背景技术
    食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种绿豆香菇液体调味料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种绿豆香菇液体调味料,由以下重量份原料组成:绿豆50-60、香菇30-40、可乐50-60、陈醋50-60、豆瓣酱30-40、白砂糖50-60、龙眼肉40-50、茴香40-50、味精35-40、食盐30-40、辣椒粉20-30、黄酒400-450、荷叶5-6、葛根6-7、番白草4-5、菊花6-7、甘草5-6、乌龙茶8-10、覆盆子5-6、食品添加剂5-6、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:猪血40-50、鸡蛋液80-90、大青根6-7、茼蒿花6-7、栗粉10-15、甜菜根粉10-15、白酒30-35、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下,用将大青根、茼蒿花粉碎后,用棉布包扎好,放入白酒中浸泡5-7天,过滤,得到白酒提取物备用;将猪血、鸡蛋液合并,混匀后,加入适量的水,蒸熟,捣碎,得到浆液备用;将白酒提取液与浆液、栗粉、甜菜根粉合并,混匀备用。
一种绿豆香菇液体调味料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绿豆、香菇洗净,置于锅中,加入可乐、陈醋、食品添加剂,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将锅中所有物料打成汁,得到浆汁备用;
(2)将龙眼肉、茴香洗净,放入锅中,加入适量的水,焖煮10-15分钟,将锅中所有物料打成汁,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(3)将荷叶、葛根、番白草、菊花、甘草、乌龙茶、覆盆子用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到浓缩液备用;
(4)将豆瓣酱、白砂糖、味精、食盐、辣椒粉、黄酒、步骤1中的浆汁、步骤2中的滤液、浓缩液合并,充分搅拌,混匀后,灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种绿豆香菇液体调味料,以黄酒作为基体,添加绿豆、香菇等食材的汁液,具有丰富的营养,且口感很好,以及荷叶、葛根、番白草、菊花、甘草等提取物的添加,具有一定降火解热的功效,适合作为日常调味料食用,营养美味。
