技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健紫薯,尤其涉及一种保肝利胆椰蓉紫薯浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,用紫薯制备的各种保健食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了紫薯原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的紫薯食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种保肝利胆椰蓉紫薯浆及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种保肝利胆椰蓉紫薯浆,由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫薯60-70、营养添加剂7-8、姜丝7-8、海带13-14、菱角果肉15-16、魔芋粉4-5、牛蛙肉17-19、橙汁6-7、蚝油2-3、椰蓉4-5、彩椒8-10、蜂王浆2-3、红豆沙18-19、奶油2-3、钩藤2-3、相思藤1.2-1.4、补血草0.6-1.8、水飞蓟1.5-2.1、破布子叶1.4-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1-3、夜交藤2.4-3、南烛叶2.8-3.2、莲子壳3-4、茉莉花蕾1-1.5、莲子芯4-5、巴旦木果仁4-5、鳄梨28-30、冰糖1-2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁; 
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2-3天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,最后向梨腹内兑入药汁,送入烤箱200-250℃下烘烤10-20分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉,即得。
一种保肝利胆椰蓉紫薯浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将钩藤、相思藤、补血草、水飞蓟、破布子叶用6-9 倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)姜丝、海带混合入锅,加1-2倍水小火熬煮20-25分钟,滤得汁液;
(3)菱角果肉、紫薯、牛蛙肉混合榨浆,滤得浆液,大火煮沸,待用;
(4)橙汁、蚝油混合入锅,大火煮沸,彩椒切丝,拌蜂王浆混合置于漏勺中,将煮沸的橙汁蚝油混合液从漏勺上浇下,沥干后入烤箱烘烤5-6分钟,取出烘干磨粉;
(5)红豆沙与奶油混匀搅拌成泥,用纱布包裹,悬置于盛有酒的木桶中,密封保存2-3天,取出烘干磨粉,待用;椰蓉烘干磨粉,与魔芋粉合并待用;
(6)将上述步骤所得粉料、汁液、浆液以及剩余物料混合搅拌均匀,灭菌分装,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的紫薯浆口感丰富,还含有多种保健成分,加入了补血草、水飞蓟、破布子叶等成分,具有很好的清热利湿、保肝、利胆、益脑消食等作用,赋予了本发明紫薯浆很好的保健作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种保肝利胆椰蓉紫薯浆,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
紫薯70、营养添加剂8、姜丝8、海带14、菱角果肉16、魔芋粉5、牛蛙肉19、橙汁7、蚝油3、椰蓉5、彩椒10、蜂王浆3、红豆沙19、奶油3、钩藤3、相思藤1.4、补血草1.8、水飞蓟2.1、破布子叶1.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1、夜交藤2.4、南烛叶2.8、莲子壳3、茉莉花蕾1.5、莲子芯4、巴旦木果仁4、鳄梨30、冰糖2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁; 
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,兑药汁,200-250℃下烘烤10分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉即得。
一种保肝利胆椰蓉紫薯浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将钩藤、相思藤、补血草、水飞蓟、破布子叶用9 倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)姜丝、海带混合入锅,加2倍水小火熬煮25分钟,滤得汁液;
(3)菱角果肉、紫薯、牛蛙肉混合榨浆,滤得浆液,大火煮沸,待用;
(4)橙汁、蚝油混合入锅,大火煮沸,彩椒切丝,拌蜂王浆混合置于漏勺中,将煮沸的橙汁蚝油混合液从漏勺上浇下,沥干后入烤箱烘烤6分钟,取出烘干磨粉;
(5)红豆沙与奶油混匀搅拌成泥,用纱布包裹,悬置于盛有酒的木桶中,密封保存3天,取出烘干磨粉,待用;椰蓉烘干磨粉,与魔芋粉合并待用;
(6)将上述步骤所得粉料、汁液、浆液以及剩余物料混合搅拌均匀,灭菌分装,即得。

Claims (2)

1.一种保肝利胆椰蓉紫薯浆,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫薯60-70、营养添加剂7-8、姜丝7-8、海带13-14、菱角果肉15-16、魔芋粉4-5、牛蛙肉17-19、橙汁6-7、蚝油2-3、椰蓉4-5、彩椒8-10、蜂王浆2-3、红豆沙18-19、奶油2-3、钩藤2-3、相思藤1.2-1.4、补血草0.6-1.8、水飞蓟1.5-2.1、破布子叶1.4-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1-3、夜交藤2.4-3、南烛叶2.8-3.2、莲子壳3-4、茉莉花蕾1-1.5、莲子芯4-5、巴旦木果仁4-5、鳄梨28-30、冰糖1-2、啤酒适量;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保肝利胆椰蓉紫薯浆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)将钩藤、相思藤、补血草、水飞蓟、破布子叶用6-9 倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)姜丝、海带混合入锅,加1-2倍水小火熬煮20-25分钟,滤得汁液;
(3)菱角果肉、紫薯、牛蛙肉混合榨浆,滤得浆液,大火煮沸,待用;
(4)橙汁、蚝油混合入锅,大火煮沸,彩椒切丝,拌蜂王浆混合置于漏勺中,将煮沸的橙汁蚝油混合液从漏勺上浇下,沥干后入烤箱烘烤5-6分钟,取出烘干磨粉;
(5)红豆沙与奶油混匀搅拌成泥,用纱布包裹,悬置于盛有酒的木桶中,密封保存2-3天,取出烘干磨粉,待用;椰蓉烘干磨粉,与魔芋粉合并待用;
(6)将上述步骤所得粉料、汁液、浆液以及剩余物料混合搅拌均匀,灭菌分装,即得。
