Claims (16)

  1. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und zum Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) in eine Zuführöffnung (A) einer Spinneinheit (F), wobei das Faserband (N) in einem Spinntopf (V) enthalten ist, der bei der Spinneinheit (F) positioniert ist, und der ein Ende (4) außerhalb des Topfes (V) hat, wobei das Faserbandende lose längs der Seite des Topfes hängt, wobei die Vorrichtung (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie umfasst:
    eine Einrichtung zum Fördern des Faserbands (N), wobei die Einrichtung zum Fördern in der Zuführöffnung (A) der Spinneinheit (F) positioniert ist;
    eine Einrichtung (6, 7, 8) zum Fangen des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) und zum Ziehen eines Endbereichs (5) des Endes (4),
    eine Einrichtung (13, 14) zum Abschrägen des verbleibenden Endbereichs (11a) des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N),
    eine Einrichtung (9, 18) zum Fangen und zum Bewegen des Endes (4) des Faserbands (5), um den abgeschrägten Endbereich (17) in die Zuführöffnung (A) der Spinneinheit (F) einzuführen,
    wobei eine entsprechende Betätigungseinrichtung (32, 33, 34) vorgesehen ist, um die Fang- und Zieheinrichtung (6, 7, 8), die Abschrägungseinrichtung (13, 14) und die Fang- und Bewegungseinrichtung (9, 18) zu aktivieren, und
    wobei eine Steuereinrichtung (35, 37) vorgesehen ist, um die Einrichtung zu steuern, welche das Faserband (N) in die Zuführöffnung (A) fördert.
  2. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Fang- und Zieheinrichtung drei Fangteile (6, 7, 8) aufweist, welche in der Lage sind, unterschiedliche Bereiche des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) zu fangen, wobei ein Fangteil (8) der Fangteile (6, 7, 8) sich in Bezug auf die anderen beiden Fangteile (6, 7) in einer vorher bestimmten Orientierung (Z-Z) bewegen kann, um den Endbereich (5) des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) zu ziehen.
  3. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die drei Fangteile (6, 7, 8) zwei entsprechende abgewandte Fangteile (6a, 7a, 8a, 6b, 7b, 8b) umfassen, welches zusammen in der Form von Klauen wirken, um die unterschiedlichen Bereiche des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) zu fangen.
  4. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Fang- und Zieheinrichtung sich bewegen kann, um das Ende (4) des Faserbands (N), welches von dem Topf (V) ragt, zu fangen.
  5. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Einrichtung zum Abschrägen des verbleibenden Endbereichs (11a) des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) zwei Teile (13, 14) umfasst, welche entsprechende Flächen (13a, 14a) haben, über welche der verbleibende Endbereich (11a), der abzuschrägen ist, positioniert werden kann, der sich in einer vorgegebenen Abschrägungsorientierung (Z-Z) erstreckt, wobei die beiden Teile (13, 14) sich bewegen können, um die Flächen (13a, 14a), welche einander zugewandt sind und den Endbereich (11a) erfassen, der abzuschrägen ist, zu tragen, wobei zumindest eine der beiden Flächen sich in Bezug auf die andere in einer Orientierung (Y-Y) bewegen kann, welche im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Abschrägungsorientierung (Z-Z) ist.
  6. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Einrichtung zum Fangen und zum Bewegen des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) ein erstes Fang- und Bewegungsteil (9) umfasst, welches die Länge (11) des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) fangen kann, welches nach dem Ziehen verbleibt, und ein zweites Fang- und Bewegungsteil (18), welches den abgeschrägten Endbereich (17) von dem ersten Fang- und Bewegungsteil (9) nehmen kann, um dieses in die Zuführöffnung (A) der Spinneinheit (F) einzuführen.
  7. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Fang- und Bewegungseinrichtung sich bewegen kann, um das verbleibende Endteil (11a) zu zeigen, das zwischen den beiden Flächen (13a, 14a) in der vorher bestimmten Abschrägungsorientierung (Z-Z) abzuschrägen ist.
  8. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (35, 37) ein Drückteil (35) aufweist, welches auf einen Aktivierungsdruckschalter (37) drücken kann, der auf der Spinneinheit (F) vorgesehen ist, und die Aktivierung der Einrichtung zum Fördern des Faserbands (N) steuern kann.
  9. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Einrichtung zum Fördern des Faserbands (N) einen gerändelten Drehzylinder umfasst, der in der Lage ist, zusammen mit einer Wand zu wirken, welche sich in Richtung auf und weg von dem Zylinder bewegen kann, um den abgeschrägten Bereich (17) des Faserbands (N) gegen die gerändelten Teile des Drehzylinders zu drücken.
  10. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, welches eine Einrichtung umfasst, um das Einführen des abgeschrägten Bereichs (17) in die Zuführöffnung (A) zu unterstützen, wobei die Unterstützungseinrichtung ein messerförmiges Teil (22) aufweist, welches in der Lage ist, unmittelbar auf den abgeschrägten Bereich (17) zu wirken, um der Zuführeinrichtung für das Faserband (N) zu erlauben, den abgeschrägten Bereich (17) zu erfassen.
  11. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, welches eine Einrichtung umfasst, um das Faserband zu führen, welche in der Lage ist, den Endbereich (23) des Faserbands (N) zu führen, der zwischen der Fang- und Bewegungseinrichtung (9, 18) und dem Topf (V) liegt.
  12. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Einrichtung zum Führen des Faserbands gepaarte Gabeln (24a, 24b) umfasst, welche in der Lage sind, den Endbereich (23) des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) zu führen.
  13. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Einrichtung zum Führen des Faserbands einen Faserbandführungsring (25) umfasst, der sich zwischen einer Schließposition bewegen kann, in welcher er zusammen mit einem Faserbanddurchgangsteil (27) eine Durchgangsöffnung (28) zum Durchlassen des Faserbands (N) bildet, und einer Öffnungsposition, in welcher das Faserband (N) längsseitig des Faserbanddurchgangsteils (27) gebracht wird.
  14. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einrichtung zum Fangen und zum Bewegen des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) ein Fang- und Bewegungsteil umfasst, welches in der Lage ist, den verbleibenden Bereich (11) des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N) zu fangen und um den abgeschrägten Endbereich (17) in die Zuführöffnung (A) der Spinneinheit (F) einzuführen.
  15. Gerät (10) zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei die Spinneinheit (F) einen Faserbandführungsring (25) umfasst, der zwischen einer Schließposition bewegt werden kann, in welcher er zusammen mit einem U-förmigen Faserbanddurchgangsteil (27) eine Durchgangsöffnung (28) bildet, die in der Lage ist, den Durchgang des Faserbands (N) zuzulassen, und einer Öffnungsposition, in welcher das Faserband (N) längsseitig vom Faserbanddurchgangsteil (27) gebracht wird.
  16. Verfahren zum Einführen und Vorfördern eines Faserbands (N) in eine Zuführöffnung (A) einer Spinneinheit (F), wobei das Faserband (N) in einem Spinntopf (V) enthalten ist, der in der Spinneinheit (V) positioniert ist, welche an der Spinneinheit (F) angeordnet ist, und ein Ende (4) außerhalb des Topfes (V) hat, wobei das Faserbandende lose längsseitig des Topfes hängt, wobei die Einrichtung zum Zuführen des Faserbands (N) in der Zuführöffnung (A) der Spinneinheit (F) positioniert ist, wobei das Verfahren (10) folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Fangen des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N),
    - Ziehen eines Endbereichs (5) des Endes (4),
    - Abschrägen des verbleibenden Endbereichs (11a) des Endes (4) des Faserbands (N),
    - Einführen des abgeschrägten Endbereichs (17) in die Zuführöffnung (A) der Spinneinheit (F), und
    - Steuern der Vorförderung eines Bereichs des Faserbands (N) in die Zuführöffnung (A) eine vorher festgelegte Zeitdauer (ΔT) lang.
