Claims (46)
- Anlage zur Aufnahme, zeitweiligen Lagerung und Ausgabe von bewegbaren Gegenständen, insbesondere unbemannten verfahrbaren Kraftfahrzeugen, die jeweils mittels einer Übersetzvorrichtung eines um eine zentrale Achse drehbar gelagerten, mit wenigstens einem Tragarm versehenen Tenders von wenigstens einer Einfahrplattform übernommen und auf eine freie von einer Vielzahl von Plattformen abgesetzt bzw. von dieser wieder aufgenommen und an eine Ausfahrplattform übergeben werden, wobei die Plattformen entlang einer schraubenförmigen Fahrschiene für den Tender nebeneinander in radialer Richtung angeordnet sind, wobei die auf dem Tragarm (6) des Tenders (5) gelagerte Übersetzvorrichtung (9) eine in Längsrichtung zwischen die Räder (10, 11) des auf einer Plattform (3) stehenden Fahrzeugs (8) verfahrbare Rahmeneinrichtung (12) aufweist, an welcher mindestens vier rechtwinklig bis in den Bereich der Fahrzeugräder (10, 11) auskragende Tragarme (13, 14; 15, 16) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mindestens zwei Tragarme (15, 16) zu der Rahmeneinrichtung (12) derart verschwenkbar sind, daß sie unter Druck an dem unteren Bereich des jeweiligen Fahrzeugrades anliegen und dieses von der Standfläche in eine stationäre Lage abheben, und vier den beiden Vorderrädern (10) des Fahrzeuges (8) zugeordnete Tragarme (13, 14) vorgesehen sind, von denen zwei (13) starr im Bereich der inneren Enden an den Längsträgern (17) angeordnet sind. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Tragarme aus einer in Richtung der Rahmeneinrichtung (12) gerichteten Stellung in eine rechtwinklig auskragende Stellung verschwenkbar sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmeneinrichtung (12) sich zwei in Längsrichtung des Tendertragarmes (6) erstreckende Längsträger (17) aufweist, die im Bereich des inneren, zur Tendermittelachse weisenden und des äußeren, zum Tendertragarmende weisenden Endes durch Querträger (18, 19) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier den beiden Vorderrädern (10) des Fahrzeugs (8) zugeordnete Tragarme (13, 14) vorgesehen sind, von denen zwei (13) starr im Bereich der inneren Enden an den Längsträgern (17) angeordnet sind und bei unter das Fahrzeug (8) verfahrenen Längsträgern (17) an der Vorderseite jedes der Vorderräder anliegen, und daß die beiden anderen Tragarme (14) gegen die Rückseite der Vorderräder (10) verschwenkbar sind, um diese gegen die starr angeordneten Tragarme (13) zu drücken und anzuheben.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei weitere den Hinterrädern (11) des Fahrzeugs (8) zugeordnete, verschwenkbare Tragarme (15, 16) vorgesehen sind, von denen einer (15) gegen die Vorderseite eines Hinterrades (11) und der andere (16) gegen die Rückseite des anderen Hinterrades verschwenkbar ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen den Hinterrädern (11) des Fahrzeugs (8) zugeordneten und den den Vorderrädern (10) des Fahrzeugs zugeordneten Tragarmen (13, 14; 15, 16) einstellbar ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Einstellen des Abstands eine Schraubenspindel vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Einstellen des Abstands eine hydraulische Kolben/Zylinderanordnung (34) oder ein elektromotorischer Antrieb mit Ritzel und Zahnstange vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragarme (13, 14; 15, 16) an den mit den Fahrzeugrädern (10, 11) in Kontakt kommenden Längsseiten frei drehbar gelagerte Walzen (32) aufweisen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmeneinrichtung (12) mit Laufrollen (30) auf der Oberseite zweier randseitig in Längsrichtung des Tendertragarmes verlaufenden Laufbahnen (23) bis auf eine Plattform (3) verfahrbar ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsträger (17) innerhalb der Spurweite der lastübertragenden Laufrollen (22) angeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufbahnen (23) seitliche Aufkantungen (25) aufweisen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragarme (13, 14; 15, 16) mit Rollen (22) auf den Oberseite der Laufbahnen abgestützt sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die äußeren Tragarme der Übersetzvorrichtung etwa in der Mitte ihrer Längserstreckung auf jeweils vier Rollen (22, 30) aufgelagert sind, welche die volle Hinterradlast eines Fahrzeugs (8) auf die Plattform (3) übertragen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den äußeren Enden der Tragarme (13, 14; 15, 16) um eine senkrechte Achse drehbare Rollen (24) angeordnet sind, die an die seitlichen Aufkantungen (25, 26) der Laufbahnen zur Anlage kommen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verschwenken der Tragarme (13, 14; 15, 16) gegenüber den Längsträgern (17) eine hydraulische Kolben/Zylinderanordnung (31) vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Längsbewegung der Rahmeneinrichtung (12) eine hydraulische Kolben/ Zylinderanordnung vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Längsbewegung der Rahmeneinrichtung (12) eine Transporteinrichtung, insbesondere ein Zahnriementrieb (35) vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zahnriementrieb (35) einen endlosen Zahnriemen (36) aufweist, der über je eine am inneren bzw. äußeren Ende des Tendertragarmes (6) gelagerte horizontale Zahnscheibe (37, 38) geführt ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Transporteinrichtung bzw. dem Zahnriementrieb (35) eine Deichsel (60) angeordnet ist, die mit der Übersetzvorrichtung verbunden ist und den Verfahrbereich der Übersetzvorrichtung verlängert.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deichsel (60) von einem Vierkanthohlprofil gebildet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deichsel mit einer Deichselführung gegen Verwindung und/oder Torsion gesichert ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherung von einer zwischen Gleitelementen aufgenommenen Führungseinrichtung (61), insbesondere einer Führungsplatte gebildet ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Hinterrädern (11) eines Fahrzeugs (8) zugeordneten, verschwenkbaren Tragarme (15, 16) an einem Schlitten (27) gelagert sind, der seinerseits mittels Lagern (28) auf den Längsträgern (17) geführt ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager (28) PTFE-Gleitlager sind.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Schlitten (27) an seinen beiden Längsseiten Laufrollen (30) angeordnet sind, mit denen der Schlitten in seiner Ruheposition nach dem Einschwenken der Tragarme (15, 16) auf den Laufbahnen (23) des Tendertragarmes (6) bzw. der Plattform (3) aufgelagert ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragarme (14; 15, 16) beim Einschwenken in die Längsrichtung der Längsträger (17) entlang einer schiefen Ebene angehoben werden, derart daß ihre Laufrollen (22) außer Kontakt mit den Laufbahnen (23) des Tendertragarmes kommen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tender (5) und der Zahnriementrieb (35) elektromotorisch angetrieben sind.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattform (40) von einem sich über eine maximale Fahrzeuglänge erstreckendes Blech (41) mit wenigstens seitlichen Aufkantungen (26) gebildet ist, welches auf einer Rahmenunterkonstruktion (42) aufliegt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenunterkonstruktion (42) wenigstens zwei die ortsveränderlich angreifenden Einzellasten aufnehmende Längsträger (43) aufweist, die ihrerseits auf wenigstens zwei Querträgern (44, 45) aufgelagert sind, welche die Lasten in Gebäudestützen (46) übertragen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Plattformende (47) über einen Querträger auf Konsolen der Tenderfahrschiene (4) abgestützt ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blech (41) aus gegen Tausalzlösungen korrosionsbeständigem, verschleißfestem Werkstoff besteht, insbesondere aus ferritischem, chromlegiertem Stahl.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blech (41) auf der Unterkonstruktion (42) durch Klemmkräfte gehalten ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Blech (41) und der Unterkonstruktion (42) eine Schicht aus verschleißfestem, elastischem Material, insbesondere Gummi vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Fixierung der Vorderräder (10) an der Oberseite des Bleches (41) Flacheisen (49) angebracht, insbesondere aufgeschraubt sind.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattformen (3) eine zur Gebäudeaußenseite hin verlaufende Neigung von etwa 2% aufweisen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenseite der Einfahrplattform und der Ausfahrplattform eine wegklappbare Personenschutzeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, welche den Plattformbereich gegenüber dem Tenderbereich verschließt, solange sich Personen im Plattformbereich aufhalten.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tender (5) vier im Winkel von 90° zueinander versetzte Tendertragarme (6) aufweist und daß je vier Einfahrplattformen und Ausfahrplattformen kreuzweise den Tenderarmen (6) zugeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tender (5) vier im Winkel von 90° zueinander versetzte Tendertragarme (6) aufweist und daß je drei nebeneinander liegende Einfahrtplattformen mit drei um jeweils 90° zu den Einfahrtplattformen versetzt angeordneten Ausfahrtplattformen kombiniert sind.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebegeschwindigkeit der Übersetzvorrichtung (9) derart steuerbar ist, daß eine unbeladene Übersetzvorrichtung schneller bewegbar ist als eine beladene Übersetzvorrichtung.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausfahren des Schlittenteils (27) der Übersetzvorrichtung (9) und das Ausschwenken der Tragarme (15, 16) für die Hinterräder (11) eines Fahrzeugs (8) in Abhängigkeit von einer einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert überschreitenden Stromaufnahme des Antriebsmotors des Zahnriementriebes (35) der Übersetzvorrichtung (9) erfolgt.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Position des Kraftfahrzeugs auf dem Tender gegen Verschieben zu sichern.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel mindestens einen verschwenkbaren Bügel (62) aufweisen, der in radial nach innen gerichteter Richtung mit oder ohne voreinstellbare Vorspannkraft an einem Rad des Kraftfahrzeugs angreift.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel einen Schwenkhebel (67) aufweisen, der an mindestens einem der beiden Tragarme angeordnet ist, die an der Rückseite der Vorderräder angreifen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel eine Schwenkbarriere (75) aufweisen, die an der Rückseite des Fahrzeugs gegen die Stoßstange klappbar ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 42 bis 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel sowohl einen Schwenkhebel (67) als auch eine Schwenkbarriere (75) aufweisen.
