Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for automatically creating a Sliver on a textile machine having a feed device and an apparatus for performing this method.
- a can be moved along a spinning machine Maintenance device known, which is equipped with a sensor that at The maintenance device stops when a signal lamp lights up thereupon introduces a sliver into a reserve guide of a feed device. If necessary, the reserve tour is carried out with the tour previously in operation of the sliver replaced. An introduction to the sliver The maintenance device does not supply the feed device. This creates the disadvantage that when replacing the leadership a safe introduction of Sliver in the feeder is not always guaranteed.
- the object of the present invention is therefore a method and a To create device that ensure that the sliver from a along a A large number of similar workplaces can be moved into the maintenance facility Feeding device of the textile machine introduced and the work of the machine without or can only be continued with a slight interruption.
- feed device viewed, which takes up the sliver and the working organ of the textile machine feeds.
- the sliver with its end in a defined recording position in front of the textile machine is that the The sliver remains there until it is fed to the feed device Sliver has run out and that the end of the tape as the beginning of the tape Received position recorded by the service unit and to the Feeder is passed. Because the sliver is for picking up in a defined position, it is always in the cradle same position and can therefore always in the same way be handled. Through this handling, the sliver can in one defined state and in a defined position in relation to the feed device be brought so that the transfer and introduction into the Feeding device of the textile machine, i.e. mooring without difficulty have it carried out safely and quickly.
- any textile machine in the sense of the present invention, any textile machine be understood, the sliver processed.
- These include e.g. Stretch and Spinning machines such as ring, air, false wire and open-end spinning machines, however, other textile machines, such as slivers be supplied for processing, such as e.g. Circular knitting machines, to which fiber tapes are supplied for the production of pile fabrics and carpets will.
- Working elements can thus be a drafting system (e.g. on a line or Air spinning machine), one spindle (e.g. in a ring spinning machine), one Opening roller (in an open-end spinning machine), a needle cylinder (in a Circular knitting machine) and the like.
- the place where these working organs is referred to below as the job.
- fiber sliver is intended to be any fiber composite sliver can be understood regardless of whether that Sliver has a certain twist, as is the case with fuses, or Not.
- the invention it is also possible according to the invention to start the tape when it is brought into the Introduce recording position in a holder in which the sliver during further steps of tape application and / or preparation for this are introduced remains.
- the sliver can only be used for some or for all Steps from the tape storage z. B. on the route to the submission to the Feed device remain in the holder. This can be used for handling be designed particularly cheap geometrically.
- the jug with the provided sliver to be put on hold.
- the sliver will then placed on the feeder and the jug with the newly created Only put the sliver into its working position after the jug is out which was previously taken from the sliver that has since expired this working position has been removed.
- a tape feeder intended to carry out the method described in a device for automatic application of a sliver to a feed device having textile machine or device, with one along a variety similar workplaces movable maintenance device a tape feeder intended.
- the sliver With the sliver, the sliver is in a defined Recording position is stable until that previously fed to the feeder Sliver has run out.
- One located on the service unit Belt feeder is for receiving the presented in the receiving position Sliver and for introducing the sliver presented in the Feeder provided.
- a filling station with a tape deposit and a is expedient Control device for generating a relative movement between the belt depositor and Can provided in such a way that the sliver with the tape end in one defined position on or in the jug.
- the intermediate switching can a tape recorder prove to be useful, this tape recorder has the task of storing that in a defined position on or in the jug Take sliver and the same as the beginning of the tape to the tape feeder to hand over.
- the tape is not on the jug, but at the end of one attached to the machine frame Rail arranged (claim 13). If the rail is advantageously transverse to Machine length direction can be moved, it can with the tape feeder in one Working position in which they are laterally out of the machine protrudes, or be brought back to a rest position in which they Work space in front of the machine does not disturb (claim 14).
- the tape feeder can be designed differently be, but there has been one for the take-up of the tape by the tape feeder Training proved to be particularly advantageous, in which the tape feeder two has spaced tape holders.
- the band holders can also be designed differently, but they should be on be as simple as possible to thread in and out. This is why advantageously - seen in the direction of the beginning of the band - the first band holder as Band guide and the second band holder designed as a clamp.
- the clamp of the tape feeder a Transverse direction to the tape taper between the two tape holders, that Has self-threading of the sliver allowing insertion guide.
- the tape guide advantageously has a radially outward leading tape insertion slot. It is therefore not necessary to have an eyelet to be provided, which can be opened and closed by opening a part thereof is close, but the tape guide does not need for the insertion and Laying out the sliver to be operated.
- the belt feeder has the The device according to the invention is transverse to the one in the receiving position located sliver movable, controllable clamp. This ensures that the sliver does not have its relative position to the feeder after the recording can change unintentionally.
- the belt feeder and possibly other provided auxiliary devices such as tape start preparation devices and clamps on one along a variety Movable maintenance device of the same type are arranged.
- the experience enables the automatic creation of the Sliver to the feed device of a textile machine. This ensures that downtimes are reduced since it is not necessary for them to run out a sliver the operator is on the spot to do this Tape application. Rather, this can be done by a maintenance device happen, if desired, in the event of a Spinning machine can also perform re-spinning.
- An open-end spinning device 1 is usually part of an open-end spinning machine 16 on one or both sides of the machine a large number of similar, arranged side by side Has open-end spinning devices 1.
- Any open end spinning device 1 has a spinning element shown in FIG Execution is designed for example as a spinning rotor 10.
- the spinning rotor 10 is in a known manner by means of a shaft 100 stored and is in the embodiment shown with the help a tangential belt 101 driven.
- the spinning rotor 10 is in arranged a rotor housing 102, the interior 103 via a Intake pipe connection 104 with a vacuum source, not shown communicates.
- a brake 11 can be delivered to the shaft 100 of the spinning rotor, which brake is connected to an actuating lever 13 via a linkage 12 which is only indicated schematically. If the free arm of the actuating lever 13 is acted upon in the direction of the arrow P 4 , the brake 11 comes to bear against the shaft 100 of the spinning rotor 10 so that the latter is braked.
- the mechanism, which consists of brake 11, linkage 12 and actuating lever 13, is suitably acted upon by an elastic element against the direction of arrow P 4 , that is to say in the direction of arrow P 5 , so that when an application is ended in the direction of arrow P 4, the brake 11 returns to its release position.
- the elastic element which acts on the mechanism consisting of brake 11, linkage 12 and actuating lever 13, is designed as a compression spring 130, which is supported on the actuating lever 13 on its arm facing the linkage 12 and on a machine part, not shown.
- Feeding device 2 For feeding fibers into the spinning rotor 10 is one Feeding device 2 provided in the embodiment shown from a delivery roller 20 and a feed trough 21 exists, which is pivotally mounted and by a Compression spring 22 is pressed elastically against the delivery roller 20.
- the delivery roller 20 is connected downstream in a housing 23 arranged opening roller 24, which during normal production because of their high speed from one with the help of the Feeding device 2 from a sliver 4 fed from a can 41 Combed fibers, not shown, which by one of the Housing 23 into the fiber feed channel 25 extending into the spinning rotor 10 are fed to the spinning rotor 10.
- the fibers lay in the usual way Way on a fiber collection point in the spinning rotor 10 from where they are taken up by the end of a thread 44 and continuously be involved in the end of this.
- the thread 44 will through a thread take-off tube 26 with the help of a Draw-off roller pair 27 drawn off and wound onto a spool 28, which is driven in a known manner by a winding roller 29 becomes.
- Thread tensioning bracket e.g. Thread tensioning bracket, traversing thread guide, thread return device and thread end preparation device not shown in Figure 1 for clarity.
- the open-end spinning device 1 is covered by a cover 105 has a feed hopper 106, is covered and is covered by a Machine frame 107 worn.
- On the cover 105 is one Signal device 15 attached, e.g. in the form of a signal lamp, the one with the thread monitor 14 (usually with interposition a control device, not shown) in terms of control stands.
- the machine frame 107 Tape feeder 3 attached.
- a guide 30 in which the tape feeder 3 is slidably mounted transversely to the machine longitudinal direction.
- the Tape feeder 3 has a rail or Guide rod 300 which extends through the guide 30 and a stop 301 at its machine end wearing.
- the Guide rod 300 At its end facing away from the stop 301, the Guide rod 300 a band holder 31, the two according to Figure 2 has spaced tape holders 32 and 33.
- the tape holder 32 is designed as a helical tape guide and has one between its coils 320 and 321 Slot 322, that of the one enclosed by helices 320 and 321 Guide area for the sliver 4 radially to the outside enough.
- the latter band holder 33 At a lateral distance a, which has a size that allows the sliver 4, which is delivered in a can 40, to be received between the band holders 32 and 33, is the latter band holder 33.
- This is designed as a clamp according to FIG. 2 and consists of a fixed with the guide rod 300 connected to the clamping element 330 and a second clamping element 331 which is movably arranged for this purpose.
- the clamping element 331 is acted upon by a compression spring 332 which in turn is supported on a spring receptacle 333 which is carried by the guide rod 300.
- the clamping element 331 is thus held elastically in contact with the clamping element 330.
- the free ends 334 and 335 of the clamping elements 330 and 331 are designed such that they move further and further apart from one another towards their free end. These two ends 334 and 335 thus form an insertion guide, which tapers in the transverse direction of the band course between the two band holders 32 and 33 and thus enables the automatic threading of the fiber band 4 in the direction of arrow P 3 (see FIG. 1).
- the tape feeder 3 is located - as FIG. 1 clearly shows - so high above the can 41 that it differs from the receiving position, which are below the feed device 2, but above the can 40 is located, extending to the open-end spinning device 1 Sliver 4 is passed over other cans 41 and cannot come into contact with the sliver 42 that is in the between the feeder 2 and the jug 4 Kanne 41 is located and that is usually up above the top of the can 41 extends.
- a sliver feeder 5 is provided.
- this consists of a controllable one Clamp in the form of a pair of overhung rollers 50, 51, of which the roller 50 by a motor 500, with interposition a clutch 501, can be driven while the Roller 51 is designed as a idler roller driven by the Roller 50, in operation over that inserted in the pair of rollers Sliver 4 is taken.
- This trained as a loose roller Roller 51 can be removed from roller 50 by pivoting, see above that between the two rollers 50 and 51 a wedge-shaped Gap 52 forms.
- the swivel mechanism not shown for the roller 51 in FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the tape feeder 5 is also on a rod 53 as a whole pivoted (see pivot point 530 in Figure 2). From Belt feeder 5 extends laterally an arm 54 which is articulated communicates with the armature 540 of an electromagnet 541.
- a new can 40 must already be provided and the sliver 4 must be inserted into the sliver feeder 3 so that when the old sliver runs out, a new sliver is already ready to be taken up by the sliver feeder 5 and to be presented and handed over to the open end Spinning device 1 is provided.
- the new sliver 4 is removed from the can 40, which is essentially placed under the ribbon feeder 3, and inserted with its beginning (beginning of the ribbon 43 - FIG. 2) into the ribbon holder 33 located above the can, which is done by a simple movement in the direction the arrow P 3 (Fig. 1) can happen.
- Thread monitor 14 actuated because the thread 44 in the absence of the sliver 4 tears.
- the thread monitor 14 inputs in the usual way Signal to the signal device 15 of the open-end spinning device 1.
- the belt feeder 5, which is initially in a rest position 5 ' is caused by this signal to leave the Rest position 5 '(see Figure 1) transverse to that in the receiving position located sliver 4 in the tape take position ( Figure 2) to move.
- the roller 51 moves against the roller 50 so that the sliver 4th is clamped between the two rollers 50 and 51.
- the sliver 4 can be of any length, namely until unthreading at any time, for example then, when a new sliver in the sliver 3 should be inserted, remain in the band holder 32 because of its axial mobility is not affected by the tape holder 32.
- the engine 500 are the Coupling 501 and the electromagnet 541 to a common one Control device 93 connected (Fig. 7), with which - possibly with the interposition of a machine-side control device 18 (see Fig. 8) - the drive of the feed device 2 in connection stands.
- FIG. 7 is a single drive 200 for the delivery roller 20 provided by the control device 93 and / or 18 (Fig. 8) is controlled.
- the synchronization of the tape application and the switching on of the Feeding device 2 can be done in different ways. So can depending on the application movement of the belt feeder 5, i.e. depending on reaching a certain distance of the Belt feeder 5 from the feed device 2, the control device 93, which controls this movement, a control pulse for switching on of the single drive 200 of the delivery roller 20 generate. At the further movement of the tape feeder 5 to Feed device 2 is thus driven delivery roller 20, which consequently that fed to it by the belt feeder 5 Detect sliver 4 and the opening roller 24 to dissolve in individual fibers can supply.
- the feed device 2 is only switched on to record the sliver 4 to be able to. It is also important that between the rollers 50, 51 of the belt feeder 5 and the feed device 2 no Excess tape arises. Via the control devices 18 and 93 therefore, the tape feeding speed becomes the tape feeding speed Voted. For this purpose, for example Swing speed at which the belt feeder 5 Feeder 2 approaches the peripheral speed of the Delivery roller 20 and thus the feed speed of the Adjusted feeding device 2.
- a device will now be described with the aid of FIG is suitable, this synchronization between tape application speed and to effect tape feed speed.
- the one on the delivery roller axis 201 Single drive 200 driven delivery roller 20 a Switching flag 202 arranged by a light barrier 203 (see light source 204 and photocell 205) is scanned. Appropriate Commands are then sent to the Control device 93 supplied.
- the control device 93 controls now according to this predetermined by the delivery device 2 Pulse train the speed with which the Belt feeder 5 approaches the feed device 2 and that Introduces sliver 4 into the feed device 2. That speed of the tape feeder 5 is either the same size as or even slightly less than the peripheral speed of the Delivery roller 20, so that a loop formation in the supplied Sliver 4 is avoided with certainty.
- the belt feeder 5 at any speed up to the feeder 2 brought. Then the belt feeder 5 is stopped and the motor 500 of the roller 50 is switched on.
- This engine 500 will now so matched to the speed of the feed device, that the roller 50 is either the same peripheral speed has as the delivery roller 20, or else the roller 50 driven at a slightly lower peripheral speed, so that the sliver 4 between the rollers 50, 51 and Feeder 2 is slightly warped.
- the belt feeder 5 After the sliver 4 is inserted into the feed device 2 - which, depending on the training, is usually based on a specific one Time can be assumed or what at the end the pivoting movement of the belt feeder 5 should be the case - the belt feeder 5 is activated so that it slides the 4th releases and can return to its basic position. So that is the tape application process is completed.
- the piecing is prepared, the - how mentioned - is carried out in the usual way.
- the feed device 2 is stopped for a predetermined time and only then started up again, so that a fiber ring forms in the spinning rotor 10.
- On this fiber ring is a retrieved in the usual way from the coil 28 and Prepared for piecing beginning of the thread 44 and connected to the fiber ring, whereupon the withdrawal of the thread 44 resumes in a known manner.
- the fibers not only get the opportunity to get into the spinning rotor 10, but already sucked on the circumference of the opening roller 24 until the beginning of the thread 44 in the spinning rotor 10 whose fiber collection surface has been returned. Then will the removal of the fibers stops, and the fiber flow is restored passed into the spinning rotor 10 so that they deal with the already there thread 44 can connect, which then in the usual Way is subtracted.
- a piecing process can be carried out at all is that the tape application process has been carried out successfully.
- FIG Belt monitoring device 520 is provided.
- this is essentially from the roller 50 and a Sensor 503 formed and is thus arranged on the belt feeder 5.
- the roller 50 has markings 502 according to FIG. 7, which are sensed by sensor 503 of a probe device.
- the Sensor 503 is with the belt feeder 5 or its Control device 93 connected to which also the Motor 500 of the roller 50 and the electromagnet 541 for the Roller 51 is connected.
- the control device 93 is also a signal lamp 94 in connection.
- the tape application process can of course also be automatic can be initiated, the signal lamp 94 only to light up if the tape is put on even after several attempts failed to complete successfully.
- the two in the version shown Band holder 32 and 33 essentially on the same horizontal Level arranged.
- the two tape holders 32 and 33 can also be arranged one above the other, in principle for the tape recording nothing significant changes by the band feeder 5.
- belt feeder 3 it is also not necessary for the belt feeder 3 to be displaceable is attached to the open-end spinning machine 16. If the protruding laterally from the open-end spinning machine Tape feeder 3 do not disturb, they can also rigidly on Machine frame 107 are attached.
- the belt feeder 3 is a separate device is, but it is also possible to take the shot to be provided in or on the can 40, etc. the can 40 itself to provide and / or train as a sliver 3 and that Sliver 4 through the can 40 of the open-end spinning device 1 or other textile machine for inclusion by the Submit conveyor 5.
- a first such embodiment is shown with the help of Figure 4 explains.
- the Can center 400 i.e. in the center of the one placed in the can 40 Sliver 4, a space into which the beginning of the tape 43 protrudes.
- Feeding device 2 of the open-end spinning device 1 the beginning of the band 43 forms to hold securely has a length b for this of at least 100 mm and a maximum of 200 mm is particularly advantageous exposed. If the tape end is shorter than 100 mm, there is a risk that the end of the band will come out of the center of the can 400 is pulled out.
- a belt feeder 55 is also provided, which, in contrast to the belt feeder 5 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, is of pneumatic design.
- This belt feeder 55 consists essentially of a base body in the form of a tube 550, which is closed by a wall 551 at its front end which can be brought into the center of the can 400.
- the tube wall is designed as a sieve 552 on a surface that extends along a producer line over part of the circumference of the tube 550.
- the tube 550 is connected at its end, not shown, to a vacuum source, so that a suction air flow flowing into the tube 550 can be generated in the region of the screen 552. If the belt feeder 55 is now inserted into the can center 400 and rotated about its longitudinal axis (see arrow P 6 ), the screen 552 arrives in the area of the belt end forming the later belt start 43 and holds it there.
- the belt feeder 55 can now vertically from the can center 400 be moved upwards. He takes the end of the tape with him.
- the belt feeder 55 is now in front of the feed hopper 106 of the open-end spinning device 1 (Fig. 1) brought, and now the Band beginning 43 forming band end is by a suitable movement of the belt feeder 55 in this feed hopper 106 to in introduced the clamping area between the delivery roller 20 and the feed trough 21, so that the feed device 2 receive the sliver 4 and can carry on.
- the band feeder 55 during the insertion movement into the Can center 400 not to the extreme end of sliver 4 is moved so that after receiving the sliver 4 through the belt feeder 55 a specified belt length over the end of the Belt feeder 55 extends. With a 180 ° movement can then this free end of the sliver 4 in the Feeder 2 are introduced.
- the screen is 552 divided into two partial sieves 552a and 552b by an intermediate wall, which into a longitudinal wall 553 of the substantially tubular Belt feeder 55 passes.
- This will form in Belt feeder 55 two chambers 554 and 555, each optional through switching valves (not shown) to a vacuum (not shown) or can be connected to an overpressure source.
- both the chamber 554 and the chamber 555 are subjected to negative pressure.
- the belt feeder 55 is then brought into the correct position for the transfer of the sliver 4 to the feed device 2, which can be done both by rotating it in the direction of arrow P 6 about its longitudinal axis and by pivoting it through 180 °. If the belt feeder 55 is then located in front of the feed hopper 106 (see FIG. 5), the chamber 554 is initially pressurized so that the beginning of the belt 43 is blown into the feed hopper 106.
- the belt feeder 55 is then raised in the direction of the arrow P 7 until the partial screen 552b also reaches the area in front of the feed hopper 106.
- the second chamber 555 is now also subjected to excess pressure, so that the fiber sliver 4 can get further into the feed hopper 106 and into the feed device 2. Since the switching of the air conditions in the chambers 554 and 555 has to take place depending on the position of the belt feeder 55 relative to the feed device 2, it is advantageous if this changeover takes place depending on the movement or position of the belt feeder 55, but one is Time control for this purpose is also conceivable.
- the 552 sieve can do more than just two Partial screens 552a and 552b and accordingly more than just two Chambers 554 and 555, which are then also individually controlled will have, as shown below using the example of a tape deposit is explained with the aid of FIG. 9.
- FIG. 6 shows one Alternative solution, in which the band end 430 over the The can rim 401 extends outwards and outside the can 40 depends, here as well as in the previously described Embodiment the downwardly projecting tape end a length should have between 100 mm and 200 mm.
- a belt feeder 56 which is essentially in the formed in the same way as the belt feeder 55 shown in FIG is to find application.
- the belt feeder 56 is free End of a swivel arm 560 attached to one Pivot axis 561 can be rotated.
- the pivot axis 561 is located itself at the end of a support arm 562, which is for receiving the Band end 430 with its pivot axis 561 centrally over the Can 40 can be placed.
- the conveyor feeder stands 56 via lines, not shown, with corresponding negative pressure or pressure sources in connection, so that in the belt feeder 56 corresponding suction or compressed air flows are generated can.
- Support arm 562 is suitably on the open end spinning machine 16 stored, conveniently with the help of a device that can be moved along the machine, thus being able to is displaced, more than just an open-end spinning device 1 serve.
- this belt feeder 56 works in the same way like the belt feeder 55, which with the aid of FIGS. 4 and 5 is described.
- Swivel arm 560 it is of course also possible instead of one Swivel arm 560 to provide another arm when the can 40 instead of the arm a rotational movement is given. It is only essential the relative movement between sliver 4 and Belt feeder 56 so that the sliver 4 in the area of Belt feeder 56 arrives and are picked up by this can.
- FIG. 2 it is for cutting the sliver 4 also possible a cutting device 34 on an arm 302 of the To arrange guide rod 300 of the tape feeder 3.
- This cutter 34 also fulfills the task of a tape measuring device and can be manually or electrically in are triggered not shown. If an electrical one Separation of the sliver 4 is not required, it can also be sufficient be, only the arm 302 with a not shown To provide a scale for the dimension of the length of the band start 43, then shortening the sliver 4 using a simple, for example by hand instead of the one shown in FIG Cutting device 34 to be brought separating device can.
- the cutter 34 or the one not shown Scale thus forms a tape length measuring device, the Tape feeder 3 is attached and with the help of which for the Banding desired length b of the beginning of the tape 43 is generated or can be controlled. If the can 40 as a belt feeder 3 serves, a marking on the circumference of the can can also suffice for this be.
- the sliver can also be separated in other ways. So is the application possible of an injector through which a medium onto the sliver 4 is conducted (medium pulse). If applicable, is also a thermal burning of the sliver possible, in particular with natural fiber material, where there is a risk of fusing the fibers are lower than synthetic fibers.
- the separating device can - as is apparent from the above description results - be trained in different ways.
- a cutting device a rectangular profile of the band start 43 generated is a device for pulling the Sliver 4 is particularly advantageous because it essentially wedge-shaped band beginning 43 is generated. In the latter case the tape separator by the tape start preparation device 9 formed.
- a helical groove 957 is provided in the intake manifold 95, in which have compressed air nozzles 958 with one open axial and a tangential component.
- the suction pipe 95 is via a valve 930 and Vacuum line 959 connected to a vacuum source, not shown.
- the beginning of the tape in a molding press (not shown) is brought.
- a molding press also inwardly directed nozzles are provided, through which an icing agent at the beginning of the band or other solidifying agent are applied can.
- the device for Put on a sliver for which the described auxiliary devices from fixing the sliver 4 to a defined one Place on the can 40 or another tape feeder 3 to Inserting the sliver 4 into the feed device 2
- Figure 9 shows the essential in a schematic representation Elements for carrying out the invention.
- the ones already described Elements of the tape start preparation device 9, their terminals 91 and 92 and their control device 93, which for the inclusion and application of the sliver 4 are required are in this embodiment on one Service device 98, which runs along the open-end spinning machine 16 and their multitude of open-end spinning devices 1 can be moved is.
- This can be a maintenance facility, which either carries out the tape laying or which ones takes on additional tasks, such as B. spool change, Spinning etc. If necessary, this can be done on the machine also several different maintenance facilities for each one or more of the various special tasks provided be.
- FIG a drive device 58 for the belt feeder 5 is shown, this drive device being the most varied as required Can generate movements.
- Feed hoppers 170 and 171 are provided which alternate in their Work place brought in front of the feeder 2 can be.
- these feed hoppers 170 and 171 a serrated contour that has the purpose of sliding back to prevent the sliver 4, but at least to make it more difficult. Pulling the sliver 4 in the direction of Feeding device 2 is the result of this configuration Feed hoppers 170 and 171, however, are not affected.
- the two photodiodes 173 and 174 are with the Control device 18 of the open-end spinning machine 16 in tax Connection. There are also two with the control device 18 Drives 177 and 178 in control connection, from which the drive device 177 of the rail 17 a longitudinal movement and the drive device 178 of the rail 17 a transverse movement can issue.
- the open-end spinning device 1 through the feed device 2 a sliver 4 supplied, which is removed from a can 40. How from 9 can be seen, the sliver 4 is thereby Feed hopper 170 fed to the feed device 2.
- the Photoelectric barrier 175 thus represents the presence of a Sliver 4 tight.
- the light barrier 176 represents the absence of one Sliver 4 fixed and gives a corresponding false signal to the Control device 18.
- the control device 18 in turn gives a corresponding command to the control device 93 of the Maintenance device 98. This, depending on the training or Adjustment of control device 93 to maintenance device 98 either to this open-end spinning device 1, where a Sliver 4 has leaked, called or stops at its next one Driving past this open-end spinning device 1.
- One before in the ribbon holder 32 provided sliver 4 is then in the recorded above from the tape feeder 5 and in the tape start preparation device 9 in the desired state brought. This is indicated by the dashed line 59 been.
- the two feed hoppers 170 arranged in the rail 17 and 171 perform the functions of tape holders. Such a task can also be associated with feed hopper 106.
- the feed device 2 upstream tape holder - or such a pair of tape holders - enables tape to be put on in two Stages. This is particularly advantageous if the feed device two tape holders are connected upstream as Feed funnels 170 and 171, but alternatively also as clamps (not shown), can be formed, but which then open and should be closable.
- These band holders are the Feeding device 2 optionally deliverable or in a standby position bringable. When the tape holder is designed as clamps these are advantageously dependent on the infeed movement or opened by the presence of the belt feeder 5 and depending on the return movement or the Absence of the tape feeder closed to the new one To be able to pick up and hold sliver 4.
- the sliver 4 is thus in two stages on the textile machine, e.g. an open-end spinning machine 16.
- the sliver 4 is brought into a waiting position by which from the sliver 4 in the second stage to the desired Time for introducing the sliver 4 laterally and in the transverse direction brought in front of the current feed device 2 and is introduced into it.
- the monitoring device that is the feed device 2 fed sliver 4 monitors, provided at a location that is sufficiently far in front of the feed device 2 by for example, the light barriers 175 and 176 with the help of longer ones Holders 162 and 163 can be attached to the rail 17, so the beginning of the tape 43 of the new sliver 4 by offset Rail 17 are brought into the feed position early enough that it overlaps with the end of the outgoing sliver 4 in the feeding device 2 arrives. The working process is thus not interrupted and does not need to be reintroduced will.
- the greatest possible security when applying tape is achieved if the sliver 4 to be fed to a feeding device 2, which located, recorded and in a defined recording position is clamped. Then the sliver 4 is cut brought to a predetermined length. Then get that Sliver 4 a defined shape by the beginning of the band 43 pointed and is optionally solidified in this form. That so prepared sliver 4 is now brought in front of the feed device 2 and introduced into this. Now it is a matter of introductory success to check why the sliver 4 is then monitored whether it is transported.
- the working position can however not be taken at this time because that jug is still in the working position, from which the sliver 4, which is about to run out, is removed becomes. Has this sliver 4 then run out or is the second specified band length reached, the sliver 4 of the provided Can 40 to the relevant feed device 2 created. If the sliver 4 is not yet running out it is separated in a suitable manner. Then the empty-spun or almost empty-spun can 40 from the working position removed and against the full jug provided be replaced, which now comes into the working position.
- the first determined strip length can be dimensioned in this way, for example be that the measured sliver 4 within the next four Hours expires. So there is still enough time for the deployment a filled jug and, if not previously done, for the Transfer the beginning of the tape into a defined recording position given.
- the sliver 4 If the sliver 4 is brought to a work station, for example in front of the feed device 2 of an open-end spinning device 1, and is not yet in the receiving position, it must be brought into this. This can be done, for example, by a device for threading the beginning of the tape into the tape feeder 3, for example into the tape holder 32 designed as a tape guide according to FIG.
- the device for threading the sliver can essentially have the shape of one of the described belt feeders 5, 55 or 56. In the band holder 32, this threading device must be able to perform a movement according to arrow P 1 (FIG. 2). Because of the threading security, training as a controllable clamp (according to belt feeder 5) is particularly advantageous.
- the tape pickup is designed like the tape feeder, can the tape receiver as a device for threading the sliver 4 serve in tape feeder 3.
- the threading out of the sliver 4 from the sliver 3 can also by the tape pickup or the tape feeder.
- FIG. 10 shows a device 35 for unthreading the Sliver 4 from a sliver 3 of the design as in Figure 2 is shown.
- the device for unthreading the Sliver 4 consists essentially of a fork-shaped Belt gripper 350, which is at the radial distance at the end of a rotatable Rod 351 is arranged.
- the sliver 4 is to be threaded out of the belt holder 31.
- the device 35 for threading out the sliver 4 is brought into the position shown above the sliver 4.
- the belt gripper 350 has on its open side an expanding insertion opening 352 which is designed such that it forms a sliver guide which brings the sliver 4 to a defined sliver travel and that the sliver gripper 350, when in the direction of arrow P 24 , ie transversely to the sliver 4, is lowered onto this, this is detected with certainty.
- a separate guide can also be provided, which is located at another suitable location, e.g. B. is attached to the sliver 3 and the sliver 4 between the can 40 and tape holder 31 on a defined path.
- the belt gripper 350 After the belt gripper 350 has taken up the sliver 4, it is rotated by rotation about the axis of the rod 351 in the direction of the arrow P 25 and takes the sliver 4 with it.
- the arrangement of the belt gripper 350 to the rod 351 is such that when the rod 351 rotates in the direction of the arrow P 25 , when the rod 351 is essentially on the imaginary central axis h of the band holder 3, the sliver 4 is rotated by the rotating belt gripper 350 is lifted out of the tape holder 32 and finally released completely by the tape gripper 350.
- the leadership can with appropriate training of the tape extractor also omitted if it is ensured in another way that the Threading the sliver 4 can be performed.
- the tape extractor makes a corresponding tape search movement execute and work with vacuum, taking up of the sliver 4 signals due to a change in vacuum can be, so that the further operations of the unthreading can be carried out.
- the tape can only be unthreaded after the tape has been attached be performed.
- the device 35 for tape unthreading is therefore coupled to a switching device (not shown), which in the simplest case is designed as a time relay or the like and triggers tape unthreading. But she can also think of the return movement the belt feeder 5, 55 and 56 are coupled, since the tape application is finished with this return movement.
- this switching device expediently directly or indirectly with the belt monitoring device in front of the feed device 2 (e.g. the light barrier 175 or 176) connected.
- the switching device can alternatively but also with the band monitoring device 520 of FIG Rollers 50, 51 may be connected.
- the device for unthreading the sliver 4 from the sliver guide can be designed differently. If, for example the tape guide is in the form of a closed ring is, from which a part of the circumference can be moved away for the Inserting or laying out the sliver 4 is, of course, the threading device appropriately trained and agile to this Opening and closing movement of the ring part and the radial extension movement to enable the sliver 4.
