Claims (10)
1. Ultralydsbehandlingssystenn, som er indrettet til ikke-invasive ansigtsløftninger og opstramning af dybtliggende væv, hvilket ultralydsbehandlingssystem omfatter: et sondesystem (204), som er indrettet til både billeddannelse og behandling, hvor sondesystemet omfatter en billeddannelses- og behandlingstransducer, som er indrettet til målrettet afgivelse af ablativ ultralyd inde i det overfladiske SMAS (muskel-aponeurose-system)-lag, og hvor billeddannelses- og behandlingstransduceren omfatter et billeddannelses-element og et enkelt behandlingselement, hvor billeddannelses-elementet er indrettet til at afbilde en region af interesse (206), som omfatter SMAS-laget (216), hvor enkeltelementet til behandling er sammensat af én individuel enkeltelement-transducer, som er indrettet til enkeltfokus og til målrettet afgivelse af ablativ ultralydsenergi (220) ind i SMAS-laget (216) i en dybde på op til 15 mm under hudoverfladen for at forårsage varmeskade på vævet og krympning af SMAS-laget (216); et styresystem (202), som er koblet til sondesystemet (204), hvilket styresystem (202) styrer mekanisk scanning af billeddannelses- og behandlingstransduceren og omfatter en rumlig styring og en tidsmæssig styring, hvor den rumlige styring og den tidsmæssige styring styrer den målrettede afgivelse af ablativ ultralydsenergi (220) for at forårsage krympningen af mindst en del af SMAS-laget (216); en bevægelsesmekanisme til at frembringe en flerhed af læsioner på en styrbar måde, hvor billeddannelses- og behandlingstransduceren i sondesystemet (204) scannes mekanisk i en retning (226), således at behandlingszoner (260) placeres over et aflangt område formet som en linje; og et visningssystem (208), som er koblet til styresystemet (202) og til sondesystemets (204) billeddannelses-element, hvilket visningssystem (208) er indrettet til at vise billeder (224) af regionen af interesse (206).
2. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor billeddannelses-elementet har en første tykkelse, hvor enkeltelementet til behandling har en anden tykkelse, og hvor billeddannelses-elementet er indrettet til at afbilde med en billeddannelsesfrekvens på mellem 2 MHz og 75 MHz, og enkeltelementet til behandling er indrettet til at behandle med en behandlingsfrekvens på mellem 4 MHz og 15 MHz.
3. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor styresystemet omfatter en processor, som er indrettet til at udføre en algoritme, der kan konvertere data fra sondesystemet, og til at vise et tredimensionalt billede af regionen af interesse på visningssystemet (208).
4. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor bevægelsesmekanismen omfatter mindst én anordning fra gruppen bestående af et accelerometer, en koder og en positions-/orienteringsenhed.
5. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor billeddannelses-elementet og behandlings-elementet er integreret i et enkelt billeddannelses- og behandlingstransducer-element med dobbeltfunktion.
6. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som yderligere omfatter et hjælpe-billeddannelses-apparat (1272), et behandlingsmonitorerings-apparat (1274) og et sekundært behandlingssystem (1276).
7. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge krav 6, hvor hjælpe-billeddannelses-apparatet (1272) omfatter mindst én af en fotografisk enhed og en optisk modalitet.
8. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor sondesystemet (204) er indrettet til målrettet afgivelse af den ablative ultralydsenergi (220) for at forårsage varmeskade på en del af mindst én af hud (210), dermis (212), muskelfascie (216) og fedtvæv (214) foruden SMAS-laget (216) for at ødelægge væv og forårsage krympning af SMAS-laget (216) i forbindelse med en hvilken som helst af en ansigtsløftning, behandling af fotoældet væv, behandling af kraftig sveddannelse, behandling af hyperhidrose, behandling af svedkirtler, behandling af acneog behandling af talgkirtler.
9. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som yderligere omfatter et vævsparameter-monitorerende system, der er koblet til styresystemet (202).
10. Ultralydsbehandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den målrettede afgivelse af ablativ energi (220) sker til en fast dybde på op til 5 mm underen hudoverflade (210).
