Claims (11)
- Verfahren an einer OE-Spinnvorrichtung zum pneumatischen Aufnehmen und Zuführen eines in einer Kanne (40) abgelegten Faserbandes (4) an einem zur Aufnahme durch einen Bandzubringer (55) bereitgelegten Faserbandende und zum Einführen dieses Faserbandendes durch einen Einführtrichter (106) in einen Klemmbereich zwischen einer Lieferwalze (20) und einer Speisemulde (21) einer Speisevorrichtung (2) der OE-Spinnvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faserbandende in der Kannenmitte (400) oder über den Kannenrand (401) hängend bereitgelegt wird, das bereitgelegte Faserbandende pneumatisch mittels eines in dem Bandzubringer (55) wirksamen Unterdruckes aufgenommen wird, sodann für die Übergabe des Faserbandes (4) an die Speisevorrichtung (2) gebracht und für die Übergabe in dem Bandzubringer (55) ein Überdruck eingeschaltet wird, wodurch das Faserband (4) in die Speisevorrichtung (2) hineingelangt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzubringer (55) am Kannenrand (401) entlang verschwenkt wird zum Aufnehmen des Bandendes.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzubringer (55) durch eine Bewegung um 180° das freie Ende des Faserbandes (4) in die Speisevorrichtung (2) einführt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzubringer (55) das Bandende durch eine geeignete Bewegung in einen Zuführtrichter (106) bis in den Klemmbereich zwischen Lieferwalze (20) und Speisemulde (21) einführt, so daß die Speisevorrichtung (2) das Faserband (4) aufnehmen und weiter transportieren kann.
- OE-Spinnvorrichtung mit einem Bandzubringer (55) zum pneumatischen Aufnehmen und Zuführen eines in einer Kanne (40) abgelegten Faserbandes (4) an einem zur Aufnahme durch einen Bandzubringer (55) bereitgelegten Faserbandende und zum Einführen dieses Faserbandendes durch einen Einführtrichter (106) in einen Klemmbereich zwischen einer Lieferwalze (20) und einer Speisemulde (21) einer Speisevorrichtung (2) der OE-Spinnvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzubringer (55) als Rohr (550) ausgebildet ist, daß in dem Rohr (550) zum pneumatischen Ergreifen des bereitgelegten Faserbandendes ein Saugluftstrom erzeugbar ist, daß das Rohr (550) für die Übergabe des Faserbandes (4) an die Speisevorrichtung (2) bewegbar ist, und daß der Saugluftstrom in dem Rohr (550) in einen Druckluftstrom umschaltbar ist, wodurch das Faserbandende in die Speisevorrichtung (2) hineingelangt.
- OE-Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzubringer (55) schwenkbar gelagert ist zur Aufnahme das Faserbandendes und zum Zuführen des Faserbandendes vor einen Zuführtrichter (106).
- OE-Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzubringer (55) zwei Kammern (554, 555) aufweist, die jeweils wahlweise an eine Unterdruck- oder an eine Überdruckquelle anschließbar sind.
- OE-Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gegekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzubringer (55) in den Einführtrichter (106) bis in den Klemmbereich zwischen Lieferwalze (20) und Speisemulde (21) einführbar ist.
- OE-Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gegekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrwand des Bandzubringers (55) als Sieb (552) ausgebildet ist.
- OE-Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftströmung im Bandzubringer (55) in Abhängigkeit von seiner Bewegung steuerbar ist.
- OE-Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzubringer (55) längs der OE-Spinnvorrichtung (1) verfahrbar ist.
