Abstract
一种谷物饼干及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小米粉11-12、大豆粉10-11、小麦胚芽粉15-20、低筋面粉140-150、黄油80-85、鸡蛋黄60-65、蜂王浆1-2、玉米粒7-8、雪梨肉8-9、牛肚8-9、橄榄20-22、白酒4-5、番茄酱2-3、食盐4-5、腐竹5-6、海带7-8、魔芋粉7-8、茯苓2-3、陈皮4-5、甘草1-2、白术2-3、鸡爪参1-2、风车藤2-3、营养添加剂7-8。本发明的饼干添加了经腌制的橄榄,风味独特,同时本发明配方合理,口味香甜,此外,本发明还添加了多种谷物,含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质及维生素,搭配茯苓、白术等其他多种中草药,可达到健脾的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种速溶茶,尤其涉及一种谷物饼干及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品工业的发展直接影响人民的营养健康水平,天然、健康、营养、安全是21世纪食品工业发展的主题。近年来,随着现代城市化步伐的加快,亚健康问题日益突出,严重威胁人们的健康。长期服用药品不但起不到理想的疗效,还会使健康进一步受损。而市面上出现的种类繁多的保健食品功能单一,营养成分单一,无法均衡保证营养摄入,且价格昂贵,不适合长期服用。因此,如何通过饮食达到健康保健功效日益引起人们的重视,研发各种功能性食品已经是势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种谷物饼干及其制备方法,本发明具有香味浓郁、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种谷物饼干,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小米粉11-12、大豆粉10-11、小麦胚芽粉15-20、低筋面粉140-150、黄油80-85、鸡蛋黄60-65、蜂王浆1-2、玉米粒7-8、雪梨肉8-9、牛肚8-9、橄榄20-22、白酒4-5、番茄酱2-3、食盐4-5、腐竹5-6、海带7-8、魔芋粉7-8、茯苓2-3、陈皮4-5、甘草1-2、白术2-3、鸡爪参1-2、风车藤2-3、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成;豆渣14-15、紫菜4-5、菠萝粉6-7、豆浆17-18、排骨5-6、西瓜38-40;
制备方法为:(1)将西瓜挖洞、去瓤,塞入紫菜、排骨,灌入豆浆,隔水大火蒸30-35分钟,然后将西瓜腔内的物料取出,过滤除渣;
(2)将豆渣加步骤(1)所得物料小火熬稠,烘干后研成粉末,然后与剩余物料混匀,即得。
所述的谷物饼干的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将茯苓、陈皮、甘草、白术、鸡爪参、风车藤加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,小火熬膏,得药膏;
(2)将玉米粒、雪梨肉加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将牛肚、腐竹、海带剁碎,与滤液混合入锅,大火翻炒5-6分钟;
(3)将食盐加4-4.5倍的水搅拌至溶解,然后与白酒、番茄酱混合搅拌均匀,大火煮沸,然后与橄榄混合,密封腌制7-8天后再将橄榄取出、去核、剁碎;
(4)将黄油入锅,小火熬化后出料,加入鸡蛋黄搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤(1)、(2)、(3)及剩余物料,揉成团,擀成0.3-0.4cm的薄片,切分成型,送入烤箱,在160-170℃下烤制20分钟,即得。
本发明中的鸡爪参为百合科植物钝叶算盘七的根及根茎,风车藤为金虎尾科植物风车藤的藤茎。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的饼干添加了经腌制的橄榄,风味独特,同时本发明配方合理,口味香甜,此外,本发明还添加了多种谷物,含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质及维生素,搭配茯苓、白术等其他多种中草药,可达到健脾的功效。
具体实施方式
一种谷物饼干,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小米粉11、大豆粉10、小麦胚芽粉15、低筋面粉140、黄油80、鸡蛋黄60、蜂王浆1、玉米粒7、雪梨肉8、牛肚8、橄榄20、白酒4、番茄酱2、食盐4、腐竹5、海带7、魔芋粉7、茯苓2、陈皮4、甘草1、白术2、鸡爪参1、风车藤2、营养添加剂7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成;豆渣14、紫菜4、菠萝粉6、豆浆17、排骨5、西瓜38;
制备方法为:(1)将西瓜挖洞、去瓤,塞入紫菜、排骨,灌入豆浆,隔水大火蒸30-35分钟,然后将西瓜腔内的物料取出,过滤除渣;

1.一种谷物饼干,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小米粉11-12、大豆粉10-11、小麦胚芽粉15-20、低筋面粉140-150、黄油80-85、鸡蛋黄60-65、蜂王浆1-2、玉米粒7-8、雪梨肉8-9、牛肚8-9、橄榄20-22、白酒4-5、番茄酱2-3、食盐4-5、腐竹5-6、海带7-8、魔芋粉7-8、茯苓2-3、陈皮4-5、甘草1-2、白术2-3、鸡爪参1-2、风车藤2-3、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成;豆渣14-15、紫菜4-5、菠萝粉6-7、豆浆17-18、排骨5-6、西瓜38-40;
制备方法为:(1)将西瓜挖洞、去瓤,塞入紫菜、排骨,灌入豆浆,隔水大火蒸30-35分钟,然后将西瓜腔内的物料取出,过滤除渣;
(2)将豆渣加步骤(1)所得物料小火熬稠,烘干后研成粉末,然后与剩余物料混匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的谷物饼干的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
