Abstract
一种补血养颜鸡肉丸子及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:鸡肉300-310、鸡骨20-21、鸭血180-200、食盐11-12、黄油14-15、枇杷15-19、米饭280-300、牛皮糖13-14、杏仁30-32、洋葱丁8-9、谷元粉10-11、白芍药2-3、人参4-5、红景天3-4、玫瑰花5-6、白术3-4、半截叶2-3、磨盘草1-2、营养添加剂9-10。本发明的鸡肉丸子采用鸡肉与鸡骨作为主要原料,富含钙质,相较于传统的鸡肉丸子营养更加丰富,且本发明采用鸭血作为馅料,其富含铁元素,可补血,同时再搭配杏仁及玫瑰花等中药,可使皮肤红润光泽,起到美容养颜的效果。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种速溶茶,尤其涉及一种补血养颜鸡肉丸子及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品工业的发展直接影响人民的营养健康水平。近年来,随着现代城市化步伐的加快,亚健康问题日益突出,如肥胖症、高血脂及生活压力大引起的失眠问题等,严重威胁人们的健康。长期服用药品不但起不到理想的疗效,还会使健康进一步受损。而市面上出现的种类繁多的保健品功能单一,营养成分单一,无法均衡保证营养摄入,且价格昂贵,不适合长期服用。因此,如何通过饮食达到健康保健功效日益引起人们的重视,研发各种具有保健功能的食品已经是势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补血养颜鸡肉丸子及其制备方法,本发明具有香味浓郁、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种补血养颜鸡肉丸子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
鸡肉300-310、鸡骨20-21、鸭血180-200、食盐11-12、黄油14-15、枇杷15-19、米饭280-300、牛皮糖13-14、杏仁30-32、洋葱丁8-9、谷元粉10-11、白芍药2-3、人参4-5、红景天3-4、玫瑰花5-6、白术3-4、半截叶2-3、磨盘草1-2、营养添加剂9-10;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:榴莲10-11、话梅糖3-3.5、牛蛙肉40-45、芡实4-5、芝麻10-11、番茄酱2-3;
制备方法为:(1)取榴莲果肉,榨汁,在所得榴莲汁中加入话梅糖,大火熬化,所得物料与牛蛙肉混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸20-25分钟后出料,送入烘箱,待含水量降至6-8%时出料,进行粉碎;
(2)将芡实、芝麻、番茄酱混合入锅,加入物料重量20-30%的水,在90-95℃下焖制30-35分钟后将芡实、芝麻取出,洗净、烘干后研成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
所述的补血养颜鸡肉丸子的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将白芍药、人参、红景天、玫瑰花、白术、半截叶、磨盘草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,冷却,得药液;
(2)将鸡骨入开水锅大火煮40-50分钟后捞出,敲碎,加药液进行磨浆,过滤除渣,在所得浆液中加入食盐、鸭血,搅拌均匀,待凝固后切块,得鸭血旺;将黄油入锅,大火加热,待熬化时加入鸭血旺,小火煎制8-10分钟;
(3)取枇杷果肉,加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得枇杷汁;将鸡肉加枇杷汁腌渍40-50分钟后取出,绞碎;
(4)将牛皮糖切丁、杏仁碾碎,所得物料与步骤(3)所得物料及上述工艺未用到的原料混合揉匀,分成小剂子,摊成椭圆碗状,包入步骤(2)所得物料,搓圆,即得。
本发明中的半截叶为西番莲科植物镰叶西番莲的全草,磨盘草为锦葵科植物磨盈草的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的鸡肉丸子采用鸡肉与鸡骨作为主要原料,富含钙质,相较于传统的鸡肉丸子营养更加丰富,且本发明采用鸭血作为馅料,其富含铁元素,可补血,同时再搭配杏仁及玫瑰花等中药,可使皮肤红润光泽,起到美容养颜的效果。
具体实施方式
一种补血养颜鸡肉丸子,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
鸡肉300、鸡骨20、鸭血180、食盐11、黄油14、枇杷15、米饭280、牛皮糖13、杏仁30、洋葱丁8、谷元粉10、白芍药2、人参4、红景天3、玫瑰花5、白术3、半截叶2、磨盘草1、营养添加剂9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:榴莲10、话梅糖3、牛蛙肉40、芡实4、芝麻10、番茄酱2;

1.一种补血养颜鸡肉丸子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
鸡肉300-310、鸡骨20-21、鸭血180-200、食盐11-12、黄油14-15、枇杷15-19、米饭280-300、牛皮糖13-14、杏仁30-32、洋葱丁8-9、谷元粉10-11、白芍药2-3、人参4-5、红景天3-4、玫瑰花5-6、白术3-4、半截叶2-3、磨盘草1-2、营养添加剂9-10;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:榴莲10-11、话梅糖3-3.5、牛蛙肉40-45、芡实4-5、芝麻10-11、番茄酱2-3;
