4小时,得到发酵豆芽浆;
(2)将长杆兰、大韩信草、青蒜加7-8倍的水文火煎煮40-45分钟后过滤除渣,所得滤液与鸡蛋黄混合,搅拌均匀,隔水大火蒸10-12分钟后得到营养蛋羹;
(3)将营养蛋羹与豆腐混合碾碎,加发酵豆芽浆拌匀,在60-65°C下焖制30-35分钟,再经冷冻干燥,研成粉末,即得。

(1)将维生素C溶于枣汁,得到维C枣汁;将魔芋去皮切块,与糙米混合放置于清水中浸泡8-10小时后捞出浙干,加维C枣汁研磨匀质;
(2)将黄芪、黄连、山楂、当归、莲心、枸杞子、何首乌、双肾藤、香丝草混合,加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟后过滤分离得到提取液和药渣;
(3)将木耳送入烘箱,烘至含水量降为9-11%时出料,进行粉碎,送入锅中,加入提取液,文火加热搅拌20-30分钟后出锅,与步骤(I)所得物料混合拌匀,得到调味糊;
(4)在瓜子仁表面挂上调味糊,入油锅炸至金黄色后捞出;
(5)将药渣与剩余物料混合,加入4-5倍100°C的水,密封浸泡15-20分钟后过滤收集滤液,将所得滤液均匀喷洒在步骤(4)所得物料表面,送入烘箱烘至表面干燥,即得。[0006] 本发明的有益效果为:

瓜子仁370、黄芪1、黄连2.5、山楂3、当归4、莲心1、枸杞子1.3、何首乌1、双肾藤2、香丝草1、木耳30、枣汁65、柠檬酸0.8、魔芋35、糙米28、维生素Cl、绿茶15、营养添加剂6 ;所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:鸡蛋液9、长杆兰1.2、大韩信草1.5、青蒜2、豆腐8、豆芽4、椰子糖0.7、乳酸菌0.2 ;
制备方法为:(I)将豆芽洗净后加3-4倍的清水打浆,大火加热煮沸后加入椰子糖,搅拌至椰子糖完全融化,待温度降至35-40°C时接入乳酸菌,保温发酵3-4小时,得到发酵豆芽浆;
(2)将长杆兰、大韩信草、青蒜加7-8倍的水文火煎煮40-45分钟后过滤除渣,所得滤液与鸡蛋黄混合,搅拌均匀,隔水大火蒸10-12分钟后得到营养蛋羹;
(3)将营养蛋羹与豆腐混合碾碎,加发酵豆芽浆拌匀,在60-65°C下焖制30-35分钟,再经冷冻干燥,研成粉末,即得。

(4)在瓜子仁表面挂上调味糊,入油锅炸至金黄色后捞出;
(5)将药渣与剩余物料混合,加入4-5倍100°C的水,密封浸泡15-20分钟后过滤收集滤液,将所得滤液均匀喷洒在步骤(4)所得物料表面,送入烘箱烘至表面干燥,即得。

1.一种绿茶营养瓜子仁,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成: 瓜子仁370-400、黄芪1-2、黄连2-2.5、山楂2-3、当归3-4、莲心1-2、枸杞子1.2-1.3、何首乌1-1.5、双肾藤1-2、香丝草1-2、木耳25-30、枣汁60-65、柠檬酸0.6-0.8、魔芋30-35、糙米25-28、维生素C1-1.2、绿茶10-15、营养添加剂5-6 ; 所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:鸡蛋液9-10、长杆兰1-1.2、大韩信草1.3-1.5、青蒜2-3、丑腐6-8、丑芽3-4、挪子糖0.5-0.7、乳酸菌0.1-0.2 ; 制备方法为:(I)将豆芽洗净后加3-4倍的清水打浆,大火加热煮沸后加入椰子糖,搅拌至椰子糖完全融化,待温度降至35-40°C时接入乳酸菌,保温发酵3-4小时,得到发酵豆芽浆; (2)将长杆兰、大韩信草、青蒜加7-8倍的水文火煎煮40-45分钟后过滤除渣,所得滤液与鸡蛋黄混合,搅拌均匀,隔水大火蒸10-12分钟后得到营养蛋羹; (3)将营养蛋羹与豆腐混合碾碎,加发酵豆芽浆拌匀,在60-65°C下焖制30-35分钟,再经冷冻干燥,研成粉末,即得。
