本发明公开了一种苦瓜荞麦面粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:低筋面粉150-180、荞麦粉15-20、红薯30-50、黄油2-3、大豆膳食纤维6-8、腰果仁10-12、白糖2-3、番茄冻干粉5-6、山药泥6-7、青梗菜8-9、苦瓜6-7、芥菜汁8-10、莲藕汁8-10、薰衣草4-5、白芍5-6、荩草1-2、千日红3-4、鸡冠花2-3、营养添加粉6-7;本发明具有养心补血、提高免疫力的功能,采用低筋面粉会使得制成的饼干酥脆可口,并添加了青菜梗等蔬菜或蔬菜汁,含有多种维生素,补充膳食纤维,具有降脂降压的作用,同时本发明还采用白芍、薰衣草等多种中草药,长期服用具有养血柔肝、改善睡眠的功效。

本发明主要涉及保健食品领域,尤其涉及一种苦瓜荞麦面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面是最重要的食物之一,与人们的生活息息相关,不同种类的面适宜做不同种类的面食,比如水饺、馄饨、包子、饼干、挂面、馒头等。但是,普通的面除了饱腹以外并不能满足人们身体对微量元素的需求,也不具备保健功能。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种苦瓜荞麦面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种苦瓜荞麦面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
低筋面粉150-180、荞麦粉15-20、红薯30-50、黄油2-3、大豆膳食纤维6-8、腰果仁10-12、白糖2-3、番茄冻干粉5-6、山药泥6-7、青梗菜8-9、苦瓜6-7、芥菜汁8-10、莲藕汁8-10、薰衣草4-5、白芍5-6、荩草1-2、千日红3-4、鸡冠花2-3、营养添加粉6-7;
所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成:
银鱼粉8-10、槟榔芋10-12、杨梅核仁6-8、杨梅汁7-8、木薯粉4-5、红豆沙6-7、委陵菜4-5、豆腐皮5-7、瑞连草2-3、紫苏籽1-2、松花2-3、当归1-2、簕菜3-5;
制备方法为:(1)将瑞连草、紫苏籽、松花、当归、簕菜混合,水提2-3次,过滤,合并滤液;将槟榔芋去皮、切块后,与杨梅核仁混合入锅,加4-6倍水焖煮30-40分钟,出料,加上述滤液,快速搅碎成糊;
(2)将豆腐皮、委陵菜混合,加杨梅汁捣成泥,与步骤(1)处理后的物料及其他剩余各原料倒入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀,出料,再送入烘箱中烘干水分,研磨成粉,即得。
所述的一种苦瓜荞麦面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将薰衣草、白芍、荩草、千日红、鸡冠花混合,水提3-4次,过滤,合并滤液;将青梗菜、苦瓜混合,加滤液打浆,所得浆液与芥菜汁、莲藕汁混合,得蔬菜浆;
(2)将黄油置于锅中,烧至融化后,倒入白糖,待白糖融化后,倒入腰果仁,炒制5-8分钟,出料,烘干,研磨成粉,得腰果仁甜香粉;
(3)将红薯去皮、切成丁后,置于锅中,加1-2倍水大火煮沸后,文火煮10-20分钟至红薯丁熟烂后,倒入步骤(1)、(2)处理后的物料以及除低筋面粉以外的剩余各原料,继续文火熬煮成膏,烘干,研磨成粉,所得粉末与低筋面粉混合均匀,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明具有养心补血、提高免疫力的功能,采用低筋面粉会使得制成的饼干酥脆可口,并添加了青菜梗等蔬菜或蔬菜汁,含有多种维生素,补充膳食纤维,具有降脂降压的作用,采用的腰果仁具有补脑养血、补肾健脾的功效,同时本发明还采用白芍、薰衣草等多种中草药,长期服用具有养血柔肝、改善睡眠的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种苦瓜荞麦面粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:
低筋面粉180、荞麦粉15、红薯50、黄油3、大豆膳食纤维8、腰果仁12、白糖3、番茄冻干粉6、山药泥7、青梗菜9、苦瓜7、芥菜汁10、莲藕汁10、薰衣草5、白芍6、荩草2、千日红4、鸡冠花3、营养添加粉7;
所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成:
银鱼粉10、槟榔芋12、杨梅核仁8、杨梅汁8、木薯粉5、红豆沙7、委陵菜5、豆腐皮7、瑞连草3、紫苏籽2、松花3、当归2、簕菜5;
制备方法为:(1)将瑞连草、紫苏籽、松花、当归、簕菜混合,水提3次,过滤,合并滤液;将槟榔芋去皮、切块后,与杨梅核仁混合入锅,加6倍水焖煮40分钟,出料,加上述滤液,快速搅碎成糊;
(2)将豆腐皮、委陵菜混合,加杨梅汁捣成泥,与步骤(1)处理后的物料及其他剩余各原料倒入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀,出料,再送入烘箱中烘干水分,研磨成粉,即得。
一种苦瓜荞麦面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将薰衣草、白芍、荩草、千日红、鸡冠花混合,水提4次,过滤,合并滤液;将青梗菜、苦瓜混合,加滤液打浆,所得浆液与芥菜汁、莲藕汁混合,得蔬菜浆;
(2)将黄油置于锅中,烧至融化后,倒入白糖,待白糖融化后,倒入腰果仁,炒制8分钟,出料,烘干,研磨成粉,得腰果仁甜香粉;
(3)将红薯去皮、切成丁后,置于锅中,加2倍水大火煮沸后,文火煮20分钟至红薯丁熟烂后,倒入步骤(1)、(2)处理后的物料以及除低筋面粉以外的剩余各原料,继续文火熬煮成膏,烘干,研磨成粉,所得粉末与低筋面粉混合均匀,即得。

1.一种苦瓜荞麦面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
低筋面粉150-180、荞麦粉15-20、红薯30-50、黄油2-3、大豆膳食纤维6-8、腰果仁10-12、白糖2-3、番茄冻干粉5-6、山药泥6-7、青梗菜8-9、苦瓜6-7、芥菜汁8-10、莲藕汁8-10、薰衣草4-5、白芍5-6、荩草1-2、千日红3-4、鸡冠花2-3、营养添加粉6-7;
所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成:
银鱼粉8-10、槟榔芋10-12、杨梅核仁6-8、杨梅汁7-8、木薯粉4-5、红豆沙6-7、委陵菜4-5、豆腐皮5-7、瑞连草2-3、紫苏籽1-2、松花2-3、当归1-2、簕菜3-5;
