一度、一つ以上のトランスデューサーが選択されると、ユーザは、それから治療プロトコルを計画するために関心領域を画像化する。関心領域を画像化することにより、ユーザは、高解像度で関心領域を画像化するために、同じ治療トランスデューサープローブおよび/または一つ以上の追加のトランスデューサーを使用してよい。ある実施形態において、トランスデューサーは、大規模な関心領域に対する正確な画像化を可能にするために、大規模な関心領域に対して高速画像化を容易にするよう構成されてよい。他の実施形態において、超音波画像はドップラー流量監視器および/またはカラー流量監視器の使用を含む。さらに、MRI、X線、PET、赤外またはその他など、画像化の他の手段は、関心領域の表面組織および血管組織の画像化およびフィードバックのために個別または併用して使用されてよい。
血管障害を治療するための他の例示的な実施形態において、超音波エネルギーは、血管内の閉塞の焼灼を容易にするために選択的な深度で伝達されてよい。超音波エネルギーの蓄積は、好ましくは選択可能であるが、深度が最大70mmで、直径が3〜20mmの範囲の皮膚組織の表面に制限されるものではない。ある位置で超音波源を伝達するために使用される電気は、例えば、約5W〜約200Wの範囲で、対応する音源の周波数は、約2MHz〜約20MHzの範囲であってよい。閉塞の治療は、関心領域の血流を増大しない場合、例示的なトランスデューサーシステムは、さらに閉塞を焼灼するために使用されてよい。

Claims (34)
- 非侵襲性乳房固定術用に構成された超音波システムであって、
該超音波治療システムの制御用に構成された制御システムと、
該制御システムと結合された画像システムであって、該画像システムは関心領域の画像用に構成され、該関心領域はクーパー靭帯を含む画像システムと、
乳房固定術を容易にするために該関心領域内に均一な損傷を形成するように構成された超音波プローブであって、該制御システムおよび該プローブは該均一な損傷を形成するための空間的および時間的制御用に構成され、該プローブは約1MHzから約15MHzの周波数範囲で作動するよう構成される超音波プローブと、
を備える超音波システム。 - 前記超音波プローブは、前記均一な損傷を形成するための空間的および時間的制御用にさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記超音波プローブは、トランスデューサーを含み、前記トランスデューサーは、曲線アレイ、環状アレイ、直線アレイおよび平面アレイのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。

関心領域内に均一な損傷を形成するよう構成された超音波プローブであって、該関心領域は、セルライト治療を容易にするために、真皮の底部、脂肪小葉の該真皮への近位突起および皮下層のうちの少なくとも一つを含む超音波プローブと、
