本发明公开了一种珍珠枣泥益补粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:西米90-95、酸枣泥7-8、营养添加剂7-9、鱼糕5-6、海鲜汤3-4、提子8-9、豆粕12-18、茉莉花茶4-5、泥鳅肉浆5-7、狮头果5-6、花生碎末4-5、玉米花粉3-4、鳖甲2-2.4、珍珠粉2-2.4、莲子芯2.8-4、秦艽2-3.3、熊胆1-1.1、防风3-4.2;本发明的粥馅加入了鱼糕、海鲜汤、提子等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如莲子芯、熊胆、鳖甲的加入,赋予了本发明很好的止渴明目、清心去热、健胃、促进胆汁分泌的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健粥,尤其涉及一种珍珠枣泥益补粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是我国的传统早餐,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。但现有粥存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加粥所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种珍珠枣泥益补粥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种珍珠枣泥益补粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:
西米90-95、酸枣泥7-8、营养添加剂7-9、鱼糕5-6、海鲜汤3-4、提子8-9、豆粕12-18、茉莉花茶4-5、泥鳅肉浆5-7、狮头果5-6、花生碎末4-5、玉米花粉3-4、鳖甲2-2.4、珍珠粉2-2.4、莲子芯2.8-4、秦艽2-3.3、熊胆1-1.1、防风3-4.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3-3.3、藕节2-2.4、菠萝叶3-4.4、莲房2-2.8、枣花蜜5-6、芝麻酱7-8、海苔片3-4、兔肉20-25,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤5-7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;
一种珍珠枣泥益补粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鳖甲、珍珠粉、莲子芯等中草药加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤分离,得药液;
(2)泥鳅肉浆兑茉莉花茶混合熬煮至干,待用;狮头果取肉切丁,与花生碎末、玉米花粉混合入锅翻炒7-10分钟,取出,待用;
(3)提子榨汁,滤得汁液,与酸枣泥混合搅拌均匀,得枣泥,鱼糕切丁,由鱼糕丁做馅,用枣泥包裹成均匀大小的多个丸子,将丸子上锅蒸5-10分钟,取出再包裹一层豆粕,上烤炉小火烘烤10-15分钟,取出去豆粕,待用;
(4)泥鳅肉浆与西米混合倒入锅中加3-5倍的水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的粥馅加入了鱼糕、海鲜汤、提子等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如莲子芯、熊胆、鳖甲的加入,赋予了本发明很好的止渴明目、清心去热、健胃、促进胆汁分泌的作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种珍珠枣泥益补粥,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:               
西米95、酸枣泥8、营养添加剂9、鱼糕6、海鲜汤4、提子9、豆粕12、茉莉花茶5、泥鳅肉浆7、狮头果6、花生碎末5、玉米花粉4、鳖甲2.4、珍珠粉2、莲子芯2.8、秦艽3.3、熊胆1.1、防风3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3.3、藕节2.4、菠萝叶3、莲房2、枣花蜜5、芝麻酱8、海苔片4、兔肉20,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加5倍的水小火熬煮35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;

(4)泥鳅肉浆与西米混合倒入锅中加5倍的水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热15分钟,即得。

1.一种珍珠枣泥益补粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
西米90-95、酸枣泥7-8、营养添加剂7-9、鱼糕5-6、海鲜汤3-4、提子8-9、豆粕12-18、茉莉花茶4-5、泥鳅肉浆5-7、狮头果5-6、花生碎末4-5、玉米花粉3-4、鳖甲2-2.4、珍珠粉2-2.4、莲子芯2.8-4、秦艽2-3.3、熊胆1-1.1、防风3-4.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
