一种黑色乌发面粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦500-520、小麦胚芽10-12、奶油3-4、橘皮10-11、油麦菜8-10、黑米15-20、黑豆18-19、黑胡椒8-10、麦片10-12、豆腐12-13、木瓜粉8-9、何首乌2-3、女贞子1-2、枸杞子2-3、生地黄3-4、桑椹子4-5、马蝗果2-3、丰花草1-2、乳酸菌0.5-0.6、营养添加剂8-10。本发明的面粉口感细腻,口味清香,且配方合理科学,营养丰富,其中添加的黑米、黑豆中含有丰富蛋白质、维生素、矿物质,可滋补肝肾,搭配本发明中添加的何首乌等中草药可达到乌发的作用,适于须发早白的人群食用。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种黑色乌发面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末,可制成馒头、面包等多种食品。目前,市场上供应的面粉种类繁多,但营养单一,不具有食疗保健功能,已不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黑色乌发面粉及其制备方法,本发明具有营养健康、风味独特的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种黑色乌发面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦500-520、小麦胚芽10-12、奶油3-4、橘皮10-11、油麦菜8-10、黑米15-20、黑豆18-19、黑胡椒8-10、麦片10-12、豆腐12-13、木瓜粉8-9、何首乌2-3、女贞子1-2、枸杞子2-3、生地黄3-4、桑椹子4-5、马蝗果2-3、丰花草1-2、乳酸菌0.5-0.6、营养添加剂8-10;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:蓝莓10-12、桂圆11-13、荠菜7-8、莲子8-9、猪肝15-20、葡萄酒25-30、米醋23-25、丝瓜络1-2、啤酒花2-3、南瓜花2-3、石榴叶4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将葡萄酒、米醋、丝瓜络、啤酒花、南瓜花、石榴叶混合放入铁锅内,架上铁丝络,在络上放置猪肝,盖上锅盖,于旺火上加热20-25分钟后将猪肝取出,送入烘箱,待含水量将至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎;
(2)取蓝莓、桂圆果肉,与荠菜混合打浆,过滤除渣,得果蔬汁;将莲子加果蔬汁进行磨浆,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的黑色乌发面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将何首乌、女贞子、枸杞子、生地黄、桑椹子、马蝗果、丰花草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将橘皮、油麦菜与奶油混合入锅,大火翻炒4-6分钟后出料,所得物料送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-9%时出料,进行粉碎;
(3)将豆腐碾碎,沥去水分,与麦片混合,加入药液,小火加热,熬成糊状,烘干后研成粉末;
(4)将黑米、黑豆、黑胡椒混合,加4-5的水研磨匀质,过滤除渣,所得滤液在35-37℃下接入乳酸菌,发酵2-3小时;
(5)将小麦、小麦胚芽清洗,加水润湿32-38小时,使含水量达到15-16%,经烘干、灭菌、磨粉后与步骤(4)所得物料混匀,烘干后进行粉碎,然后与步骤(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合送入炒锅,加入物料重量10%的麦饭石,小火炒制10-15分钟后出料,将麦饭石筛除,即得。
本发明中的马蝗果为蔷薇科植物美丽栒子的根,丰花草为草科植物丰花草的全草。

具体实施方式
一种黑色乌发面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小麦500、小麦胚芽12、奶油3、橘皮11、油麦菜10、黑米20、黑豆19、黑胡椒10、麦片12、豆腐13、木瓜粉9、何首乌3、女贞子1、枸杞子3、生地黄3、桑椹子5、马蝗果3、丰花草2、乳酸菌0.6、营养添加剂10;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:蓝莓12、桂圆13、荠菜7、莲子9、猪肝20、葡萄酒30、米醋25、丝瓜络2、啤酒花3、南瓜花2、石榴叶5;
制备方法为:(1)将葡萄酒、米醋、丝瓜络、啤酒花、南瓜花、石榴叶混合放入铁锅内,架上铁丝络,在络上放置猪肝,盖上锅盖,于旺火上加热20-25分钟后将猪肝取出,送入烘箱,待含水量将至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎;
(2)取蓝莓、桂圆果肉,与荠菜混合打浆,过滤除渣,得果蔬汁;将莲子加果蔬汁进行磨浆,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。

小麦500-520、小麦胚芽10-12、奶油3-4、橘皮10-11、油麦菜8-10、黑米15-20、黑豆18-19、黑胡椒8-10、麦片10-12、豆腐12-13、木瓜粉8-9、何首乌2-3、女贞子1-2、枸杞子2-3、生地黄3-4、桑椹子4-5、马蝗果2-3、丰花草1-2、乳酸菌0.5-0.6、营养添加剂8-10;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:蓝莓10-12、桂圆11-13、荠菜7-8、莲子8-9、猪肝15-20、葡萄酒25-30、米醋23-25、丝瓜络1-2、啤酒花2-3、南瓜花2-3、石榴叶4-5;
