人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种百合白果雪梨汁及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种百合白果雪梨汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨460-470、百合10-15、白果10-15、海带30-35、排骨15-20、芫荽汁40-50、甘草5-7、洋甘菊5-6、白芷4-6、益母草5-6、红景天4-5、枸杞5-6、葛花4-5、八股绳2-3、火炭母2-3、食品添加剂8-10、冰糖粉60-70、水适量:
所述食品添加剂由以下重量份原料制成:红薯50-60、玉米40-50、大白菜40-50、三文鱼肉20-30、榛子仁15-20、番茄汁50-60、心胆草5-6、人参6-7、小茴香籽4-5、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将红薯洗净去皮后,切成块,与洗净的玉米、大白菜一起放入锅中,加适量水,煮熟后打成浆汁备用;
(2)将三文鱼肉、榛子仁洗净,放入锅中,加番茄汁,煮熟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将心胆草、人参、小茴香籽用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将步骤1、步骤2中的浆汁、提取液合并,混匀即可。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种百合白果雪梨汁的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将百合、白果洗净,与洗净、去皮切块的雪梨一起放入锅中,加适量水、冰糖粉,煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得雪梨汁备用;
(2)将海带、排骨洗净,切碎后放入锅中,加芫荽汁、适量水,煮至骨头软化,将锅中所有物料打成汁备用;
(3)将甘草、洋甘菊、白芷、益母草、红景天、枸杞、葛花、八股绳、火炭母用5-9倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将雪梨汁、步骤2中的汁、提取液、食品添加剂混合,充分搅拌,混匀后,灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种百合白果雪梨汁及其制备工艺,制备方法简单环保,在制备过程中日安家海带、排骨、百合等,具有丰富的膳食纤维,补血养颜清火、滋润肌肤,同时还添加甘草、洋甘菊、白芷、益母草等的提取物,具有一定的补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳的功效,是一种健康的饮品。
具体实施方式
一种百合白果雪梨汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:雪梨460、百合10、白果10、海带30、排骨15、芫荽汁40、甘草5、洋甘菊5、白芷4、益母草5、红景天4、枸杞5、葛花4、八股绳2、火炭母2、食品添加剂8、冰糖粉60、水适量:
食品添加剂由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:红薯50、玉米40、大白菜40、三文鱼肉20、榛子仁15、番茄汁50、心胆草5、人参6、小茴香籽4、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将红薯洗净去皮后,切成块,与洗净的玉米、大白菜一起放入锅中,加适量水,煮熟后打成浆汁备用;
(2)将三文鱼肉、榛子仁洗净,放入锅中,加番茄汁,煮熟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
