本发明公开了一种聪耳明目奶茶粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:紫米粉130-180、罗汉果7-9、沙苑子1-2、楤木叶0.5-1.2、老白花0.8-1.2、金樱子0.3-0.5、岩梭花0.5-0.7、香茅草0.3-0.6、榛子仁3-6、白扁豆5-7、苦丁茶粉2-4、蛋清液3-7、小黄鱼干5-8、山楂3-6、龙须菜5-6、鸭血块2-5、营养添加粉5-7。本发明以紫米粉作为主料,紫米粉具有滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血功效,其中添加的多种蔬菜及辅料,含有丰富的维生素C、矿物质等,可促进胃肠蠕动、帮助消化,并添加了多种中草药,经常食用可达到降压降糖、利尿凉血、降火消肿、益气解乏、清心明目的功效。

本发明主要涉及奶茶领域,尤其涉及一种聪耳明目奶茶粉及制备方法。
背景技术
现在市面上奶茶口味多种多样,营养美味,受到大多数消费者的喜欢,但是现有的奶茶成分单一,保健功效不显著,已经不能满足人们对健康饮食的需求,为此本发明在奶茶中添加多种营养原料,使其营养保健功效更佳。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种聪耳明目奶茶粉及制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种聪耳明目奶茶粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
紫米粉130-180、罗汉果7-9、沙苑子1-2、楤木叶0.5-1.2、老白花0.8-1.2、金樱子0.3-0.5、岩梭花0.5-0.7、香茅草0.3-0.6、榛子仁3-6、白扁豆5-7、苦丁茶粉2-4、蛋清液3-7、小黄鱼干5-8、山楂3-6、龙须菜5-6、鸭血块2-5、营养添加粉5-7;
所述的营养添加粉由下列重量份原料制成:奶粉25-30、菠萝叶1-2、密蒙花2-3、罗勒叶1-2、绿茶1-2、玉米仁4-5、灰灰菜2-3、香菇2-3、柠檬肉2-3;
制备方法为:(1)将密蒙花、罗勒叶、菠萝叶绿茶混合,加6-10倍水,文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将灰灰菜、香菇混合,加3-4倍水打浆,得浆液,将玉米仁炒香后研碎,与浆液混合,小火熬制成糊;
(3)将柠檬肉与奶粉混合入蒸锅,中火蒸3-5分钟,与上述得到的糊状物混合研磨均匀,加入到上述滤液中,搅拌成泥后烘干,研磨成粉。
所述的聪耳明目奶茶粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将沙苑子、楤木叶、老白花、金樱子、岩梭花、香茅草混合,水提2-3次,过滤,合并滤液;
(2)将榛子仁、小黄鱼干、苦丁茶粉混合入锅,小火炒制20-25分钟后起锅,将所得物料倒入筛子中,将茶叶粉筛除,并将榛子仁、小黄鱼干混合磨成粉;
(3)将罗汉果、山楂、鸭血块隔水蒸20-30分钟至熟透,与蛋清液混合,捣成泥;
(4)将白扁豆、龙须菜与步骤(1)中所得滤液混合打浆,得浆液,将渣液分离,得蔬菜汁;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)中所得物料混合,置于锅中,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀,熬成糊,烘干、研磨成粉,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明以紫米粉作为主料,紫米粉具有滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血功效,其中添加的多种蔬菜及辅料,含有丰富的维生素C、矿物质等,可促进胃肠蠕动、帮助消化,并添加了多种中草药,经常食用可达到降压降糖、利尿凉血、降火消肿、益气解乏、清心明目的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种聪耳明目奶茶粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:
紫米粉180、罗汉果9、沙苑子2、楤木叶1.2、老白花1.2、金樱子0.5、岩梭花0.7、香茅草0.6、榛子仁、白扁豆7、苦丁茶粉4、蛋清液7、小黄鱼干8、山楂6、龙须菜6、鸭血块5、营养添加粉7;
所述的营养添加粉由下列重量份原料制成:奶粉30、菠萝叶2、密蒙花3、罗勒叶2、绿茶2、玉米仁5、灰灰菜3、香菇3、柠檬肉3;
制备方法为:(1)将密蒙花、罗勒叶、菠萝叶绿茶混合,加10倍水,文火煎煮40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将灰灰菜、香菇混合,加4倍水打浆,得浆液,将玉米仁炒香后研碎,与浆液混合,小火熬制成糊;
(3)将柠檬肉与奶粉混合入蒸锅,中火蒸5分钟,与上述得到的糊状物混合研磨均匀,加入到上述滤液中,搅拌成泥后烘干,研磨成粉。
所述的聪耳明目奶茶粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将沙苑子、楤木叶、老白花、金樱子、岩梭花、香茅草混合,水提3次,过滤,合并滤液;
(2)将榛子仁、小黄鱼干、苦丁茶粉混合入锅,小火炒制25分钟后起锅,将所得物料倒入筛子中,将茶叶粉筛除,并将榛子仁、小黄鱼干混合磨成粉;
(3)将罗汉果、山楂、鸭血块隔水蒸30分钟至熟透,与蛋清液混合,捣成泥;
(4)将白扁豆、龙须菜与步骤(1)中所得滤液混合打浆,得浆液,将渣液分离,得蔬菜汁;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)中所得物料混合,置于锅中,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀,熬成糊,烘干、研磨成粉,即得。

1.一种聪耳明目奶茶粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
紫米粉130-180、罗汉果7-9、沙苑子1-2、楤木叶0.5-1.2、老白花0.8-1.2、金樱子0.3-0.5、岩梭花0.5-0.7、香茅草0.3-0.6、榛子仁3-6、白扁豆5-7、苦丁茶粉2-4、蛋清液3-7、小黄鱼干5-8、山楂3-6、龙须菜5-6、鸭血块2-5、营养添加粉5-7;
所述的营养添加粉由下列重量份原料制成:奶粉25-30、菠萝叶1-2、密蒙花2-3、罗勒叶1-2、绿茶1-2、玉米仁4-5、灰灰菜2-3、香菇2-3、柠檬肉2-3;
制备方法为:(1)将密蒙花、罗勒叶、菠萝叶绿茶混合,加6-10倍水,文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将灰灰菜、香菇混合,加3-4倍水打浆,得浆液,将玉米仁炒香后研碎,与浆液混合,小火熬制成糊;
