背景技术
长期以来,精制的的大米和面粉都是人们的主食,随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注食品的营养与多样性,而单一的由小麦制得的面粉,已不满足人们的需求。精制的面粉由于加工时脱去麸皮,虽然改善了口感且利于消化,但却因此损失了小麦中的大量B族维生素以及蛋白质、矿物质等营养物质。本发明中添加多种天然健康食材,最大程度保留了营养成分,强化营养结构,增强保健功效,改善精制面粉的不足,在满足人们对主食提供热量需求的同时,更能做到营养与健康兼顾,具有日常保健的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种陈皮山楂助消化面粉及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:陈皮山楂助消化面粉由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉220-225、竹竽粉35-36、鲜山楂18-20、板栗粉42-44、小茴香菜11-12、豆瓣菜20-21、蓝莓15-16、菠萝9-10、黑豆34-35、羊骨髓2-3、娃娃菜25-26、大黄米30-32、紫菜7-8、芡实13-14、鲜柳叶4-5、鸡枞菌8-9、干鲍鱼1-2、干贝2-3、黄连蜜5-6、忍冬藤1-2、陈皮4-5、金盏花1-2、白术2-3、洋葱粉4-5、保健添加剂9-10、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:牛蒡粉72-74、南瓜子粉20-21、玉米粉34-35、蚝油8-9、雪梨汁14-15、藕粉11-12、金针菇粉17-18、野蔷薇花5-6、紫荆果2-3、苦瓜干1-2、花椒籽2-3、玄参叶4-5、水适量。
本发明的陈皮山楂助消化面粉制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)鲜山楂洗净去核,干鲍鱼、干贝泡发,黑豆、大黄米、芡实洗净,忍冬藤、陈皮、金盏花、白术用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制3-4小时,去除纱布包后连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(2)小茴香菜、豆瓣菜、娃娃菜、紫菜、鲜柳叶、鸡枞菌、洗净后用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得蔬菜浆液;
(3)菠萝取果肉切片后与蓝莓进行烘干处理,冷却后磨粉过50-60目筛,得混合水果营养粉;
(4)面粉、竹竽粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)营养浓浆、步骤(2)蔬菜浆液、步骤(3)的混合水果营养粉及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,烘干后冷却,磨粉过80-100目筛即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将野蔷薇花、紫荆果、苦瓜干、花椒籽、玄参叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。

面粉225、竹竽粉36、鲜山楂20、板栗粉42、小茴香菜11、豆瓣菜20、蓝莓16、菠萝10、黑豆35、羊骨髓2、娃娃菜25、大黄米30、紫菜8、芡实13、鲜柳叶5、鸡枞菌8、干鲍鱼1、干贝2、黄连蜜5、忍冬藤1、陈皮5、金盏花1、白术2、洋葱粉5、保健添加剂9、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:牛蒡粉72、南瓜子粉20、玉米粉35、蚝油9、雪梨汁14、藕粉12、金针菇粉18、野蔷薇花5、紫荆果3、苦瓜干1、花椒籽3、玄参叶5、水适量。
