一种养生薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯800-850、柚核1-1.2、厚朴花1.3-1.4、合欢皮0.8-1、夏枯草0.9-1.2、茯苓0.5-0.7、棘刺花0.9-1、笔筒草0.8-0.9、苦荞麦10-11、桂圆肉3-4、红豆7-9、苋菜65-70、牛骨7-8、海苔碎10-11、肉松9-10、乳酸菌0.1-0.2、营养添加剂7-8。本发明的薯条口感好,配方合理科学,其中添加的牛骨经熬制,将其所得汤汁的风味与营养与红薯相融合,提高了本发明的钙含量,此外,本发明还添加了多种中草药,具有疏肝理气、安神解郁、清火明目、健脾得的功效,经常食用本发明可达到养生的目的。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种薯条,尤其涉及一种养生薯条及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种养生薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种养生薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
红薯800-850、柚核1-1.2、厚朴花1.3-1.4、合欢皮0.8-1、夏枯草0.9-1.2、茯苓0.5-0.7、棘刺花0.9-1、笔筒草0.8-0.9、苦荞麦10-11、桂圆肉3-4、红豆7-9、苋菜65-70、牛骨7-8、海苔碎10-11、肉松9-10、乳酸菌0.1-0.2、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络1-1.2、荔枝核2-2.4、制首乌0.8-1、石榴叶1.2-1.3、白萝卜3-4、香菇2-3、山楂片2-3、葡萄酒10-11、榛子仁4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将白萝卜、香菇加提取液打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入碾碎的山楂片,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末;
(3)将榛子仁放置于葡萄酒中浸泡2-3小时后捞出,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的养生薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将柚核、厚朴花、合欢皮、夏枯草、茯苓、棘刺花、笔筒草加6-7倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将苦荞麦小火炒香,加入3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,所得滤液与药液合并,然后加入牛骨,小火熬煮30-40分钟,将牛骨捞出,得保健牛骨汤;
(3)将红豆入锅,小火炒香后出锅,与桂圆肉混合,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液在35-37℃下接入乳酸菌,发酵2-3小时,得发酵红豆浆;
(4)将苋菜送入开水锅中漂烫4-5分钟后捞出、沥干,捣成泥,所得苋菜泥与发酵红豆浆混合拌匀,烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(5)将红薯去皮,送入蒸锅大火蒸熟后取出,打成泥,加入保健牛骨汤,在60-70℃下焖制20-25分钟后与步骤(4)所得物料、剩余物料混合均匀,送入模具,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。
本发明中的棘刺花为鼠李科植物酸枣的花,笔筒草为木贼科植物节节草的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的薯条口感好,配方合理科学,其中添加的牛骨经熬制,将其所得汤汁的风味与营养与红薯相融合,提高了本发明的钙含量,此外,本发明还添加了多种中草药,具有疏肝理气、安神解郁、清火明目、健脾得的功效,经常食用本发明可达到养生的目的。
具体实施方式
一种养生薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
红薯850、柚核1.2、厚朴花1.4、合欢皮1、夏枯草1.2、茯苓0.7、棘刺花0.9、笔筒草0.9、苦荞麦11、桂圆肉4、红豆9、苋菜65、牛骨8、海苔碎11、肉松10、乳酸菌0.2、营养添加剂8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:橘络1.2、荔枝核2.4、制首乌0.8、石榴叶1.3、白萝卜4、香菇2、山楂片3、葡萄酒10、榛子仁5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将白萝卜、香菇加提取液打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入碾碎的山楂片,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末;
(3)将榛子仁放置于葡萄酒中浸泡2-3小时后捞出,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
