Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device according to the preambles of claims 1 and 16.
- a disadvantage of this known embodiment is that the demolished The sliver end of the waste must be fed. This creates a loss of raw materials and the problem of waste that accumulates in large quantities during the operation of the device, collect and dispose of.
- Another disadvantage of this known Embodiment is that by thinning and rejuvenating of the sliver end before inserting the sliver end into the Feeder the sliver to be clamped by the feeder becomes so thin that with some materials the desired one is not Success is achieved.
- the object of the present invention is therefore a method and a device for automatically applying a sliver to create which can be used reliably with all materials and leads to as little material loss as possible.
- a sliver can be taken, which presented with a very different length of the gripping device becomes. Due to the permissible large tolerance for the sliver template becomes the first predetermined length, which is compared is relatively large to the second predetermined length seized. The larger the first predetermined length, the higher Tolerances are permitted for the sliver template.
- the sliver to the second predetermined Length can be shortened.
- the sliver end is provided with a first gripping device seized and then handed over to a second gripping device.
- the first gripping device the first predetermined one Length of the sliver set, and in the second gripping device the sliver is cut to a short, defined length, which protrudes beyond the second gripping device.
- the sliver is taken from the first gripping device on the jug, in which the sliver is presented to the textile machine.
- the second gripping device guides the sliver nearby the feeder of the textile machine and supports the others Insertion process.
- the sliver end is detected and on a sucked in substantially predetermined length.
- the suction pipe is guided along this narrow side. Seizes the suction tube the sliver at one point, which to the end of the sliver has a shorter length than the suction pipe is long, the sliver end is sucked into the suction tube and stretched.
- the suction pipe on one Place so limited that the sliver only up to this point is suckable.
- Missing sliver is pulled out of the jug, so that the suction pipe is completely up to the limiting point is filled with sliver. Is that hanging from the jug Sliver from where it is gripped to his End longer than the suction pipe is long, a loop forms in the suction pipe. The loop will be handed over to the second Gripping device released again. From this first gripping device now with a predetermined minimum length present sliver fed to a second gripping device.
- the second gripping device is advantageously designed such that that on the one hand it grips the sliver and on the other hand that Sliver can change in length. After shortening the Sliver, the second gripping device guides the sliver Loop catcher of the feed device.
- the sliver is on the one hand sucked through the sling catcher, and on the other hand by the second gripping device is conveyed by the loop catcher, by extending the sliver again in the second gripping device is a simple and safe insertion of the sliver guaranteed.
- the sliver becomes after passing through the loop catcher or sharpened before insertion into the feed device, so this introduction into the feed device is facilitated. Fibers the sliver is not spread and lead thus not to introductory problems.
- the sliver is advantageously fed by a transport device introduced into the feeder. Will the feeder opened before inserting the end of the sliver and, after the end of the sliver between the feed rollers is closed again, so the insertion process is made easier.
- the sliver is introduced into the feed device both by the transport device as well through the second gripping device, which tracks the sliver, supported.
- the device according to the invention is in accordance with the features of claim 16 designed.
- the first gripping device is a particularly advantageous Suction pipe is.
- a sieve is advantageously provided. The sucked in Sliver is sucked up to the sieve, clogs the Sieve and thus ends the suction process. The sliver then lies in a defined length, which corresponds to the length of the intake manifold, in front.
- the sieve has a relatively large length. This length makes it impossible for the fibers to be behind to form a hook on the sieve and on the other hand still in the sliver to stay. When removing the sliver, these would Impose fibers in the sieve and thus in the course of using the Block the strainer.
- the first gripping device is advantageously one of these the sliver containing the sliver is delivered to the location area an end portion of the sliver. Is the Kanne a so-called long can, it is sufficient if the Gripping device a narrow side of the jug on the presence of sliver if the sliver is on this narrow side has been filed. With round cans it may be necessary that the first gripping device the sliver on the circumference of the round can searches and records. It is also possible that the sliver end attached in a clamp arranged on the jug from which the first gripping device is the sliver can record. It is important that the first gripping device Finds contact with the sliver, it can take up and on the intended length brings.
- the first gripping device advantageously transfers the second Gripping device the sliver. It is important that the Length of the sliver picked up by the first gripping device remains in a defined way to the length in also in a defined manner in the second gripping device shorten.
- the second gripping device is a roller clamp.
- the rollers are open and jam a variable radial distance between the rollers of the sliver.
- the sliver can be shortened in length.
- one of the rollers can be actively driven in both directions, whereby the sliver can first be shortened in length, and upon further insertion of the sliver into the feed device is renewable again.
- a sensor on the second Arranged gripping device that detects the end of the sliver.
- the second gripping device guides the sliver in the area of a loop catcher on the feed device. If a suction pipe is fed to the loop catcher, the sliver is on the one hand pneumatically conveyable through the loop catcher and on the other hand mechanically conveyable by the roller clamp.
- the introduction of the sliver into the feed device becomes special relieved when the feeding device during insertion of the sliver is openable. This will change the roller gap Feeder enlarged so that the sliver between the Rolling the feed device is insertable.
- the sliver is introduced into the feed device advantageously by means of a transport device.
- This Transport device is advantageously a drivable conveyor belt, which the sliver against the insertion funnel of the Feeding device presses and the fiber belt when the conveyor belt is driven introduces into the feeder.
- the device according to the invention can both on a textile machine supporting service facility, so-called walking machines be arranged, as well as on a can transport vehicle, that supplies one or more textile machines with cans.
- FIG. 1 shows a textile machine with a service facility 3 and a can transport vehicle 4.
- the textile machine 1 is an open-end rotor spinning machine in this embodiment with a large number of spinning stations arranged side by side.
- a can 2 is assigned to each spinning station, in which the sliver 5 is presented to the spinning station.
- the invention Device 6, 6 'can either be at a service facility 3 or on a can transport vehicle 4.
- the Can transport vehicle 4 delivers cans 2 filled with sliver to the textile machine 1 and disposed of the textile machine 1 by empty cans 2. After replacing an empty one with a full one Kanne 2 is equipped with the device 6 'according to the invention Can transport vehicle 4 capable of this from the can 2 hanging sliver end 5 at the corresponding spinning position one Feed device to feed.
- the device 6 according to the invention is also at the service facility 3 can be arranged.
- the service facility 3 is usually assigned to a single textile machine 1.
- the service facility 3 runs the existing spinning positions of the textile machine 1 and performs various work steps, such as Cleaning the Spinning station, thread attachment and in the application according to the invention Banding through. It is also possible that the service facility exclusively for banding with the invention Device 6 is used.
- the device according to the invention 6, 6 ' is also on other textile machines, not shown here can be used for which sliver automatically for the further processing can be fed to the textile machines should.
- There are advantageously 3 sensors on the service device 51 arranged in the direction of travel in front of the service facility 3 recognize whether a sliver 5 is to be replaced and on the corresponding spinning station to stop the sliver 5 replace.
- FIG. 1 The first gripping device according to the invention is closer in FIG shown.
- Figures 2 and 4 are for the embodiment of the Service facility 3 shown. But they are also for the Use case on a can transport vehicle 4 applicable.
- the service facility 3 along the textile machine 1 so long back and forth until services at a spinning station are required is in this embodiment on one Spinning position positioned.
- a suction pipe 10 is arranged below the service facility 3 .
- the suction pipe 10 is an extension 11 pivoted into the area of the can 2. renewal 11 and suction pipe 10 are via joints 13 and 14 according to the double arrow pivotable.
- the suction pipe 10 is connected to a hose 12 with a Vacuum source connected.
- the suction pipe 10 brushes as it pivots about the joint 14 a front area of the can 2. Is the sliver 5 in this coated area, it becomes the area under negative pressure Suction pipe 10 sucked.
- the suction pipe 10 is also according to the invention to run along a longitudinal guide on the can 2.
- the sliver 5 When sucking in, the sliver 5 is stretched in the Intake pipe 10 out. It is necessary that the length of the sliver 5 between the point G at which the sliver 5 of the suction pipe 10 is taken and the end point E of the sliver 5 is shorter than the free length F of the suction pipe 10, in which the sliver 5 is sucked in. If this condition is met, then the sliver is drawn into the suction pipe 10. The missing length of the sliver 5 is pulled out of the can 2. The longer the suction pipe 10, the greater the tolerance, with which the sliver 5 may hang over the can 2.
- the suction tube 10 As soon as the suction tube 10 has sucked in the sliver 5, it will be around the joints 14 and then 13 rotated in the direction of the arrow, whereby it is placed together with the sliver in which the sucked-in sliver with the first predetermined Length can be passed to another gripping device.
- the suction pipe 10 is shown.
- the suction pipe 10 is located in the area immediately in front of the can 2, in which the Sliver 5 hangs from the can 2.
- the sliver 5 comes in the Suction area of the suction pipe 10 and is sucked into the suction pipe 10.
- the screen 15 has a length L.
- the length L is greater than the stack length of the fiber material to be processed. Through this Length L is a clogging of the screen after the sliver has been pulled off 5 effectively prevented from the suction pipe 10.
- the fibers of the sliver 5 are due to the large length L of the sieve 15 unable to get into the suction holes of the screen 15 impose and thereby clog the strainer.
- the screen 15 is made of Suction pipe 10 removable for cleaning purposes. Cleaning may be required be when solid particles sucked in with the sliver 5 clog the holes in the screen 15. Another Cleaning is possible if the screen 15 rotates in the Suction pipe 10 is mounted. The sieve becomes in time intervals rotated, it is sucked alternately from both sides. Thereby impurities are also removed from the screen 15.
- the screen 15 ' has only one Opening 16 on.
- the suction opening tapers conically the suction pipe 10 to the opening 16.
- the opening 16 is cylindrical educated. A curling of fibers and thus clogging of the screen 15 'is so effectively prevented.
- the device 6 is a plan view shown. It is arranged on the service facility 3. After the inclusion of the sliver 5 was the suction tube 10 around the joint 14 rotated. The extension 11 then pivots into one Position in which the suction pipe swings out again 10 the sliver 5 is fed to a roller clamp 20. After the suction pipe 10, the sliver 5 between the open Has guided rollers 21 and 22 of the roller clamp 20, the rollers 21 and 22 radially approached each other so that the sliver 5th is clamped.
- the suction pipe 10th transferred sliver 5 has a defined length, can by a controller by which the driven roller 21 or 22 For example, the sliver is driven for a defined time 5 can be shortened to a defined second length.
- An additional Security to achieve a defined second length of the sliver 5 brings a sensor 52, which is the end of the sliver 5 immediately before the rollers 21 and 22 detects and the signal to stop the rotation of the rollers 21 and 22 there.
- joints 13, 14 and 24 shown are not exclusive Rotary movements, but also longitudinal movements have to carry out in order to pick up the sliver 5 from the sliver can 2, to pass on the roller clamp 20 and the feed device feed.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 represent a section of a feed device 30 with a loop catcher 34.
- the loop catcher 34 will not used in some versions. The ones described below Comments on FIG. 5 are not for this case to apply.
- the swivel arm 23 is included the rollers 21 and 22 which clamp the fiber sliver 5, or roller clamp 20 positioned under the loop catcher 34.
- a suction tube 36 is positioned in the loop catcher 34.
- the suction pipe 36 is connected to a vacuum source. The one from that Suction pipe 36 generated suction acts through the opening of the Loop catcher 34 on the sliver 5.
- the Sliver 5 by rotating the rollers 21 and 22 to in an insert 37 of the suction pipe 36 out.
- the end of the sliver 5 is in accordance with the shape of the insert 37 sharpened.
- This sharpening or concentrating the fibers of the The sliver end facilitates the further insertion processes of the sliver 5 in the feeder 30.
- the sharpening of the In addition to the shaped insert 37, sliver can also pass through a corresponding flow takes place in the suction pipe 36.
- FIG 6 it is shown how the fiber sliver 5 by means of a mechanical Transport device between the feed roller 31 and Feed tray 32 is introduced.
- the transport device 40 is made from a holder 44, on which deflection rollers 41 and 42 are arranged are.
- a belt 43 is over the deflection rollers 41 and 42, which serves as a conveyor belt. If the pulley 41 or 42 driven, the belt 43 is moved so that it between Belt 43 and insertion funnel 33 clamped sliver 5 den Insertion funnel 33 up to between the open feed roller 31 and feed tray 32 promotes.
- This funding movement is through the driven rollers 21 and / or 22 supported by which the sliver 5 is fed.
- the feed device 30 is opened by the feed roller 31 and the feed trough 32 changed in their distance from one another in this way be that the sliver 5 between the feed roller 31 and the Feed tray 32 is insertable. Opening the feeder 30 is by means of a depressor 45, which on the holder 44th is arranged, causes.
- a depressor 45 By delivering the transport device 40 at the same time the depressor 45 in a notch between loop catcher 34 and insertion funnel 33, or in a specially provided trough on the insertion funnel 33.
- the insertion funnel 33 is thereby together with the Loop catcher 34 rotated about a swivel 35.
- the feed trough 32 is attached, whereby through a rotation about the pivot 35 this feed trough 32 from the Feed roller 31 is removed in its radial distance.
- the belt 43 a means 50, 50 'for cleaning has been delivered.
- the means 50 ' is a blow nozzle, then the sliver 5 is blown off the belt 43 and the reeling on the belt 43 is prevented.
- the holder 44 with the transport device 40 and the depressor 45 from the feeder after insertion the sliver 5 removed, the feed trough is by spring force 32 pressed again against the feed roller 31 and the sliver 5 clamped between the feed roller 31 and the feed trough 32. It is advantageous after the introduction of the sliver generates a signal which indicates the rotation of the feed roller 31 starts. Only then is the feed device closed and the sliver is drawn into the feeder. This will ensured that the sliver before the clamping action of the feed device does not fall out of the feeder. By driving the feed roller 31 becomes the sliver 5 drawn into the textile machine 1.
- rollers 21 and 22 of the roller clamp 20 are opened, by increasing their radial distance.
- the swivel arm 23 is pivoted back into its starting position.
- the service facility 3 or the transport vehicle 4 can now the feed device, on which they automatically put the sliver 5 has left again.
- the present embodiment is not based on the illustrated embodiment limited.
