Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method and a device according to the preambles of claims 1 and 16.
  • a disadvantage of this known embodiment is that the demolished The sliver end of the waste must be fed. This creates a loss of raw materials and the problem of waste that accumulates in large quantities during the operation of the device, collect and dispose of.
  • Another disadvantage of this known Embodiment is that by thinning and rejuvenating of the sliver end before inserting the sliver end into the Feeder the sliver to be clamped by the feeder becomes so thin that with some materials the desired one is not Success is achieved.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore a method and a device for automatically applying a sliver to create which can be used reliably with all materials and leads to as little material loss as possible.
  • a sliver can be taken, which presented with a very different length of the gripping device becomes. Due to the permissible large tolerance for the sliver template becomes the first predetermined length, which is compared is relatively large to the second predetermined length seized. The larger the first predetermined length, the higher Tolerances are permitted for the sliver template.
  • the sliver to the second predetermined Length can be shortened.
  • the sliver end is provided with a first gripping device seized and then handed over to a second gripping device.
  • the first gripping device the first predetermined one Length of the sliver set, and in the second gripping device the sliver is cut to a short, defined length, which protrudes beyond the second gripping device.
  • the sliver is taken from the first gripping device on the jug, in which the sliver is presented to the textile machine.
  • the second gripping device guides the sliver nearby the feeder of the textile machine and supports the others Insertion process.
  • the sliver end is detected and on a sucked in substantially predetermined length.
  • the suction pipe is guided along this narrow side. Seizes the suction tube the sliver at one point, which to the end of the sliver has a shorter length than the suction pipe is long, the sliver end is sucked into the suction tube and stretched.
  • the suction pipe on one Place so limited that the sliver only up to this point is suckable.
  • Missing sliver is pulled out of the jug, so that the suction pipe is completely up to the limiting point is filled with sliver. Is that hanging from the jug Sliver from where it is gripped to his End longer than the suction pipe is long, a loop forms in the suction pipe. The loop will be handed over to the second Gripping device released again. From this first gripping device now with a predetermined minimum length present sliver fed to a second gripping device.
  • the second gripping device is advantageously designed such that that on the one hand it grips the sliver and on the other hand that Sliver can change in length. After shortening the Sliver, the second gripping device guides the sliver Loop catcher of the feed device.
  • the sliver is on the one hand sucked through the sling catcher, and on the other hand by the second gripping device is conveyed by the loop catcher, by extending the sliver again in the second gripping device is a simple and safe insertion of the sliver guaranteed.
  • the sliver becomes after passing through the loop catcher or sharpened before insertion into the feed device, so this introduction into the feed device is facilitated. Fibers the sliver is not spread and lead thus not to introductory problems.
  • the sliver is advantageously fed by a transport device introduced into the feeder. Will the feeder opened before inserting the end of the sliver and, after the end of the sliver between the feed rollers is closed again, so the insertion process is made easier.
  • the sliver is introduced into the feed device both by the transport device as well through the second gripping device, which tracks the sliver, supported.
  • the device according to the invention is in accordance with the features of claim 16 designed.
  • the first gripping device is a particularly advantageous Suction pipe is.
  • a sieve is advantageously provided. The sucked in Sliver is sucked up to the sieve, clogs the Sieve and thus ends the suction process. The sliver then lies in a defined length, which corresponds to the length of the intake manifold, in front.
  • the sieve has a relatively large length. This length makes it impossible for the fibers to be behind to form a hook on the sieve and on the other hand still in the sliver to stay. When removing the sliver, these would Impose fibers in the sieve and thus in the course of using the Block the strainer.
  • the first gripping device is advantageously one of these the sliver containing the sliver is delivered to the location area an end portion of the sliver. Is the Kanne a so-called long can, it is sufficient if the Gripping device a narrow side of the jug on the presence of sliver if the sliver is on this narrow side has been filed. With round cans it may be necessary that the first gripping device the sliver on the circumference of the round can searches and records. It is also possible that the sliver end attached in a clamp arranged on the jug from which the first gripping device is the sliver can record. It is important that the first gripping device Finds contact with the sliver, it can take up and on the intended length brings.
  • the first gripping device advantageously transfers the second Gripping device the sliver. It is important that the Length of the sliver picked up by the first gripping device remains in a defined way to the length in also in a defined manner in the second gripping device shorten.
  • the second gripping device is a roller clamp.
  • the rollers are open and jam a variable radial distance between the rollers of the sliver.
  • the sliver can be shortened in length.
  • one of the rollers can be actively driven in both directions, whereby the sliver can first be shortened in length, and upon further insertion of the sliver into the feed device is renewable again.
  • a sensor on the second Arranged gripping device that detects the end of the sliver.
  • the second gripping device guides the sliver in the area of a loop catcher on the feed device. If a suction pipe is fed to the loop catcher, the sliver is on the one hand pneumatically conveyable through the loop catcher and on the other hand mechanically conveyable by the roller clamp.
  • the introduction of the sliver into the feed device becomes special relieved when the feeding device during insertion of the sliver is openable. This will change the roller gap Feeder enlarged so that the sliver between the Rolling the feed device is insertable.
  • the sliver is introduced into the feed device advantageously by means of a transport device.
  • This Transport device is advantageously a drivable conveyor belt, which the sliver against the insertion funnel of the Feeding device presses and the fiber belt when the conveyor belt is driven introduces into the feeder.
