Claims (16)
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et le préacheminement d'un ruban (N) dans une ouverture d'alimentation (A) d'une unité de filage (F), ledit ruban (N) étant inséré dans une boite de filage (V) disposée sur ladite unité de filage (F) et dont une des extrémités (4) est à l'extérieur de ladite boite (V), ladite extrémité du ruban étant fixée librement le long de ladite boite, ladite installation (10) étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte :- des moyens pour alimenter ledit ruban (N), lesdits moyens d'alimentation étant disposés dans ladite ouverture d'alimentation (A) de l'unité de filage (F),- des moyens (6, 7, 8) pour saisir ladite extrémité (4) du ruban (N) et tirer une partie terminale (5) de l'extrémité (4),- des moyens (13, 14) pour tailler la partie terminale résiduelle (11a) de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N),- des moyens (9, 18) pour saisir et tirer l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N), de manière à insérer la partie terminale taillée (17) dans l'ouverture d'alimentation (A) de ladite unité de filage (F),- des moyens correspondants (32, 33, 34) prévus pour activer les moyens de saisie et de traction (6, 7, 8,), les moyens de taille (13, 14) et les moyens de saisie et de déplacement (9, 18) et,- des moyens de contrôle (35, 37) prévus pour commander lesdits moyens d'alimentation du ruban (N).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et le préacheminement d'un ruban (N) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de saisie et de traction comportent trois éléments de saisie (6, 7, 8) aptes à saisir différentes parties de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N), un élément de saisie (8) parmi lesdits éléments de saisie (6, 7, 8) étant mobile par rapport aux deux autres éléments de saisie (6, 7) selon un sens prédéterminé (Z-Z) pour tirer ladite partie terminale (5) de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle lesdits trois éléments de saisie (6, 7, 8) comportent deux éléments de saisie opposés correspondants (6a, 7a, 8a, 6b, 7b, 8b) agissant de concert en formant des mâchoires pour saisir lesdites différentes parties de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de saisie et de traction peuvent se déplacer pour saisir l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N) qui se projette à partir de la boite (V).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle lesdits moyens pour tailler la partie terminale résiduelle (11A) de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N) comportent deux éléments (13, 14) avec des surfaces correspondantes (13a, 14a) à travers lesquelles ladite partie terminale résiduelle (11a) qui doit être taillée peut être positionnée selon un sens de taille prédéterminé (Z-Z), lesdits deux éléments (13, 14) étant mobiles pour transporter les surfaces (13a, 14a) qui se font face l'une à l'autre et engager la partie terminale (11a) à tailler, l'une au moins des deux surfaces étant capables de se déplacer par rapport à l'autre selon une direction (Y-Y) sensiblement perpendiculaire audit sens de taille (Z-Z).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un rubans (N) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle lesdits moyens pour saisir et déplacer l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N) comportent un premier élément (9) de saisie et de déplacement apte à saisir la longueur (11) de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N) qui subsiste après traction, et un deuxième élément de saisie et de déplacement (18) apte à prendre la partie terminale taillée (17) à partir dudit premier élément (9) de saisie et de déplacement pour l'insérer dans l'ouverture d'alimentation (A) de ladite unité de filage (F).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel lesdits moyens de saisie et de déplacement peuvent se déplacer pour présenter ladite partie terminale résiduelle (11a) à tailler entre les deux surfaces (13a, 14a) selon ledit sens de taille prédéterminé (Z-Z).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de contrôle (35, 37) comportent un poussoir (35) apte à exercer une pression sur un commutateur à poussoir (37) prévu sur l'unité de filage (F) et apte à commander l'activation desdits moyens pour l'alimentation du ruban (N).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle lesdits moyens pour alimenter le ruban (N) comportent un cylindre rotatif protubérant capable d'interagir avec une paroi mobile en direction de et à partir du cylindre pour comprimer les parties taillée (17) du ruban (N) contre les éléments protubérants de cylindre rotatif.
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comportant des moyens d'assistance pour l'insertion de la partie taillée (17) dans l'ouverture d'alimentation (A), lesdits moyens d'assistance comportant un élément en forme de lame (22) apte à agir directement sur ladite partie taillée (17) pour permettre audits moyens d'alimentation du ruban (N) d'engager la partie taillée (17).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comportant des moyens de guidage du ruban aptes à guider la partie d'extrémité (23) du ruban (N) qui s'étend entre les moyens de saisie et de déplacement (9, 18) et la boite (V).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle lesdits moyens pour guider le ruban comportent une paire de fourche (24a, 24b) apte à guider ladite partie d'extrémité (23) de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de guidage du ruban comportent un anneau de guidage (25) qui peut se déplacer entre une position de fermeture dans laquelle il forme, conjointement avec un élément de passage de ruban (27), une ouverture passante (28) pour le passage du ruban (N), et une position d'ouverture dans laquelle le ruban (N) est déplacé le long de l'élément de passage de ruban (27).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits moyens pour saisir et déplacer l'extrémité du ruban (N) comportent un élément de saisie et de déplacement apte à saisir la partie résiduelle (11) de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N) et à insérer la partie terminale taillée (17) dans l'ouverture d'alimentation (A) de ladite unité de filage (F).
- Installation (10) pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, dans laquelle ladite unité de filage (F) comporte un anneau de guidage (25) mobile entre une position de fermeture dans laquelle il forme, avec un élément de passage de ruban en forme de U (27), une ouverture passante (28) apte à permettre le passage du ruban (N), et une position d'ouverture dans laquelle le ruban (N) est déplacé le long de l'élément de passage de ruban (27).
- Méthode pour l'insertion et la préalimentation d'un ruban (N) dans une ouverture d'alimentation (A) d'une unité de filage (F), ledit ruban (N) étant logé dans une boite de filage (V) disposée sur l'unité de filage (V) et comportant une extrémité (4) à l'extérieur de ladite boite (V), ladite extrémité du ruban étant fixée librement le long de la boite, des moyens pour l'alimentation dudit ruban étant disposés dans l'ouverture d'alimentation (A) de l'unité de filage (F), ladite méthode comportant les étapes suivantes :- la saisie de ladite extrémité (4) du ruban (N),- la traction d'une partie terminale (5) de l'extrémité (4),- la taille de la partie terminale résiduelle (11a) de l'extrémité (4) du ruban (N),- l'insertion de la partie terminale taillée (17) dans ladite ouverture d'alimentation (A) de ladite unité de filage (F), et- le contrôle de la préalimentation d'une partie du ruban (N) dans l'ouverture d'alimentation (A) pour une durée (ΔT) prédéterminée.
