本发明公开了一种可以养心安神的营养保健米及其制备方法,是由玉米粒、糙米、红芸豆、巴旦木、湘莲、百合、银耳、龙眼肉、酸枣仁、柏子仁、仙灵脾、决明子等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本品可以补肾健脾、益气生津、防脱发、养颜、促进睡眠,养心安神,且口感好、美味营养。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的大米,均是将稻谷收割后,采用米机先将稻谷脱壳成糙米,再将糙米经米机加工成精米,由于精米外观光亮,手感好,口感也好,一直被人们所接受,但是其稻谷在由糙米被加工成精米时,米中绝大部分的营养价值均被机器加工时洗去了,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。市场上复合营养米的出现,因可以满足不同人群对于营养物质的需求而受到青睐。目前市场上的配合营养米品种主要包括:降血糖营养米、谷物配合营养米、荞麦配合营养米等等,均是利用现有的优势作物资源为原料,与大米进行复配,从而提供给米制品特殊的营养价值。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,以确保能够满足人们对于高营养方便米的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种可以养心安神的营养保健米及其制备方法,以增加复合米的品种,促进人体健康、丰富人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:可以养心安神的营养保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粒150-160、糙米60-65、红芸豆20-22、巴旦木12-14、湘莲18-20、百合15-16、银耳15-16、龙眼肉10-12、酸枣仁2-3、柏子仁1-2、仙灵脾1-2、决明子2-3、保健添加剂4-5、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:薏仁粉30-35、洋葱冻干粉10-12、老姜粉8-10、白参粉2-3、玉米须10-12、冬瓜籽7-8、芹菜根1-2、夏枯草5-6、罗汉果2-3、蜀葵根3-4、莱菔子5-6、炒大麦芽10-12、水适量。
本发明的可以养心安神的营养保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)糙米去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加6-10倍量水浸泡8-12小时,滤去浸泡剩余的残液后再加适量清水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)玉米粒、红芸豆、湘莲分别用清水冲洗干净,晾干后磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)巴旦木取果肉,百合、银耳、龙眼肉用清水洗净,加4-5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)酸枣仁、柏子仁、仙灵脾、决明子加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将玉米须、冬瓜籽、芹菜根、夏枯草、罗汉果、蜀葵根、莱菔子、炒大麦芽加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的有益效果:本品可以补肾健脾、益气生津、防脱发、养颜、促进睡眠,养心安神,且口感好、美味营养。
具体实施方式
可以养心安神的营养保健米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
玉米粒150、糙米65、红芸豆20、巴旦木14、湘莲20、百合16、银耳15、龙眼肉10、酸枣仁2、柏子仁1、仙灵脾2、决明子3、保健添加剂5、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:薏仁粉30、洋葱冻干粉12、老姜粉10、白参粉2、玉米须12、冬瓜籽7、芹菜根2、夏枯草6、罗汉果2、蜀葵根4、莱菔子5、炒大麦芽12、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)糙米去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加10倍量水浸泡8小时,滤去浸泡剩余的残液后再加适量清水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)玉米粒、红芸豆、湘莲分别用清水冲洗干净,晾干后磨粉过80目筛,得料b;

1.一种可以养心安神的营养保健米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粒150-160、糙米60-65、红芸豆20-22、巴旦木12-14、湘莲18-20、百合15-16、银耳15-16、龙眼肉10-12、酸枣仁2-3、柏子仁1-2、仙灵脾1-2、决明子2-3、保健添加剂4-5、水适量;其中保健添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:薏仁粉30-35、洋葱冻干粉10-12、老姜粉8-10、白参粉2-3、玉米须10-12、冬瓜籽7-8、芹菜根1-2、夏枯草5-6、罗汉果2-3、蜀葵根3-4、莱菔子5-6、炒大麦芽10-12、水适量;制备方法为:将玉米须、冬瓜籽、芹菜根、夏枯草、罗汉果、蜀葵根、莱菔子、炒大麦芽加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的可以养心安神的营养保健米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)糙米去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加6-10倍量水浸泡8-12小时,滤去浸泡剩余的残液后再加适量清水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)玉米粒、红芸豆、湘莲分别用清水冲洗干净,晾干后磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)巴旦木取果肉,百合、银耳、龙眼肉用清水洗净,加4-5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)酸枣仁、柏子仁、仙灵脾、决明子加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
