Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fence of the Preamble of claim 1 corresponding type.
  • Such a fence is known from EP 472 760 A1.
  • the lattice panels comprise vertical bars, horizontal bars on both sides at the same height are attached.
  • the rods are made of directed Round wires made of steel from 4 to 10 mm in diameter, those at the crossing points by resistance welding are interconnected.
  • the invention is not tied to this formation of the grid panels. It can also use cross sections other than round material and there can be the horizontal bars attached in pairs be replaced by profile material, which one results in increased bending strength in a horizontal plane, for example bars with a rectangular cross section, with a U cross section or the like.
  • the posts can be made from the generic fence consist of a rectangular hollow profile; in this case the hooks are attached to the front of the hollow profile.
  • the posts can also be made of latticework consist; in this case the hooks are followed by a protruding extension of horizontal bars at the front of the post.
  • the hooks include in the known Embodiment a horizontal leg attached and a free leg bent upwards, its distance from the front of the post the outer Width of two horizontal bars adjacent at the same height corresponds to the grid panels.
  • the grids are hooked into the hooks using the horizontal bars and then fixed by screws so that a Removing the double horizontal bars or the Lattice boards from the hook is prevented.
  • the free ends of the hooks after the Hanging the lattice panels bent over the horizontal bars, to fix it vertically.
  • the known way of connecting the lattice panels with the post is simple, but has disadvantages.
  • a The disadvantage is that there is no guarantee that the horizontal bars are held under tension. she have something on the hook perpendicular to the fence surface Game, which means that under the influence of the wind vibrations to unpleasant whirring noises to lead. The same applies if, for example, a ball is on the grid panel hits.
  • Corrosion protection of the lattice panels endangered. These are exposed to the weather for many years and accordingly carefully protected against corrosion, for example by a Galvanizing and a plastic powder coating on top. These corrosion protection measures suffer when the upward free legs of the hooks against be bent over the front of the post, either with a tool, be it what is not excluded in practice can be with a hammer. Kick here Significant stretching of the coating due to its extensibility and overwhelm liability and to local Cracks and breakthroughs as well as peeling of the coatings Are occasion. These places are the starting point for Corrosion and hardly effective to repair.
  • the invention has for its object a generic To design the fence so that the attachment is improved and the grid panels on the posts are noiseless are held.
  • the hooks have a certain elasticity, so that any manufacturing tolerances of the lattice panels and also the Hooks can be compensated. So if there is a catch Example with its slant on the front of the post is too close together, it will undergo elastic deformation when moving vertically some of the post pushed away, so that the uniformity of the system about the height of the grid panel and an even tension adjust to the full height.
  • a slope is also taken on the fence according to DE-U-92 05 376 available, but not on the Fence posts, but in the upper area of the outside one that extends vertically in front of the fence post Clamp. It is angled upwards Retaining pin formed after attaching the Mesh mat is inserted to attach the mesh mat to a To prevent slipping down. The holding pin has not the function, the mesh mat wedge-like against the To brace the post.
  • Slopes also emerge from FR-A-2 264 149, but not on hooks attached to the post, but on a vertical bridge perpendicular to the fence surface in Shape oblique incisions are provided.
  • This embodiment does not wedge the grid panels like a wedge against the fence post and also places one over the Fence area protruding to the front of the web leading to Injury.
  • the invention can be implemented in two embodiments become.
  • the first embodiment is the subject of the claim 2. So here is an additional curtain profile provided which either itself with the slopes cooperates on the hook by punching the Intervene curtain profile, or which carries the hooks, so that they interact with the post.
  • the invention has already been implemented if the curtain profile only extends over part of the height of the Post, but is in the preferred embodiment the curtain profile at the full height of the Post provided.
  • This configuration is special therefore advantageous because the lattice panels by actuation of the hold-down device over its entire height at the same time get jammed, causing any by relative movements caused between the posts and the lattice panels Rattling noises can be avoided.
  • the alternative embodiment is the subject of Claim 3 and comes without an additional curtain profile out.
  • the grid panel itself acts with the slope together on hooks attached to the post, or there are the hooks formed on the grid panel, which then immediately attack the post.
  • a holding element according to claim 4 can be provided be, which also helps to achieve the tension, i.e. on the vertical displacement of the curtain profile or the grid panel can at least participate (claim 5).
  • Claims 6 and 7 give alternative directions of attachment the catch again.
  • the designs required for this on the posts are minor.
  • the hooks only need that Post profile on the front by means of stud welding to be attached. For example, there is no need to attach it of weld nuts or press nuts and the like, as is the case with a fastening of the lattice panels Screws would be required.
  • the grille panels can be hooked into place with one hand be hung up. It will then either be a curtain profile or the grid panel itself by pressing the hold-down device, possibly supported by one or other hammer blow, shifted vertically while doing so pressed against the post at the same time. So that's it Fastening the grid panels already under tension reached.
  • the hooks can also be on the back of the curtain profile be attached (claim 9).
  • the hooks engage in perforations on the front of the post profile.
  • This embodiment has the advantage that the curtain profile can be particularly flat can, since now the free ends of the hooks when tightening of the hold-down device in the cross-section of the post penetration. The material cost of this embodiment is reduced.
  • the holding element is designed as a hold-down device, of the two elements mentioned above Push the post down (claim 10).
  • Claims 11 to 15 give further structural designs of the holding element again.
  • the design of the holding element as a molded part (Claim 15), which made of metal or plastic Pouring, pressing or spraying is opened Possibilities of design, the holding element give a decorative look at the same time.
  • To apply the curtain profile or the lattice panels depressing force can be at least one vertical screw provided on the post by means of which the bracing is carried out (claim 17).
  • the thread for the screw can, for example by one on the inner wall of a hollow profile existing post welded nut provided be (claim 18).
  • the curtain profile is a rectangular profile (claim 20). This can be a Rectangular hollow profile when the hooks in the interior should occur, or a solid rectangular profile, i.e. a flat steel.
  • Such a holding piece is easy to manufacture and is positively supported at the upper end of the post whose bore with the cone-like approach.
  • the plate-shaped component forming the holding element can according to claim 24 have a perforation of one at the upper end of the curtain profile or the grid panel attacking screw is penetrated.
  • the holding element is here on the top of the Fixed post and serves to pull up the curtain profile or the grid panel, which for this purpose Claim 25 can be designed.
  • the invention is on each post or on each curtain profile only one row vertically one above the other Hooks provided on which the edges are adjacent Lay on lattice boards. Cover the grid panels here in a vertical border area. This is coming especially when the grids are vertical Single bars and horizontal double bars on both sides of vertical single bars. Here, in the front horizontal bars in a vertical edge area one grid, in the neighboring grid the rear horizontal bars have been omitted. If covering these marginal areas is the total thickness of the The lattice structure is also not larger in the coverage area than in the free lattice area, where they are essentially is determined by three-wire. The lattice has the embodiment mentioned essentially everywhere the same thickness.
  • the area on which the fence is not always is set up exactly horizontally. Nor is it always wanted the bottom of the lattice panels is always at the same height above the ground.
  • the embodiment according to claim 24 facilitates one Adjustment in the cases mentioned. If the fence is on one Slope must be built, the slope can be mastered be stepped by successive grid panels be offset in height from each other. The steps do not need the hooks in the reduced division equal to the vertical division of the lattice panels. Of course, this also applies to the attachment of Lattice boards in flat terrain, but in different Heights.
  • the invention comprises two basic principles Embodiments, namely with and without curtain profile.
  • the hooks are attached to the post.
  • the Lattice board is shifted vertically, especially to Hooks placed on top and shifted downwards. This results in a simultaneous with the simplest means Determination at all determination points.
  • This embodiment has the advantage that the slope has a certain elasticity and tolerances of Hook training and attachment can be balanced. So it is without excessive effort in this Embodiment to achieve that at all fixing points a resilient bracing regardless of the tolerances the grid panel is against the post.
  • the holding element can be one on the hook and the horizontal bars interacting with it attacking clamp (claim 32), the horizontal bars and pulls the hook vertically against each other.
