技术领域
本发明主要涉及食品及其工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种虾肉罐头及其制备方法。
背景技术
市场上的即食肉食品的种类很少,基上是以生鲜肉为主,然而随着人们生活水平的提高,市场上单一的肉食品并不能满足人们的生活需求,且市售的即食肉食品的营养也是单一的,并没有体现其辅助的功效。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种虾肉罐头及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种虾肉罐头,由以下重量份原料组成:虾肉180-200、粳米30-40、竹笋40-50、红豆30-40、山栀子4-5、密蒙花4-5、谷精草5-6、肉苁蓉4-5、桑葚5-6、芡实5-6、冬虫夏草3-4、橄榄叶3-4、花生壳3-4、食用盐10-30、白砂糖10-40、蜂蜜50-60、牛奶100-120、酸梅汁70-90、水适量。
一种虾肉罐头的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述虾肉、粳米洗净,放入锅中,倒入牛奶、酸梅汁,加热焖煮1.5-1.8小时,取锅中所有物料备用;
(2)将竹笋洗净,切成块,与洗净的红豆一起煮熟,将煮熟后的竹笋、红豆捞出,加入蜂蜜、白砂糖、适量的水,腌制5-7天;
(3)将山栀子、密蒙花、谷精草、肉苁蓉、桑葚、芡实、冬虫夏草、橄榄叶、花生壳用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将所得提取物加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将步骤1中所有物料与竹笋、红豆、中药浓缩液混合,加入所述食用盐,搅拌均匀后,灭菌灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种虾肉罐头,精选虾肉,含有优质蛋白,能够补充人体必需氨基酸;制备工艺简单,生产过程无污染,复合国家可持续发展的需求,同时添加一些药食同源的中药材的有效成分,具有一定的清肝补肾的作用,是一种富含营养的保健食品。

一种虾肉罐头,由以下重量份原料组成:虾肉180 Kg、粳米30 Kg、竹笋40 Kg、红豆30 Kg、山栀子4 Kg、密蒙花4 Kg、谷精草5 Kg、肉苁蓉4 Kg、桑葚5 Kg、芡实5 Kg、冬虫夏草3 Kg、橄榄叶3 Kg、花生壳3 Kg、食用盐10 Kg、白砂糖10 Kg、蜂蜜50 Kg、牛奶100 Kg、酸梅汁70 Kg、水适量。
一种虾肉罐头的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述虾肉、粳米洗净,放入锅中,倒入牛奶、酸梅汁,加热焖煮1.5小时,取锅中所有物料备用;
(2)将竹笋洗净,切成块,与洗净的红豆一起煮熟,将煮熟后的竹笋、红豆捞出,加入蜂蜜、白砂糖、适量的水,腌制5天;
(3)将山栀子、密蒙花、谷精草、肉苁蓉、桑葚、芡实、冬虫夏草、橄榄叶、花生壳用6倍量的水加热提取,将所得提取物加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将步骤1中所有物料与竹笋、红豆、中药浓缩液混合,加入所述食用盐,搅拌均匀后,灭菌灌装即可。

1.一种虾肉罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:虾肉180-200、粳米30-40、竹笋40-50、红豆30-40、山栀子4-5、密蒙花4-5、谷精草5-6、肉苁蓉4-5、桑葚5-6、芡实5-6、冬虫夏草3-4、橄榄叶3-4、花生壳3-4、食用盐10-30、白砂糖10-40、蜂蜜50-60、牛奶100-120、酸梅汁70-90、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种虾肉罐头的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述虾肉、粳米洗净,放入锅中,倒入牛奶、酸梅汁,加热焖煮1.5-1.8小时,取锅中所有物料备用;
(2)将竹笋洗净,切成块,与洗净的红豆一起煮熟,将煮熟后的竹笋、红豆捞出,加入蜂蜜、白砂糖、适量的水,腌制5-7天;
(3)将山栀子、密蒙花、谷精草、肉苁蓉、桑葚、芡实、冬虫夏草、橄榄叶、花生壳用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将所得提取物加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将步骤1中所有物料与竹笋、红豆、中药浓缩液混合,加入所述食用盐,搅拌均匀后,灭菌灌装即可。
