本发明公开了一种荷叶莲子花生粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:花生米40-50、营养添加剂7-8、大米40-50、鱼糕8-10、莲子6-7、麦芽汁33-35、薯片8-9、马蹄7-8、猪大肠粉5-6、荷叶4-5、扁豆泥15-17、蜜枣碎8-10、红辣椒4-6、海苔酱5-6、醋糟粉4-5、生地2.5-2.7、柿蒂2-2.2、扶桑根2.6-2.8、旋花2.5-3、峨屏草2.5-3.3、地黄叶2.2-3;本发明风味独特,口感极好,既保留了花生的香味,又增添了荷叶、麦芽的清香,通过添加峨屏草、地黄叶、柿蒂等中草药,从而达到降逆下气、息风清热的目的,老少皆宜,特别适合于夏天食用。

本发明涉及一种保健花生,尤其涉及一种荷叶莲子花生粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,用花生制备的各种保健食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了花生原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的花生食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种荷叶莲子花生粥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种荷叶莲子花生粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:
花生米40-50、营养添加剂7-8、大米40-50、鱼糕8-10、莲子6-7、麦芽汁33-35、薯片8-9、马蹄7-8、猪大肠粉5-6、荷叶4-5、扁豆泥15-17、蜜枣碎8-10、红辣椒4-6、海苔酱5-6、醋糟粉4-5、生地2.5-2.7、柿蒂2-2.2、扶桑根2.6-2.8、旋花2.5-3、峨屏草2.5-3.3、地黄叶2.2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
1.5-2斤的青鱼1条、勿忘我2.4-3.6克、柿蒂2.5-3.2克、玫瑰花2.7-3克、鹿角霜3.1-3.5克、肉松100-200克、冻豆腐200-300克、清酒20-30克、香菜100-200克;
制备方法:(1)将勿忘我、柿蒂、玫瑰花、鹿角霜用4-5倍的水浸提后过滤,得到中药汁;肉松兑水加热,10-15分钟取出肉松,晾干待用;
(2)将青鱼洗净,去内脏,塞入洗净的香菜,置于簸箕中,用微弱的竹炭火,熏烤5-6小时,至青鱼渗出鱼油,取出青鱼剁成块状待用;
(3)冻豆腐解冻切碎晒干,与晾干的肉松、清酒以及青鱼块混合入锅,倒入中药汁以及适量水浸煮40-45分钟,取出青鱼块、肉松以及冻豆腐,沥干烘干磨粉,即得。
一种荷叶莲子花生粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将生地、柿蒂、扶桑根、旋花、峨屏草、地黄叶用6-9 倍量的水浸提后,滤得到中药汁;
(2)鱼糕、莲子兑中药汁混合熬煮30-40分钟,取出熟莲子、鱼糕,将鱼糕切丁待用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得熟莲子与醋糟粉、蜜枣碎混合上锅隔水熏蒸,取出熟莲子与猪大肠粉混合捣碎,待用;
(4)薯片磨粉与营养添加剂合并入锅,兑入麦芽汁,倒入花生米混合熬煮20-30分钟,取出花生米待用;马蹄切丁,待用;
(5)大米洗净,拌入扁豆泥、海苔酱以及红辣椒,用荷叶包裹混合物,入锅隔水蒸熟,取出熟大米,待用;
(6)熟大米倒入锅中,加适量的水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)(3)(4)(5)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明风味独特,口感极好,既保留了花生的香味,又增添了荷叶、麦芽的清香,通过添加峨屏草、地黄叶、柿蒂等中草药,从而达到降逆下气、息风清热的目的,老少皆宜,特别适合于夏天食用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种荷叶莲子花生粥,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
花生米40、营养添加剂8、大米40-50、鱼糕8、莲子6、麦芽汁35、薯片8、马蹄7、猪大肠粉5、荷叶4、扁豆泥15、蜜枣碎10、红辣椒4、海苔酱5、醋糟粉4、生地2.5、柿蒂2.2、扶桑根2.6、旋花3、峨屏草2.5、地黄叶2.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
2斤的青鱼1条、勿忘我3.6克、柿蒂3.2克、玫瑰花2.7克、鹿角霜3.5克、肉松100克、冻豆腐200克、清酒20克、香菜100克;
制备方法:(1)将勿忘我、柿蒂、玫瑰花、鹿角霜用5倍的水浸提后过滤,得到中药汁;肉松兑水加热,15分钟取出肉松,晾干待用;
(2)将青鱼洗净,去内脏,塞入洗净的香菜,置于簸箕中,用微弱的竹炭火,熏烤5小时,至青鱼渗出鱼油,取出青鱼剁成块状待用;
(3)冻豆腐解冻切碎晒干,与晾干的肉松、清酒以及青鱼块混合入锅,倒入中药汁以及适量水浸煮40分钟,取出青鱼块、肉松以及冻豆腐,沥干烘干磨粉,即得。
一种荷叶莲子花生粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将生地、柿蒂、扶桑根、旋花、峨屏草、地黄叶用6-9 倍量的水浸提后,滤得到中药汁;
(2)鱼糕、莲子兑中药汁混合熬煮30分钟,取出熟莲子、鱼糕,将鱼糕切丁待用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得熟莲子与醋糟粉、蜜枣碎混合上锅隔水熏蒸,取出熟莲子与猪大肠粉混合捣碎,待用;
(4)薯片磨粉与营养添加剂合并入锅,兑入麦芽汁,倒入花生米混合熬煮20-30分钟,取出花生米待用;马蹄切丁,待用;
(5)大米洗净,拌入扁豆泥、海苔酱以及红辣椒,用荷叶包裹混合物,入锅隔水蒸熟,取出熟大米,待用;
(6)熟大米倒入锅中,加适量的水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)(3)(4)(5)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10分钟,即得。

1.一种荷叶莲子花生粥,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
花生米40-50、营养添加剂7-8、大米40-50、鱼糕8-10、莲子6-7、麦芽汁33-35、薯片8-9、马蹄7-8、猪大肠粉5-6、荷叶4-5、扁豆泥15-17、蜜枣碎8-10、红辣椒4-6、海苔酱5-6、醋糟粉4-5、生地2.5-2.7、柿蒂2-2.2、扶桑根2.6-2.8、旋花2.5-3、峨屏草2.5-3.3、地黄叶2.2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
1.5-2斤的青鱼1条、勿忘我2.4-3.6克、柿蒂2.5-3.2克、玫瑰花2.7-3克、鹿角霜3.1-3.5克、肉松100-200克、冻豆腐200-300克、清酒20-30克、香菜100-200克;
制备方法:(1)将勿忘我、柿蒂、玫瑰花、鹿角霜用4-5倍的水浸提后过滤,得到中药汁;肉松兑水加热,10-15分钟取出肉松,晾干待用;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种荷叶莲子花生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将生地、柿蒂、扶桑根、旋花、峨屏草、地黄叶用6-9 倍量的水浸提后,滤得到中药汁;
(2)鱼糕、莲子兑中药汁混合熬煮30-40分钟,取出熟莲子、鱼糕,将鱼糕切丁待用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得熟莲子与醋糟粉、蜜枣碎混合上锅隔水熏蒸,取出熟莲子与猪大肠粉混合捣碎,待用;
(4)薯片磨粉与营养添加剂合并入锅,兑入麦芽汁,倒入花生米混合熬煮20-30分钟,取出花生米待用;马蹄切丁,待用;
(5)大米洗净,拌入扁豆泥、海苔酱以及红辣椒,用荷叶包裹混合物,入锅隔水蒸熟,取出熟大米,待用;
(6)熟大米倒入锅中,加适量的水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)(3)(4)(5)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
