本发明公开了一种橄榄健骨营养面粉及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉60-100、无花果粉6-8、大豆蛋白粉5-10、橄榄10-12、黄瓜籽4-8、山茱萸4-6、酸枣仁4-6、紫薯5-10、茯苓2-3、葛根1-2、黑皮根2-3、鸡骨草1-2、三七1-2、骨碎补1-2、伸筋草1-2、牛奶菜1-2、金樱子2-3、续断1-2、月见草2-3;本发明配方添加多种富含钙等矿质元素营养成分,满足人体钙质需求,同时配方还增加中药有益成分,其中伸筋草具有舒筋活血、补气通络的功效,骨碎补有补肾强骨的功效,牛奶菜具有壮筋骨、健胃利肠的功效,配伍均衡合理,补钙同时强壮筋骨,达到强健骨骼的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种橄榄健骨营养面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末,为最常见的食品原料之一。随着生活水平的提高,消费者对面制食品的风味性、特色性、营养性提出新要求。开发使用方便、满足制作多种食品要求的面包粉、面条粉、蛋糕粉、自发粉等常规专用面粉是面粉行业新的研究方向。但单一小麦制得的面粉,因其成分单一而限制其营养保健价值,本发明提供一种添加橄榄等原料的面粉,具有健骨强身的功效,丰富了面粉的食用功能。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种橄榄健骨营养面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种橄榄健骨营养面粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:
面粉60-100、无花果粉6-8、大豆蛋白粉5-10、橄榄10-12、黄瓜籽4-8、山茱萸4-6、酸枣仁4-6、紫薯5-10、茯苓2-3、葛根1-2、黑皮根2-3、鸡骨草1-2、三七1-2、骨碎补1-2、伸筋草1-2、牛奶菜1-2、金樱子2-3、续断1-2、月见草2-3。
 所述的橄榄健骨营养面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将橄榄去核洗净,与洗净山茱萸一起加水煎煮1-3小时,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得橄榄混合粉;
(2)、将黄瓜籽籽、酸枣仁文火炒制熟香,研磨至200-300目,得混合粉;
(3)、将茯苓、葛根、黑皮根、鸡骨草、月见草等中药原料混合,加6-10倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,得煎煮液,将紫薯去皮洗净切粒,与煎煮液一起研磨成浆,煮制稠糊,冷冻干燥破碎研磨成粉,得保健紫薯粉;
(4)、将橄榄混合粉、混合粉、保健紫薯粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明配方添加多种富含钙等矿质元素营养成分,满足人体钙质需求,同时配方还增加中药有益成分,其中伸筋草具有舒筋活血、补气通络的功效,骨碎补有补肾强骨的功效,牛奶菜具有壮筋骨、健胃利肠的功效,配伍均衡合理,补钙同时强壮筋骨,达到强健骨骼的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种橄榄健骨营养面粉由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
面粉100、无花果粉8、大豆蛋白粉10、橄榄12、黄瓜籽8、山茱萸6、酸枣仁6、紫薯10、茯苓2、葛根2、黑皮根3、鸡骨草2、三七2、骨碎补2、伸筋草2、牛奶菜2、金樱子2、续断1、月见草2。
所述的橄榄健骨营养面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将橄榄去核洗净,与洗净山茱萸一起加水煎煮2小时,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得橄榄混合粉;
(2)、将黄瓜籽籽、酸枣仁文火炒制熟香,研磨至200目,得混合粉;
(3)、将茯苓、葛根、黑皮根、鸡骨草、月见草等中药原料混合,加10倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,得煎煮液,将紫薯去皮洗净切粒,与煎煮液一起研磨成浆,煮制稠糊,冷冻干燥破碎研磨成粉,得保健紫薯粉;
(4)、将橄榄混合粉、混合粉、保健紫薯粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。

Claims (2)

1.一种橄榄健骨营养面粉其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
面粉60-100、无花果粉6-8、大豆蛋白粉5-10、橄榄10-12、黄瓜籽4-8、山茱萸4-6、酸枣仁4-6、紫薯5-10、茯苓2-3、葛根1-2、黑皮根2-3、鸡骨草1-2、三七1-2、骨碎补1-2、伸筋草1-2、牛奶菜1-2、金樱子2-3、续断1-2、月见草2-3。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的橄榄健骨营养面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将橄榄去核洗净,与洗净山茱萸一起加水煎煮1-3小时,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得橄榄混合粉;
(2)、将黄瓜籽籽、酸枣仁文火炒制熟香,研磨至200-300目,得混合粉;
(3)、将茯苓、葛根、黑皮根、鸡骨草、月见草等中药原料混合,加6-10倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,得煎煮液,将紫薯去皮洗净切粒,与煎煮液一起研磨成浆,煮制稠糊,冷冻干燥破碎研磨成粉,得保健紫薯粉;
(4)、将橄榄混合粉、混合粉、保健紫薯粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。
