本发明涉及一种保健紫薯,尤其涉及一种清热补虚奶香味紫薯面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,用紫薯制备的各种保健食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了紫薯原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的紫薯食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种清热补虚奶香味紫薯面条及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种清热补虚奶香味紫薯面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:
面粉100-150、紫薯90-110、营养添加剂8-10、烤地瓜15-20、脾酒22-23、黄豆9-10、葡萄籽油2-3、鸽精3-4、马蹄粉6-7、芸豆10-13、莲蓬6-7、腊肠碎4-6、啤酒4-5、腰果8-9、奶油2-4、珍珠菜13-14、牛角花0.6-1.4、掐不齐0.5-1.5、皮哨子1-2.1、白及0.5-1.3、薄荷叶3-3.5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1-3、夜交藤2.4-3、南烛叶2.8-3.2、莲子壳3-4、茉莉花蕾1-1.5、莲子芯4-5、巴旦木果仁4-5、鳄梨28-30、冰糖1-2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2-3天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,最后向梨腹内兑入药汁,送入烤箱200-250℃下烘烤10-20分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉,即得。
一种清热补虚奶香味紫薯面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛角花、掐不齐、皮哨子、白及、薄荷叶用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)紫薯切片,隔水蒸熟,与烤地瓜合并,共同置于盛有酒的木桶密封存放2-3天,取出待用;
(3)芸豆、莲蓬混合入锅,兑2-3倍水,小火熬煮30-40分钟,取出芸豆与奶油混合捣碎,再入烤箱烘烤至干,磨粉待用;
(4)腊肠碎、腰果、黄豆混合入锅,兑入啤酒,小火熬煮至干,取出腰果、黄豆,烘干磨粉;
(5)珍珠菜洗净切碎,用鸽精的8-9倍水化开鸽精,加热煮沸后,倒到珍珠菜碎上,沥干拌入马蹄粉,倒入盛有葡萄籽油的油锅中,加热翻炒1-2分钟,取出烘干磨粉,待用;
(6)将上述步骤所得物料、中药粉、面粉混合搅拌均匀,加入适量的水以及剩余物料,和成面团,最后做成面条即可。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的紫薯面条口感丰富,还含有多种保健成分,加入了白及、牛角花、皮哨子等成分,具有很好的消肿生肌、补虚清热、行气消积等作用,赋予了本发明紫薯面条很好的保健作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种清热补虚奶香味紫薯面条,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
面粉150、紫薯110、营养添加剂10、烤地瓜20、脾酒23、黄豆10、葡萄籽油3、鸽精4、马蹄粉7、芸豆13、莲蓬7、腊肠碎6、啤酒5、腰果9、奶油2-4、珍珠菜14、牛角花1.4、掐不齐1.5、皮哨子2.1、白及1.3、薄荷叶3.5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1、夜交藤2.4、南烛叶2.8、莲子壳3、茉莉花蕾1.5、莲子芯4、巴旦木果仁4、鳄梨30、冰糖2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,兑药汁,200-250℃下烘烤10分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉即得。
一种清热补虚奶香味紫薯面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛角花、掐不齐、皮哨子、白及、薄荷叶用6倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)紫薯切片,隔水蒸熟,与烤地瓜合并,共同置于盛有酒的木桶密封存放2-3天,取出待用;
(3)芸豆、莲蓬混合入锅,兑2倍水,小火熬煮30分钟,取出芸豆与奶油混合捣碎,再入烤箱烘烤至干,磨粉待用;
(4)腊肠碎、腰果、黄豆混合入锅,兑入啤酒,小火熬煮至干,取出腰果、黄豆,烘干磨粉;
(5)珍珠菜洗净切碎,用鸽精的8倍水化开鸽精,加热煮沸后,倒到珍珠菜碎上,沥干拌入马蹄粉,倒入盛有葡萄籽油的油锅中,加热翻炒2分钟,取出烘干磨粉,待用;
(6)将上述步骤所得物料、中药粉、面粉混合搅拌均匀,加入适量的水以及剩余物料,和成面团,最后做成面条即可。

1.一种清热补虚奶香味紫薯面条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
面粉100-150、紫薯90-110、营养添加剂8-10、烤地瓜15-20、脾酒22-23、黄豆9-10、葡萄籽油2-3、鸽精3-4、马蹄粉6-7、芸豆10-13、莲蓬6-7、腊肠碎4-6、啤酒4-5、腰果8-9、奶油2-4、珍珠菜13-14、牛角花0.6-1.4、掐不齐0.5-1.5、皮哨子1-2.1、白及0.5-1.3、薄荷叶3-3.5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1-3、夜交藤2.4-3、南烛叶2.8-3.2、莲子壳3-4、茉莉花蕾1-1.5、莲子芯4-5、巴旦木果仁4-5、鳄梨28-30、冰糖1-2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2-3天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,最后向梨腹内兑入药汁,送入烤箱200-250℃下烘烤10-20分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热补虚奶香味紫薯面条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛角花、掐不齐、皮哨子、白及、薄荷叶用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)紫薯切片,隔水蒸熟,与烤地瓜合并,共同置于盛有酒的木桶密封存放2-3天,取出待用;
(3)芸豆、莲蓬混合入锅,兑2-3倍水,小火熬煮30-40分钟,取出芸豆与奶油混合捣碎,再入烤箱烘烤至干,磨粉待用;
(4)腊肠碎、腰果、黄豆混合入锅,兑入啤酒,小火熬煮至干,取出腰果、黄豆,烘干磨粉;
(5)珍珠菜洗净切碎,用鸽精的8-9倍水化开鸽精,加热煮沸后,倒到珍珠菜碎上,沥干拌入马蹄粉,倒入盛有葡萄籽油的油锅中,加热翻炒1-2分钟,取出烘干磨粉,待用;
(6)将上述步骤所得物料、中药粉、面粉混合搅拌均匀,加入适量的水以及剩余物料,和成面团,最后做成面条即可。
