一种苦瓜明目紫薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:紫薯500-550、枸杞子1-1.2、菊花0.8-1、决明子0.4-0.5、蒲公英1-1.1、沙苑子0.7-0.8、狼尾草1-1.1、秤杆草0.6-0.7、酱油15-16、橙子2-3、猕猴桃1.5-2、地瓜粉10-11、糙米15-20、豌豆15-16、鲫鱼20-22、苦瓜10-11、小葱2-3、营养添加剂10-12。本发明的薯条口感好,所采用的主要原料紫薯富含维生素A,可以改善视力,且本发明添加了多种果蔬,其中苦瓜含有多种维生素、矿物质,可清心明目,同时本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中枸杞子、菊花、决明子、狼尾草等具有明目功效,此外,本发明储存、食用方便,是一种绿色健康食品。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种薯条,尤其涉及一种苦瓜明目紫薯条及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种苦瓜明目紫薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种苦瓜明目紫薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫薯500-550、枸杞子1-1.2、菊花0.8-1、决明子0.4-0.5、蒲公英1-1.1、沙苑子0.7-0.8、狼尾草1-1.1、秤杆草0.6-0.7、酱油15-16、橙子2-3、猕猴桃1.5-2、地瓜粉10-11、糙米15-20、豌豆15-16、鲫鱼20-22、苦瓜10-11、小葱2-3、营养添加剂10-12;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述的苦瓜明目紫薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取橙子、猕猴桃果肉,混合打浆,过滤除渣,得果汁;将枸杞子、菊花、决明子、蒲公英、沙苑子、狼尾草、秤杆草放置于酱油中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,所得滤液与果汁混匀,得果香保健酱油;
(2)将糙米、豌豆混合入锅,小火炒香后出锅,研成粉末,得杂粮粉;
(3)将小葱、鲫鱼混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤收集滤液,得鲫鱼汤;将苦瓜加鲫鱼汤打浆,然后加入杂粮粉,小火熬稠,得调味酱;
(4)将紫薯去皮,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟后出锅,打成泥,加入果香保健酱油,在60-70℃下焖制10-15分钟,然后与调味酱、剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具,压实后脱模,切条,晒干,即得。
本发明中的狼尾草为禾本科植物狼尾草的全草,秤杆草为菊科植物山兰的全草或根。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的薯条口感好,所采用的主要原料紫薯富含维生素A,可以改善视力,且本发明添加了多种果蔬,营养丰富,其中苦瓜含有多种维生素、矿物质,具有清心明目的作用,同时本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中枸杞子、菊花、决明子、狼尾草等具有明目功效,此外,本发明储存、食用方便,是一种绿色健康食品。
具体实施方式
一种苦瓜明目紫薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
紫薯500、枸杞子1.2、菊花0.8、决明子0.5、蒲公英1.1、沙苑子0.8、狼尾草1.1、秤杆草0.7、酱油16、橙子2、猕猴桃1.5、地瓜粉11、糙米20、豌豆16、鲫鱼22、苦瓜11、小葱2、营养添加剂12;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:丝瓜络1.2、苹果花0.8、罗汉果1.2、菟丝子0.8、蜂蜜2、绿豆6、阿胶2、米醋5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述的苦瓜明目紫薯条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

紫薯500-550、枸杞子1-1.2、菊花0.8-1、决明子0.4-0.5、蒲公英1-1.1、沙苑子0.7-0.8、狼尾草1-1.1、秤杆草0.6-0.7、酱油15-16、橙子2-3、猕猴桃1.5-2、地瓜粉10-11、糙米15-20、豌豆15-16、鲫鱼20-22、苦瓜10-11、小葱2-3、营养添加剂10-12;
