Abstract
Aparato de amortiguación de la matriz de una máquina prensadora (100), que comprende: un cilindro de fluido hidráulico (130) que soporta una almohadilla de amortiguación (128); una bomba/motor de fluido hidráulico (140) que tiene una abertura de descarga que está conectada a través de un primer conducto (134) a una cámara de presión (130b) en un lado de producción de presión de amortiguación del cilindro de fluido hidráulico (130); un motor eléctrico (150) que está conectado a un eje de giro de la bomba/motor de fluido hidráulico (140); un dispositivo de control que controla el motor eléctrico (150) para controlar una presión de amortiguación de la matriz; y un dispositivo de regeneración que regenera energía requerida para una acción de amortiguación de la matriz que recibe la almohadilla de amortiguación (128) cuando se realiza la amortiguación de la matriz de la máquina prensadora (100) como energía eléctrica a través del cilindro de fluido hidráulico (130), la bomba/motor de fluido hidráulico (140), y el motor eléctrico (150), caracterizado por el hecho de que: el aparato de amortiguación de la matriz comprende, además: un detector de presión (136) que detecta una presión de la cámara de presión (130b) en el lado de producción de presión de amortiguación del cilindro de fluido hidráulico (130); y un dispositivo de comando de presión de amortiguación de la matriz que envía un comando de presión de amortiguación de la matriz que se ha establecido previamente, y el dispositivo de control controla un par del motor eléctrico (150) de manera que una presión de amortiguación de la matriz es una presión que corresponde al comando de presión de amortiguación de la matriz en base al comando de presión de amortiguación de la matriz y la presión que detecta el detector de presión (136).
