Claims (14)
- 超音波信号を対象体に送信して前記対象体から反射された超音波信号を受信するための変換素子アレイと、
前記変換素子アレイを取り囲む複数のメンブレンとを備え、
前記複数のメンブレンは互いに異なる物質から形成され且つ異なる厚さを有する少なくとも二層以上のメンブレンを備えることを特徴とする超音波診断用プローブ。 - 前記複数のメンブレンそれぞれの厚さは、実質的に、前記各メンブレンにおいて超音波信号波長の1/4になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断用プローブ。
- 前記複数のメンブレンは、前記変換素子アレイに対向する内側メンブレンと前記対象体に対向する外側メンブレンを備え、前記内側メンブレンのインピーダンス値が前記外側メンブレンのインピーダンス値より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断用プローブ。
- 前記複数のメンブレンは、整合層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断用プローブ。
- 前記複数のメンブレンのうちのいずれか一層は、遮蔽層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断用プローブ。
- 前記遮蔽層は、導電性元素を含有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の超音波診断用プローブ。
- 前記導電性元素は、Ag、Cu、Au、Al、Mg、Zn、Pt、Fe、Pbから成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超音波診断用プローブ。
- 超音波信号をスキャンするプローブと、
前記プローブから提供された超音波信号に基づいて超音波映像を生成するプロセッサと、
前記生成された超音波映像をディスプレイするディスプレイ部とを備え、
前記プローブは、前記超音波信号を対象体に送信し、前記対象体から反射された超音波信号を受信する変換素子アレイと、前記変換素子アレイを取り囲む複数のメンブレンを備え、前記複数のメンブレンは互いに異なる物質から形成され且つ異なる厚さを有する少なくとも二層以上のメンブレンを備えることを特徴とする超音波診断システム。 - 前記複数のメンブレンそれぞれの厚さは、実質的に、前記各メンブレンにおいて超音波信号波長の1/4になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超音波診断システム。
- 前記複数のメンブレンは、前記変換素子アレイに対向する内側メンブレンと前記対象体に対向する外側メンブレンを備え、前記内側メンブレンのインピーダンス値が前記外側メンブレンのインピーダンス値より大きいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超音波診断システム。
- 前記複数のメンブレンは、整合層であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超音波診断システム。
- 前記複数のメンブレンのうちのいずれか一層は、遮蔽層であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超音波診断システム。
- 前記遮蔽層は、導電性元素を含有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の超音波診断システム。
- 前記導電性元素は、Ag、Cu、Au、Al、Mg、Zn、Pt、Fe、Pbから成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の超音波診断システム。
