(4)将玉米淀粉、巧克力粉、香蕉粉、生姜粉、香葱粉、中药粉末均匀混合,加入到肉汁中,边搅拌,边加入适量的水,形成面团后,做成鱼肉丸,隔水蒸熟即可。

1.一种巧克力鱼肉丸,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:鲤鱼200-220、金鱼50-60、带鱼30-40、玉米淀粉180-200、巧克力粉50-60、香蕉粉40-50、生姜30-40、香葱40-50、蜂蜜220-240、黄花菜4-5、桑葚5-6、枸杞子5-6、获茶4-5、党参4-5、玉竹4-5、大蓟5-6、石榴籽3-4、椰子壳3-4、食用盐30-60、柠檬醋40-50、水适量。
