本发明主要涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种草莓奶味保健茶粉及制备方法。
背景技术
现在市面上奶茶口味多种多样,营养美味,受到大多数消费者的喜欢,但是现有的奶茶成分单一,保健功效不显著,已经不能满足人们对健康饮食的需求,为此本发明在奶茶中添加多种营养原料,使其营养保健功效更佳。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种草莓味保健奶茶粉及制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种草莓味保健奶茶粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
草莓200-230、橘络3-4、红椽木子1-2、通花根1-3、紫苏叶1-2、白扁豆花1-2、皱果苋2-3、绞股蓝1-2、鸡肝粉1-3、生姜粉3-5、猪皮10-15、苔干4-7、油菜花粉5-6、薄荷汁3-5、驴肝4-6、面豉2-3、扭子菜4-6、红薯3-5、营养添加粉4-6;
所述的营养添加粉由下列重量份原料制成:奶粉25-30、菠萝叶1-2、密蒙花2-3、罗勒叶1-2、绿茶1-2、玉米仁4-5、灰灰菜2-3、香菇2-3、柠檬肉2-3;
制备方法为:(1)将密蒙花、罗勒叶、菠萝叶绿茶混合,加6-10倍水,文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将灰灰菜、香菇混合,加3-4倍水打浆,得浆液,将玉米仁炒香后研碎,与浆液混合,小火熬制成糊;
(3)将柠檬肉与奶粉混合入蒸锅,中火蒸3-5分钟,与上述得到的糊状物混合研磨均匀,加入到上述滤液中,搅拌成泥后烘干,研磨成粉。
所述的草莓味保健奶茶粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将橘络、红椽木子、通花根、紫苏叶、白扁豆花、皱果苋、绞股蓝混合,加6-10倍水,中火煎煮20-30分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将红薯、草莓、扭子菜、苔干混合打浆后,加薄荷汁搅拌均匀,得浆液;
(3)将猪皮、驴肝洗净切成条放入锅中加6-8倍水和步骤(1)中所得滤液,大火煮沸后转小火煮1-2小时后,加入步骤(2)所得浆液、鸡肝粉、生姜粉、面豉、油菜花粉后搅拌均匀,文火熬制成膏,烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(3)所得粉末与剩余各原料混合均匀后,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明以草莓作为主料,草莓具有清暑解热、生津止渴、利尿止泻、利咽止咳功效,本发明的奶茶粉经常食用可达到和胃止呕、增强免疫力的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种草莓味保健奶茶粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:
草莓230、橘络4、红椽木子2、通花根3、紫苏叶2、白扁豆花2、皱果苋3、绞股蓝2、鸡肝粉3、生姜粉5、猪皮15、苔干7、油菜花粉6、薄荷汁5、驴肝6、面豉3、扭子菜6、红薯5、营养添加粉6;
所述的营养添加粉由下列重量份原料制成:奶粉30、菠萝叶2、密蒙花3、罗勒叶2、绿茶2、玉米仁5、灰灰菜3、香菇3、柠檬肉;
制备方法为:(1)将密蒙花、罗勒叶、菠萝叶绿茶混合,加10倍水,文火煎煮40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将灰灰菜、香菇混合,加4倍水打浆,得浆液,将玉米仁炒香后研碎,与浆液混合,小火熬制成糊;
(3)将柠檬肉与奶粉混合入蒸锅,中火蒸5分钟,与上述得到的糊状物混合研磨均匀,加入到上述滤液中,搅拌成泥后烘干,研磨成粉。
所述的草莓味保健奶茶粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将橘络、红椽木子、通花根、紫苏叶、白扁豆花、皱果苋、绞股蓝混合,加10倍水,中火煎煮30分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将红薯、草莓、扭子菜、苔干混合打浆后,加薄荷汁搅拌均匀,得浆液;
(3)将猪皮、驴肝洗净切成条放入锅中加8倍水和步骤(1)中所得滤液,大火煮沸后转小火煮2小时后,加入步骤(2)所得浆液、鸡肝粉、生姜粉、面豉、油菜花粉后搅拌均匀,文火熬制成膏,烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(3)所得粉末与剩余各原料混合均匀后,即得。

1.一种草莓味保健奶茶粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
草莓200-230、橘络3-4、红椽木子1-2、通花根1-3、紫苏叶1-2、白扁豆花1-2、皱果苋2-3、绞股蓝1-2、鸡肝粉1-3、生姜粉3-5、猪皮10-15、苔干4-7、油菜花粉5-6、薄荷汁3-5、驴肝4-6、面豉2-3、扭子菜4-6、红薯3-5、营养添加粉4-6;
所述的营养添加粉由下列重量份原料制成:奶粉25-30、菠萝叶1-2、密蒙花2-3、罗勒叶1-2、绿茶1-2、玉米仁4-5、灰灰菜2-3、香菇2-3、柠檬肉2-3;
该营养添加粉的制备方法为:(1)将密蒙花、罗勒叶、菠萝叶、绿茶混合,加6-10倍水,文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将灰灰菜、香菇混合,加3-4倍水打浆,得浆液,将玉米仁炒香后研碎,与浆液混合,小火熬制成糊;
