[0002] 人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,用紫薯制备的各种保健食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了紫薯原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的紫薯食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种开胃健脾紫薯面条及其制备方法。
[0004] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种开胃健脾紫薯面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫薯粉150-160、面粉200-250、营养添加剂7_8、鸽子汤12-13、玉米芯3_4、榴莲果肉
4-5、豌豆6-7、番薯14-15、黑枸杞8_9、李子肉5_8、果醋3_4、辣椒末3_4、胡椒粉2_3、绿豆糕5-6、松节1.5-2.1、朱槿1.2-2.3、玳玳花2-2.4、牡荆叶0.8_1、木贼0.7-0.8、竹茹1_2、清酒7-9 ;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
1.8-2斤的鲫鱼一只、4-6斤的鸭子一只、当归20-24克、功劳子23-24克、花惹14-16克、益智仁17-18克、腊肉40-50克、蜜枣碎15-20克、枇杷汁70-100克,葱姜碎、五香粉适量;
制备方法为:(I)鲫鱼、鸭子洗净去内脏,腊肉剁碎,当归、功劳子、花惹、益智仁洗净,与腊肉碎、葱姜碎、蜜枣碎混合塞于鲫鱼肚子中,缝合待用;
(2)五香粉兑枇杷汁化开,鸭腹中涂抹枇杷汁与五香粉的混合物,再将鲫鱼置于鸭腹中,缝合,上锅大火蒸熟蒸透,1-2小时后,取出鲫鱼;
(3 )将步骤(2 )所得鲫鱼,浇烧滚的热油2-3次后,取出浙干,再刮取鱼肉混合剁碎,即得。
[0005] 一种开胃健脾紫薯面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松节、朱槿、玳玳花、牡荆叶、木贼、竹茹用6-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)李子肉切丁,玉米芯、豌豆、李子肉丁混合入锅,兑入鸽子汤,混合熬煮至干,取豌豆、李子肉,与榴莲果肉混合捣碎成泥,晾干待用;
(3)黑枸杞、果醋混合入搅拌机搅拌成泥状,得枸杞酱,番薯切块用竹签穿串,置于清酒中浸泡1-2小时,取出刷枸杞酱上炉烘烤,一边撒胡椒粉、辣椒末,一边翻转番薯串,直至烤熟后取下,与绿豆糕混合捣碎待用; (4)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料以及紫薯粉、中药粉、面粉混合,搅拌均匀,加入适量的水以及剩余物料,不断搅拌均匀,和成面团,做成面条即可。

具体实施方式

实施例1:
一种开胃健脾紫薯面条,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
紫薯粉160、面粉20、营养添加剂8、鸽子汤13、玉米芯4、榴莲果肉5、豌豆7、番薯15、黑枸杞9、李子肉8、果醋4、辣椒末4、胡椒粉3、绿豆糕6、松节2.1、朱槿2.3、玳玳花2.4、牡荆叶1、木贼0.8、竹茹2、清酒9 ;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
2斤的鲫鱼一只、6斤的鸭子一只、当归20克、功劳子23克、花惹16克、益智仁18克、腊肉40克、蜜枣碎20克、枇杷汁100克,葱姜碎、五香粉适量;
制备方法为:(I)鲫鱼、鸭子洗净去内脏,腊肉剁碎,当归、功劳子、花惹、益智仁洗净,与腊肉碎、葱姜碎、蜜枣碎混合塞于鲫鱼肚子中,缝合待用;
(2)五香粉兑枇杷汁化开,鸭腹中涂抹枇杷汁与五香粉的混合物,再将鲫鱼置于鸭腹中,缝合,上锅大火蒸熟蒸透,I小时后,取出鲫鱼;
(3)将步骤(2)所得鲫鱼,浇烧滚的热油3次,取出浙干,再刮取鱼肉混合剁碎,即得。
[0008] 一种开胃健脾紫薯面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松节、朱槿、玳玳花、牡荆叶、木贼、竹茹用6倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)李子肉切丁,玉米芯、豌豆、李子肉丁混合入锅,兑入鸽子汤,混合熬煮至干,取豌豆、李子肉,与榴莲果肉混合捣碎成泥,晾干待用;
(3)黑枸杞、果醋混合入搅拌机搅拌成泥状,得枸杞酱,番薯切块用竹签穿串,置于清酒中浸泡I小时,取出刷枸杞酱上炉烘烤,一边撒胡椒粉、辣椒末,一边翻转番薯串,直至烤熟后取下,与绿豆糕混合捣碎待用;
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料以及紫薯粉、中药粉、面粉混合,搅拌均匀,加入适量的水以及剩余物料,不断搅拌均匀,和成面团,做成面条即可。

1.一种开胃健脾紫薯面条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成: 紫薯粉150-160、面粉200-250、营养添加剂7_8、鸽子汤12-13、玉米芯3_4、榴莲果肉4-5、豌豆6-7、番薯14-15、黑枸杞8_9、李子肉5_8、果醋3_4、辣椒末3_4、胡椒粉2_3、绿豆糕5-6、松节1.5-2.1、朱槿1.2-2.3、玳玳花2-2.4、牡荆叶0.8_1、木贼0.7-0.8、竹茹1_2、清酒7-9 ; 所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成: 1.8-2斤的鲫鱼一只、4-6斤的鸭子一只、当归20-24克、功劳子23-24克、花惹14-16克、益智仁17-18克、腊肉40-50克、蜜枣碎15-20克、枇杷汁70-100克,葱姜碎、五香粉适量; 制备方法为:(1)鲫鱼、鸭子洗净去内脏,腊肉剁碎,当归、功劳子、花惹、益智仁洗净,与腊肉碎、葱姜碎、蜜枣碎混合塞于鲫鱼肚子中,缝合待用; (2)五香粉兑枇杷汁化开,鸭腹中涂抹枇杷汁与五香粉的混合物,再将鲫鱼置于鸭腹中,缝合,上锅大火蒸熟蒸透,1-2小时后,取出鲫鱼; (3)将步骤(2)所得鲫鱼,浇烧滚的热油2-3次后,取出浙干,再刮取鱼肉混合剁碎,SP得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开胃健脾紫薯面条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (1)将松节、朱槿、玳玳花、牡荆叶、木贼、竹茹用6-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉; (2)李子肉切丁,玉米芯、豌豆、李子肉丁混合入锅,兑入鸽子汤,混合熬煮至干,取豌豆、李子肉,与榴莲果肉混合捣碎成泥,晾干待用; (3)黑枸杞、果醋混合入搅拌机搅拌成泥状,得枸杞酱,番薯切块用竹签穿串,置于清酒中浸泡1-2小时,取出刷枸杞酱上炉烘烤,一边撒胡椒粉、辣椒末,一边翻转番薯串,直至烤熟后取下,与绿豆糕混合捣碎待用; (4)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料以及紫薯粉、中药粉、面粉混合,搅拌均匀,加入适量的水以及剩余物料,不断搅拌均匀,和成面团,做成面条即可。
