Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for forming reserve windings on an empty tube and a device for transferring one Suction of continuously fed thread to a rotating empty tube.
- a known device is the rotating Empty tube to be transferred by two thread guides one Auxiliary thread guide held parallel to the surface line so that it through a with the empty tube encircling thread catcher can be gripped so that it can be wound on the empty tube to form a coil. additionally is used to control the number of cables to be laid at the end of the sleeve Reserve windings are provided with a retaining element that is used for termination the formation of such reserve windings can be moved in the direction of the sleeve center is.
- This device is complicated in structure and control, especially if they are suitable for automatic handling should.
- the object of the invention is therefore the known device and the method to improve the formation of reserve windings in such a way that these can be carried out with fewer steps or easier to set up and in the Control are.
- the first thread guide at the same time forms the retention element
- this is an integrated component the presentation device, which consists of the presentation device and retaining element makes existing furnishings more compact and also Control simplified because the drive for the first thread guide on the Presentation device is arranged and not only a stationary part, such as this was previously the case with the retaining element, must be delivered.
- the device according to the invention is simple in construction, compact and simple to control.
- the trained according to the invention Presentation device not only the presentation of the to the empty tube too passing thread, but also serves to control the Number of reserve turns formed at the end of the sleeve.
- the invention can be applied to various textile machines, on which a running thread is passed to an empty tube for winding is, for example on a winding machine.
- a running thread is passed to an empty tube for winding is, for example on a winding machine.
- a spinning machine the spinning relevant
- parts are not visible in the pictures.
- the open-end spinning machine chosen as an example has one for pulling off Thread 1 from a draw-off tube 2 of an open-end spinning device, not shown a pair of take-off rollers 20, 21, of which the thread 1 via a thread tension compensation bracket 22 on the machine frame 23 is mounted to the mouth 30 of a suction device (not shown) to be led.
- the thread 1 passes a thread guide 31, which with the mouth 30 is arranged on a common holder 32 and common with the mouth 30 of the suction device, a feed device 3 forms, with the help of which is continuously extracted by the suction device Thread 1 of a safety gear 4 can be presented later is described in more detail.
- the thread guide 31 forms a first Thread guide, while the mouth 30 forms a second thread guide.
- a section of the to the catching device 4 to be transferred thread 1 substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis A (see FIG. 2) of the empty sleeve 7. It is irrelevant whether the empty sleeve 7 is a cylindrical or is a conical sleeve.
- the first thread guide 31 has a pivotable lever 311 which has a thread guide groove 312 in its end, in which the thread 1 can be performed.
- the side surface 310 facing the mouth 30 this lever 311 forms a retaining element for the thread 1 during Formation of reserve windings W (see FIG. 3), as explained in more detail later will be.
- the lever 311 is in the holder already mentioned by means of an axis 313 32 stored. At its end facing away from the lever 311 sits on the axle 313 another lever 314, which is not shown with a drive connected is. 1 is an embodiment of such a drive a (pneumatically or hydraulically) controllable cylinder 33 is shown, whose piston is connected to this further lever 314.
- the safety gear 4 has a variety of FIGS. 1 and 3 Catch hook 40 and is part of a sleeve plate 5, which is rotatable in one Coil arm 6 is mounted. As shown in FIG. 1, there is 6 between two coil arms and 60, with the aid of two sleeve plates 5 and 50, an empty sleeve 7 inserted on which the thread 1 is to be wound. For automatic or manual lifting of the movement in not shown One of the two has coil arms 6 and 60 coupled together in this manner Coil arms 6 and 60, according to FIG. 1 the coil arm 60, on its free End an actuating arm 61.
- Fig. 1 further shows that only one of the two sleeve plates 5 and 50, according to FIG. 1 of the sleeve plate 5, with a Safety gear 4 is equipped.
- the two coil arms 6 and 60 are pivotally mounted on an axis 62, being through appropriate own training or storage can be so far apart that an exchange of a full Coil (not shown) against an empty sleeve 7 is made possible.
- the empty tube 7 can be brought into contact with a winding roller 70 driven in the direction of the arrow f 1 , which generally extends over a large number of similar work stations (open-end spinning devices) arranged next to one another, only a part of which is shown in FIG. 1 see is.
- the winding roller 70 has a portion 700 with an enlarged diameter in the region of the empty tube 7, so that the empty tube 7 is not prevented by the tube plate 5 and 50 from a direct bearing on the winding roller 70.
- a traversing rod 71 which is movable back and forth parallel to the winding roller 70 and a traversing thread guide 72 contributes to after the transfer of the thread 1 to the empty tube 7 and after formation of a predetermined number of reserve turns W (see Fig. 3) take up the thread 1 and lay it in an iridescent manner can form a uniform coil (not shown) in this way to be able to.
- the maintenance device swivels now the feed device 3 from a rest position, not shown towards the safety device 4, of which a safety hook 40 is the the first thread guide 31 to the second thread guide designed as a mouth 30 essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis A of the empty sleeve 7 (see Fig. 2) and thus essentially perpendicular to the orbit B of the Catch hook 40 extends thread section.
- the two sleeve plates 5 and 50 are in motion with the on the Spooling roller 70 connected empty tube 7 connected and therefore assume part of their rotation. For this reason, the safety gear 4, the Part of the sleeve plate 5 is driven.
- This first thread guide 31 thus performs the functions of a restraining element and holds it Thread 1 during its winding on the empty tube 7 in its end region back between the sleeve plate 5 and the side surface 310, so that Reserve turns W are formed on the sleeve end 73 (see FIG. 3), which will be needed later for connecting the threads of two bobbins.
- the cylinder 33 is used to pull the lever 314 (see FIG. 1) or a stepper motor 330 (see FIG 2), whose motor shaft (axis 313 - see FIG. 1) carries the lever 311, this lever 311 pivots the first thread guide 31.
- the lever 311 of the first thread guide 31, which is initially in its transfer position, which simultaneously forms the thread retention position S 1 (see FIG.
- Thread guide 31 mounted on an axis 313 which is arranged so that the thread 1 when pivoting the lever 311 towards the center of the sleeve and is thus also pivoted in the direction of traversing thread guide 72.
- the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiment described above, but can be modified in many ways, for example by exchanging individual features with equivalents or with other combinations.
- the swivel or rotational axis for the first thread guide can be selected differently.
- the first thread guide can be, for example, pliers-shaped, with one leg of the pliers being pivoted away when the thread is transferred.
- Fig. 3 shows a modification of the device described above, in which the pivot axis of the first thread guide 31 is on the side facing the second thread guide (mouth 30). If the first thread guide 31 for the release of the thread 1 is now pivoted after the formation of a desired number of reserve windings W (FIG.
- the thread guide groove 312 does not approach the center of the sleeve and thus also not the traversing thread guide 72 on the contrary, it is moved further towards the sleeve end 73.
- the thread 1 resting on the side surface 310 of the thread guide 31 is pressed in the direction of the sleeve end 73 and thus comes to rest on the reserve windings W located there, which are thus covered and thus secured when the full bobbin comes out of the winding device (bobbin arms 6 and 60) is removed for storage and further processing.
- the thread 1 moves in the direction of the center of the tube due to the winding tension and is gripped by the oscillating traversing thread guide 72 and then shifted through it.
- the number of desired reserve windings W can thus be determined are by means of a control device, not shown, by the time from Gripping the thread 1 by the catch device 4 until it pivots corresponding to the first thread guide 31 forming a retaining element is chosen.
- the device shown schematically in FIG. 3 is shown again in FIG. 4, but this time in a perspective view.
- the mouth 30 is arranged at the end of a pipe section 300 which at the same time forms the shaft of a motor 331 designed as a hollow shaft.
- This has a sleeve-like fastening piece 315 pushed onto the pipe section 300, from which an arm 316 extends radially away from the pipe section 300.
- This arm 316 carries an angled end piece 317 with the thread guide groove 312 already mentioned, which in this exemplary embodiment (in contrast to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS.
- 2 and 3 show that - according to a preferred embodiment of the device described - the two thread guides, ie the first thread guide 31 and the second thread guide designed as a mouth 30 or otherwise, based on the direction of rotation (see arrow f 2 in FIG. 1) the empty tube 7, are located in the area between the longitudinal axis A of the empty tube 7 and the clamping line L between the empty tube 7 and the winding roller 70.
- 2 and 3 show the feed device 3 from its side facing the empty sleeve 7, so that it follows that the feed device 3 is in the feed position shown in the last quarter of the orbit of the catching device 4 in front of the clamping line L.
- the two thread guides (31 and mouth 30) form a gap 8 between them for the partial accommodation of the safety hook 40 of the safety device 4 (see FIGS. 3 and 4).
- the arm 316 which connects the first thread guide 31 to the second thread guide, therefore has an inclined surface 9, which is essentially longitudinal the orbit B, or parallel to a tangent to the orbit B, the catching device 4 and is provided on the arm 316 or another element connecting the two thread guides 31 and (mouth) 30 with each other.
- the previously described definition of the feed position of the feed device 3 in the last quarter of the orbit B, which the safety device 4 passes through before passing the clamping line L between the empty tube 7 and the winding roller 70, has the advantage that the thread 1 is fed to the clamping line L (and one Thread cutting device, not shown, in order to be able to sever the thread 1 after its transfer to the empty tube 7 between the catching device 4 and the suction) with certainty always kept taut, since the catching device 4 moves further and further away from the thread supply side. 3 and 4, the first thread guide 31 can be pivoted from the thread retention position S 1 into the thread release position S 2 without the feed device 3 having to be pivoted or withdrawn somewhat from the safety device 4 beforehand to release the pivoting range of the first thread guide 31.
- Fig. 3 shows indicated two ways of setting for the first thread guide 31.
- the fastening piece 315 has a sliding block guide in which the arm 316 is mounted with an extension 317 and can be locked (see dashed line in FIG. 3), so that the thread guide 31 is adjustable relative to the mouth 30 parallel to the longitudinal axis A of the empty sleeve 7.
- the pipe piece 300 with the mouth 30 by means of a storage, not shown, in a link guide or the like in the holder 32 such that the mouth 30 is parallel to the longitudinal axis A of the empty sleeve 7 (see Arrow f 5 ) can be adjusted and takes the first thread guide 31 mounted on the tube piece 300 with it, so that both thread guides 30 and 31 are adjusted together.
- the adjustability of the second thread guide (mouth 30 or thread guide of another design) can be important for presenting the thread 1 in front of the catching device 4 or a thread separating device, not shown.
- FIG. 4 shows that the side wall 318 of the thread guide groove 312 which is closer to the empty sleeve 7 is oriented essentially perpendicular to the pivot axis (mouth 30) of the first thread guide 31.
- the second thread guide always as the mouth 30 of a suction was shown, it goes without saying that the second thread guide also be designed as a mechanical guide element can that upstream of the mouth 30 of the suction in a known manner is.
- controllable drive is a pneumatic cylinder 33 or a motor 330, 331. This further simplifies and increases functional reliability achieved.
- the first thread guide (31) is rigid with connected to the mouth (30) which as a rotatable in a holder (32) Stored pipe section (300) is formed, which is mounted on the holder (32) controllable drive (33, 331) is assigned. This allows the Drive for the first thread guide in a particularly space-saving manner arrange the feed device.
- the thread guide groove 312 is the first Thread guide 31 essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis A of the rotating Empty sleeve arranged. This results in a smooth keeping of the running the mouth of the suction fed thread.
- the two thread guides 31, 30, based on the direction of rotation f 2 of the rotating empty tube 7, are arranged in the last quarter in front of the clamping line L between the empty tube 7 and a winding roller 70 driving the empty tube 7 and form a gap 8 between them for the partial reception of the safety device 4.
- This is particularly advantageous since such a design leads in a simple manner to covering the turns of the reserve turns and thus to securing them on the empty sleeve against unintentional falling.
- between the two thread guides 31, 30 there is a surface 9 of an element 316 that connects the two thread guides 31, 30 and is essentially oriented along the orbit B of the catching device 4. The latter two developments enable the first thread guide to be pivoted without first having to be withdrawn from the area of the rotating safety gear.
- the side wall 318 of the thread guide groove 312 which is closer to the empty sleeve 7 runs essentially perpendicular to the pivot axis of the first thread guide 31, while the side wall 319 of the thread guide groove 312 which is further away from the empty sleeve 7 is arranged essentially in a plane E 1 which is in Direction to the open side of the thread guide groove 312 increasingly away from the plane E 2 perpendicularly intersecting the pivot axis of the first thread guide 31.
- This serves in order to be able to hold the thread securely on the one hand during the presentation in front of the catching device and nevertheless to achieve a problem-free release of the thread after the desired number of reserve turns have been formed.
- the two thread guides 31, 30 are the Thread feed device 3 relative to one another parallel to the longitudinal axis A of Empty sleeve 7 adjustable.
- the first thread guide 31 jointly adjustable with the second thread guide 30. With The last two configurations are the first thread guide not only controlled the formation of the reserve windings, but also their exact arrangement on the sleeve end.
