本发明公开了一种平菇/白茅根复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:平菇20-25、田七2-3、白芍2-4、紫参2-4、川牛膝1-3、白茅根16-18、芥末籽14-17、玉米胚芽17-19、蚕豆15-18、纯鲜牛奶18-20、天然维生素E14-16、鱼肉16-17、大葱14-17、葡萄18-20、丝瓜17-19、助剂4-5、水适量;本发明制得的饮料是一种具有清热解毒、利尿、抗菌、追风散寒、舒筋活络、防癌抗癌、增强机体免疫功能,同时口感舒适,且特别适宜于热性人饮用。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种平菇/白茅根复合饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
现在生活中,喝饮料不单单是小孩喜欢的饮品了,大人和老人们也逐渐纳入喝饮料的行列,饮料在日常生活中已经是一个不可或缺的消费品,现代生活节奏较快,人们往往承受着巨大的工作和生活压力,容易引起焦虑、不安、睡眠质量降低、免疫力下降等症状。不同人群对饮料的性能要求不尽相同,于是,生产不同性能要求以满足不同人群需求的饮料产品势在必行!
目前市场上饮料的配方比例大多不合理,无法满足一些特殊人群的需求,比如在众多的饮料中,大都使用白砂糖,致使一些患有糖尿病的患者不能喝;随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对健康绿色食品的要求越来越高,从而使得具有保健功能的饮料供不应求,特别是能够辅助肿瘤放化疗,保肝护肝,促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效的饮料在目前市场上并不多见。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种平菇/白茅根复合饮料及其制作方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种平菇/白茅根复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:平菇20-25、田七2-3、白芍2-4、紫参2-4、川牛膝1-3、白茅根16-18、芥末籽14-17、玉米胚芽17-19、蚕豆15-18、纯鲜牛奶18-20、天然维生素E14-16、鱼肉16-17、大葱14-17、葡萄18-20、丝瓜17-19、助剂4-5、水适量。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:大麦苗粉10-12、山楂叶12-14、梨子5-6、紫罗兰2-3、绿茶4-5、柠檬片1-2、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将除大麦苗粉、薏仁油以外的其它成分混合加水煎煮,过滤得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入大麦苗粉炒熟,再与提取液粉末合并即可。
所述的一种平菇/白茅根复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米胚芽、蚕豆、芥末籽放入水中浸泡10-11个小时,再放入大葱大火煮沸后,转小火慢煮30-40分钟,取出大葱,将剩余物质混合打浆并过滤;
(2)将田七、白芍、川牛膝、紫参一起在水中煎煮2-3小时并过滤,取其滤液和白茅根、平菇一起加热煮沸30分钟,打浆并过滤;
(3)将葡萄、丝瓜洗净后放入榨汁机中榨汁,加入鱼肉加热煮熟,捞出鱼肉放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)、步骤(3)物料以及其它剩余成分加入适量水混合,灭菌,真空灌装即可。
本发明有以下有益效果:本发明制得的饮料是一种具有清热解毒、利尿、抗菌、追风散寒、舒筋活络、防癌抗癌、增强机体免疫功能,同时口感舒适,且特别适宜于热性人饮用。

所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:
大麦苗粉10、山楂叶12、梨子5、紫罗兰3、绿茶4、柠檬片1、薏仁油1;制备方法是将除大麦苗粉、薏仁油以外的其它成分混合加水煎煮,过滤得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入大麦苗粉炒熟,再与提取液粉末合并即可。
制作方法包括以下步骤:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平菇/白茅根复合饮料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
