et en ce que les enroulements élastiques des deux ressorts à branches (16, 46) sont passés coaxialement autour de l'axe (11) servant au montage à rotation de la poignée de portière (10). - Système d'accès selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'autorisation d'accès pour la serrure de portière (40) se fait par l'intermédiaire d'une clé mécanique, à laquelle est associé, en tant que moyen d'identification pour la serrure de portière (40), un cylindre de fermeture (35),
en ce que le cylindre ou barillet de fermeture (35), avec sa face frontale présentant l'ouverture d'insertion (36) prévue pour la clé, est couvert par la poignée de portière (10) se trouvant à sa position rétractée (10.1),
et en ce que l'ouverture d'insertion de clé (36), ensuite, lorsque l'on se trouve à pleine extraction, à la position finale (10.4) de la poignée de portière (10), pour l'enfichage et l'actionnement par rotation de la clé, est accessible, pour désarmer ou armer la serrure de portière. - Système d'accès selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la poignée de portière (10) est munie en face arrière d'un moyen d'étanchéité (34) qui, à la position rétractée (10.1), se place de façon étanche devant l'extrémité frontale du cylindre de fermeture (35).
- Système d'accès selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'un système d'accès fonctionnant sans clé (keyless entry), la personne autorisée à l'accès doit, d'une part, avec son identité d'autorisation d'accès, telle qu'une carte à mémoire, s'approcher des moyens d'identification situés côté véhicule, à une distance inférieure à celle d'un espacement de communication défini,
et en ce que la personne autorisée à l'accès communique son intention d'accès, d'autre part, aux moyens d'identification, par une manipulation déterminée, telle qu'un contact de la poignée de portière, suite à quoi la poignée de portière (10) est passée d'une première position rétractée (10.1) à sa deuxième position déployée (10.2). - Système d'accès selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une automobile, une mise à l'arrêt du moteur de l'automobile a comme effet de faire passer la poignée de portière (10), de la première position rétractée (10.1), automatiquement, à la deuxième position extraite (10.2).
- Système d'accès selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une autorisation d'accès fonctionnant avec une clé de télécommande électronique, la poignée de portière (10) est déplacée (12.1) d'une première position (10.1), automatiquement, à sa deuxième position d'extraction (10.2), lorsque l'on actionne la clé de télécommande dans le sens du désarmement,
et en ce que la poignée de portière (10) est ramenée de façon motorisée, en sens inverse (12.1') de sa deuxième position déployée (10.2) à sa première position rétractée (10.1), lorsque la clé de télécommande est actionnée dans le sens de l'armement. - Système d'accès selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une automobile, la poignée de portière (10) est ramenée de façon motorisée, de sa deuxième position extraite (10.2) à sa première position rétractée (10.1), lorsque le démarrage du moteur de l'automobile est effectué et/ou lorsque des capteurs, réagissant à une valeur limite déterminée de vitesse, constatent une vitesse de roulage de l'automobile qui est supérieure à cette valeur limite.
- Système d'accès selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la poignée de portière (10) est ramenée de façon motorisée, de sa deuxième position extraite (10.2) à sa première position rétractée (10.1), lorsque des capteurs (27), se trouvant sur le véhicule, sont actionnés.
- Système d'accès selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (27) peut être intégré dans la poignée de portière (10) et être actionné manuellement.
- Système d'accès selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que, par un rappel de l'organe de réglage ou un rappel par rotation de l'excentrique (30), de sa position de travail (30.2) à sa position de repos (30.1), la poignée de portière (10) qui, d'abord, se trouve à sa deuxième position extraite (10.2), est abaissée de façon amortie à sa première position rétractée (10.1).
