一种保健薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯100-110、芋头20-30、鸡蛋花4-5、霸王花3-4、刺五加5-6、竹茹4.5-6、淡竹叶3.5-5、海蓬子2-3、通花根3-4、金桔4-5、树莓5-6、裙带菜4-5、淡豆鼓6-7、米酒4-5、奶油1-2、营养添加剂4-6。本发明的薯条口感好,配方合理科学,其中添加的金桔、裙带菜等果蔬含有丰富的维生素,而米酒则使得本发明风味独特,此外本发明还添加了多种中草药,具有补肾强腰、益气安神、清热平肝、降压的功能,经常食用本发明可达到强身健体的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种薯条,尤其涉及一种保健薯条及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保健薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
    一种保健薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
红薯100-110、芋头20-30、鸡蛋花4-5、霸王花3-4、刺五加5-6、竹茹4.5-6、淡竹叶3.5-5、海蓬子2-3、通花根3-4、金桔4-5、树莓5-6、裙带菜4-5、淡豆鼓6-7、米酒4-5、奶油1-2、营养添加剂4-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络1-1.2、荔枝核2-2.4、制首乌0.8-1、石榴叶1.2-1.3、白萝卜3-4、香菇2-3、山楂片2-3、葡萄酒10-11、榛子仁4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
    (2)将白萝卜、香菇加提取液打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入碾碎的山楂片,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末;
    (3)将榛子仁放置于葡萄酒中浸泡2-3小时后捞出,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
    所述的保健薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    (1)将金桔、树莓、裙带菜加60-70%的水打浆,所得果蔬浆与米酒混合入锅,小火熬稠,得果蔬酱;
    (2)将淡豆鼓送入油锅中大火炸制2-3分钟后捞出,沥干,与奶油混合拌匀,烘干后碾碎;
    (3)将鸡蛋花、霸王花、刺五加、竹茹、淡竹叶、海蓬子、通花根加8-9倍的水文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
    (4)将红薯、芋头去皮切片,放置于药液中浸泡4-5小时后捞出、沥干,上屉蒸熟后取出,打成泥,然后与步骤(1)、(2)所得物料及剩余物料混合均匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。
    本发明中的海蓬子为藜科植物盐角草的全草,通花根为五加科植物通脱木的根。
本发明的有益效果为:

红薯110、芋头20、鸡蛋花5、霸王花3、刺五加6、竹茹4.5、淡竹叶3.5、海蓬子2、通花根4、金桔5、树莓6、裙带菜5、淡豆鼓6、米酒5、奶油1、营养添加剂6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:橘络1.2、荔枝核2.4、制首乌0.8、石榴叶1.3、白萝卜4、香菇2、山楂片3、葡萄酒10、榛子仁5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
    (2)将白萝卜、香菇加提取液打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入碾碎的山楂片,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末;
