本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
长期以来,精制的的大米和面粉都是人们的主食,随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注食品的营养与多样性,而单一的由小麦制得的面粉,已不满足人们的需求。精制的面粉由于加工时脱去麸皮,虽然改善了口感且利于消化,但却因此损失了小麦中的大量B族维生素以及蛋白质、矿物质等营养物质。本发明中添加多种天然健康食材,最大程度保留了营养成分,强化营养结构,增强保健功效,改善精制面粉的不足,在满足人们对主食提供热量需求的同时,更能做到营养与健康兼顾,具有日常保健的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种奶香紫薯保健面粉及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:奶香紫薯保健面粉由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉350-356、奶粉68-70、紫薯粉32-34、椰汁55-56、菱角粉30-32、奶酪8-9、山核桃仁40-42、菜芙蓉18-20、红豆粉23-24、海带5-6、银鱼干2-3、羊栖菜11-12、红薯50-52、杨梅15-16、鳕鱼肉22-23、野木瓜9-10、刺儿菜13-14、酸豆21-22、柚子皮3-4、甘草4-5、藤梨根2-3、橄榄油7-8、牛肉松2-3、保健添加剂10-11、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:牛蒡粉72-74、南瓜子粉20-21、玉米粉34-35、蚝油8-9、雪梨汁14-15、藕粉11-12、金针菇粉17-18、野蔷薇花5-6、紫荆果2-3、苦瓜干1-2、花椒籽2-3、玄参叶4-5、水适量。
本发明的奶香紫薯保健面粉制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)野木瓜取果肉,鳕鱼肉、海带洗净,柚子皮、甘草、藤梨根用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制3-4小时,去除纱布包后连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(2)菜芙蓉、羊栖菜、刺儿菜洗净后用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得蔬菜浆液;
(3)红薯洗净去皮,杨梅、酸豆取果肉,加适量水打磨成浆,得混合水果浆液;
(4)面粉、菱角粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)营养浓浆、步骤(2)蔬菜浆液、步骤(3)的混合水果浆液及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,烘干后冷却,磨粉过80-100目筛即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将野蔷薇花、紫荆果、苦瓜干、花椒籽、玄参叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。
本发明中的菜芙蓉为锦葵科秋葵属植物,鲜花及嫩果可做蔬菜食用,清香爽口,富含营养。
本发明的有益效果:本发明在面粉中添加奶粉、紫薯粉、椰汁等食材使得本发明的面粉细腻光滑、口感香甜、色泽诱人,而且具有促进肠道消化吸收,补脾保肝、助消化、润肠通便、提高人体免疫等功效,有益人体健康。
具体实施方式
奶香紫薯保健面粉,由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:
面粉350、奶粉70、紫薯粉34、椰汁56、菱角粉30、奶酪8、山核桃仁42、菜芙蓉18、红豆粉24、海带6、银鱼干2、羊栖菜12、红薯50、杨梅16、鳕鱼肉23、野木瓜9、刺儿菜14、酸豆22、柚子皮4、甘草5、藤梨根2、橄榄油7、牛肉松2、保健添加剂10、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:牛蒡粉72、南瓜子粉20、玉米粉35、蚝油9、雪梨汁14、藕粉12、金针菇粉18、野蔷薇花5、紫荆果3、苦瓜干1、花椒籽3、玄参叶5、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)野木瓜取果肉,鳕鱼肉、海带洗净,柚子皮、甘草、藤梨根用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制4小时,去除纱布包后连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(2)菜芙蓉、羊栖菜、刺儿菜洗净后用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得蔬菜浆液;
(3)红薯洗净去皮,杨梅、酸豆取果肉,加适量水打磨成浆,得混合水果浆液;
(4)面粉、菱角粉过60目筛,与步骤(1)营养浓浆、步骤(2)蔬菜浆液、步骤(3)的混合水果浆液及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,烘干后冷却,磨粉过100目筛即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将野蔷薇花、紫荆果、苦瓜干、花椒籽、玄参叶加适量水煎煮1小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。

1.一种奶香紫薯保健面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉350-356、奶粉68-70、紫薯粉32-34、椰汁55-56、菱角粉30-32、奶酪8-9、山核桃仁40-42、菜芙蓉18-20、红豆粉23-24、海带5-6、银鱼干2-3、羊栖菜11-12、红薯50-52、杨梅15-16、鳕鱼肉22-23、野木瓜9-10、刺儿菜13-14、酸豆21-22、柚子皮3-4、甘草4-5、藤梨根2-3、橄榄油7-8、牛肉松2-3、保健添加剂10-11、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:牛蒡粉72-74、南瓜子粉20-21、玉米粉34-35、蚝油8-9、雪梨汁14-15、藕粉11-12、金针菇粉17-18、野蔷薇花5-6、紫荆果2-3、苦瓜干1-2、花椒籽2-3、玄参叶4-5、水适量;制备方法为:将野蔷薇花、紫荆果、苦瓜干、花椒籽、玄参叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。
2.根据权利要求l所述的奶香紫薯保健面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)野木瓜取果肉,鳕鱼肉、海带洗净,柚子皮、甘草、藤梨根用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制3-4小时,去除纱布包后连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(2)菜芙蓉、羊栖菜、刺儿菜洗净后用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得蔬菜浆液;
(3)红薯洗净去皮,杨梅、酸豆取果肉,加适量水打磨成浆,得混合水果浆液;
(4)面粉、菱角粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)营养浓浆、步骤(2)蔬菜浆液、步骤(3)的混合水果浆液及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,烘干后冷却,磨粉过80-100目筛即可。
