本发明公开了一种清热保健面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉60-70、糯米60-70、扁豆30-40、大米20-30、黄秋葵2-3、紫藤花2-3、玫瑰花3-4、迭迷香1-2、海参20-30、白果10-13、松子仁12-15、甜杏仁20-24、神秘果20-25、银杏叶5-6、桂花4-5、碱面2-3、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面条,采用小麦粉、糯米、扁豆、大米作为主原料。扁豆具有消除暑热、温暖脾胃、除去湿热、止消渴、养五脏、解毒、止呕吐等作用。另外添加的神秘果具有调整高血糖、高血压、高血脂、痛风、尿酸、头痛等,达正常值稳定作用、消炎消肿等作用。海参具有补肾益精、补血润燥、调经祛劳、增强人体免疫力、增加体内新陈代谢等功效。

本发明涉及一种面条及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种清热保健面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着我国城乡生活水平的日益不断提高,人们的饮食也越来越精细,使人们面临着体内缺乏各种营养成份的问题,面条是我国及其他一些亚洲国家的常见主食,经历了两千多年的发展而长久不衰。如今,面条的种类也在不断增加,但是含有多种保健功能的面条并不多见。本发明的面条采用小麦粉、糯米、扁豆、大米等作为主原料,还添加以一些具有保健价值的原材料,使制得的面条不仅营养丰富,而且具有一定的养生疗效。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种清热保健面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明面条由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉60-70、糯米60-70、扁豆30-40、大米20-30、黄秋葵2-3、紫藤花2-3、玫瑰花3-4、迭迷香1-2、海参20-30、白果10-13、松子仁12-15、甜杏仁20-24、神秘果20-25、银杏叶5-6、桂花4-5、碱面2-3、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:藕粉40-50、珍珠粉15-20、黑木耳12-16、香菇10-12、白果10-15、山楂叶2-3、灵芝3-4、丁葵草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、牡丹皮2-3、千针万线草3-4、玉蝴蝶4-5、米糠油1-2、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将糯米、扁豆、大米加入适量水浸泡3-4小时后,加热煮至熟烂,再放入搅拌机中搅成泥状,备用;
(2)将黄秋葵、紫藤花、玫瑰花、迭迷香晒干后,研成细末,与海参一起加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,取出海参,沥干后放入烘干机中烘干,研成海参粉,备用;
(3)将白果去壳后与银杏叶、桂花一起放入炒锅中文火翻炒至熟,研成细末,备用;
(4)将神秘果取其果肉,打成果汁,加入松子仁、甜杏仁研磨成浆液,备用;
(5)将步骤1的杂粮泥、步骤2的海参粉、步骤3的白果粉、步骤4的浆液以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀后,加工成面条,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的面条,采用小麦粉、糯米、扁豆、大米作为主原料。扁豆具有消除暑热、温暖脾胃、除去湿热、止消渴、养五脏、解毒、止呕吐等作用。另外添加的神秘果具有调整高血糖、高血压、高血脂、痛风、尿酸、头痛等,达正常值稳定作用、消炎消肿等作用。海参具有补肾益精、补血润燥、调经祛劳、增强人体免疫力、增加体内新陈代谢等功效。

下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:小麦粉65、糯米65、扁豆35、大米25、黄秋葵2、紫藤花2、玫瑰花3、迭迷香1、海参23、白果12、松子仁15、甜杏仁23、神秘果22、银杏叶6、桂花5、碱面2、面条添加剂1、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:藕粉45、珍珠粉18、黑木耳14、香菇11、白果13、山楂叶2、灵芝3、丁葵草1、绞股蓝2、牡丹皮2、千针万线草3、玉蝴蝶4、米糠油1、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌26分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将糯米、扁豆、大米加入适量水浸泡4小时后,加热煮至熟烂,再放入搅拌机中搅成泥状,备用;
(2)将黄秋葵、紫藤花、玫瑰花、迭迷香晒干后,研成细末,与海参一起加入适量水中,文火煎煮1小时,取出海参,沥干后放入烘干机中烘干,研成海参粉,备用;
(3)将白果去壳后与银杏叶、桂花一起放入炒锅中文火翻炒至熟,研成细末,备用;
(4)将神秘果取其果肉,打成果汁,加入松子仁、甜杏仁研磨成浆液,备用;
(5)将步骤1的杂粮泥、步骤2的海参粉、步骤3的白果粉、步骤4的浆液以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀后,加工成面条,即可。

1.一种清热保健面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉60-70、糯米60-70、扁豆30-40、大米20-30、黄秋葵2-3、紫藤花2-3、玫瑰花3-4、迭迷香1-2、海参20-30、白果10-13、松子仁12-15、甜杏仁20-24、神秘果20-25、银杏叶5-6、桂花4-5、碱面2-3、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:藕粉40-50、珍珠粉15-20、黑木耳12-16、香菇10-12、白果10-15、山楂叶2-3、灵芝3-4、丁葵草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、牡丹皮2-3、千针万线草3-4、玉蝴蝶4-5、米糠油1-2、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述清热保健面条,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
