一种黄秋葵黑麦养生挂面及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:黑小麦粉100-110、黄秋葵10-13、食盐0.5-0.7、黑芝麻10-11、莲子7-8、香菇8-9、红枣10-11、绍酒12-13、鸡蛋液7-8、海苔4-5、膨化燕麦粉7-8、玉米粉8-9、蜂蜜13-15、茶水10-11、柏子仁3-4、狗骨炭1-2、山楂2-3、桑叶3-4、沙棘果2-4、麦麸5-6、营养添加剂5-6。本发明的主料黑小麦粉富含膳食纤维,搭配柏子仁、狗骨炭等可润肠通便,而添加的红枣经与麦麸、绍酒共同腌制,赋予本发明独特风味,此外本发明的挂面经气蒸、烤制,可直接用开水泡开食用。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种黄秋葵黑麦养生挂面及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品工业的发展直接影响人民的营养健康水平,随着现代城市化步伐的加快,亚健康问题日益突出。长期服用药品不但起不到理想的疗效,还会使健康进一步受损。因此,如何通过饮食达到健康保健功效日益引起人们的重视。面条是我国人民喜爱的传统美食,目前市场上的面条主要是由小麦制成,其营养成分单一,不具有功能,已不能满足人们对高营养保健食品的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黄秋葵黑麦养生挂面及其制备方法,本发明具有香味浓郁、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种黄秋葵黑麦养生挂面,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
黑小麦粉100-110、黄秋葵10-13、食盐0.5-0.7、黑芝麻10-11、莲子7-8、香菇8-9、红枣10-11、绍酒12-13、鸡蛋液7-8、海苔4-5、膨化燕麦粉7-8、玉米粉8-9、蜂蜜13-15、茶水10-11、柏子仁3-4、狗骨炭1-2、山楂2-3、桑叶3-4、沙棘果2-4、麦麸5-6、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:针砂1-2、竹头草1.5-2.5、酒糟5-6、豆腐乳4-5、虾肉15-18、橙汁3-4;
制备方法为:将针砂、竹头草粉碎,与酒糟、虾肉混合,隔水大火蒸25-30分钟,然后将虾肉取出,与豆腐乳混合,加橙汁打成泥,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述的黄秋葵黑麦养生挂面的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将柏子仁、狗骨炭、山楂、桑叶、沙棘果加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;将莲子、黑芝麻炒香后加药液研磨匀质,小火熬膏;
(2)将香菇入开水锅漂烫12-15分钟后捞出、沥干,剁成细末;
(3)将坛子底部铺上麦麸,然后铺上红枣,倒入绍酒,密封腌制6-7天后将红枣取出,去核,打成泥;
(4)将黄秋葵榨汁,所得汁液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,然后与蜂蜜混合拌匀;
(5)将海苔粉碎,然后与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料及上述工艺未用到的原料混合,加水揉成团,经熟化、压片、切条后气蒸10-15分钟,再经干燥,控制含水量在15-17%之间,然后在表面刷上步骤(4)所得物料,送入烤箱,在180-200℃下烤制8-10分钟,即得。
本发明中的针砂为制钢针时磨下的细屑,竹头草为禾本科植物竹头草的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的挂面采用黑小麦粉作为主要原料,其富含膳食纤维,可促进肠胃蠕动,搭配柏子仁、狗骨炭等中草药可润肠通便,且本发明中还添加了红枣,其经与麦麸、绍酒共同腌制,赋予本发明独特风味,此外,本发明的挂面经气蒸、烤制,可直接用开水泡开食用,食用方便,适于外出时携带。

一种黄秋葵黑麦养生挂面,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
黑小麦粉100、黄秋葵10、食盐0.5、黑芝麻10、莲子7、香菇8、红枣10、绍酒12、鸡蛋液7、海苔4、膨化燕麦粉7、玉米粉8、蜂蜜13、茶水10、柏子仁3、狗骨炭1、山楂2、桑叶3、沙棘果2、麦麸5、营养添加剂5;
