- 1. A steht vorzugsweise für Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen, besonders
Phenaethyl, oder für einen Rest RCO-. Ganz besonders bevorzugt steht A
für RCO-.
- 1.1. R bedeutet vorzugsweise Alkyl mit 1 bis 11 C-Atomen oder Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen, besonders Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen, ganz besonders Phenaethyl, oder RCO- hat die Bedeutung a), b) oder c).
- 1.2. Falls RCO- die Bedeutung a), b) oder c) hat, sind die α-Aminogruppe der Aminosäurereste a) und b) und die N-terminale Aminogruppe des Dipeptidrestes c) vorzugsweise nicht alkyliert oder durch Alkyl mit 1 bis 12, besonders 1 bis 8 C-Atomen monoalkyliert, ganz bevorzugt monomethyliert. Ganz besonders ist die N-terminale Aminogruppe nicht alkyliert.
- 1.3. Falls RCO- die Bedeutung a) hat, steht es vorzugsweise für einen gegebenenfalls durch Alkyl mit 1 bis 12 C-Atomen alkylierten L- oder D-Phenylalanin- oder -Tyrosinrest. Vorzugsweise steht RCO- für einen L- oder D-Phenylalaninrest oder einen L- oder D-N-(C1-8Alkyl-Phenylalaninrest, besonders für einen D-Phenylalaninrest oder D-N-(C1-8Alkyl)-Phenylalaninrest, ganz besonders für einen D-Phenylalanin- oder D-(N-Methyl)-Phenylalaninrest.
- 1.4. Falls RCO- die Bedeutung b) oder c) hat, ist es vorzugsweise ein lipophiler Rest. Bevorzugte Bedeutungen für b) sind α-Aminosäurereste mit Seitenkette, z. B. Leucin- und Norleucinreste, wobei diese Reste die L- oder D-Konfiguration haben können. Bevorzugte Bedeutungen für c) sind Dipeptidreste, worin die einzelnen Aminosäurereste identisch oder verschieden sein können und eine Bedeutung wie oben für b) und c) als bevorzugt angegeben haben.
- 1.5. RCO- hat ganz besonders eine Bedeutung wie oben unter a) definiert, speziell die bevorzugten Bedeutungen von a).
- 2. B ist vorzugsweise B′, wobei B′ Phe oder Tyr ist.
- 3. C ist vorzugsweise C′, wobei C′ (D)Trp ist.
- 4. D ist vorzugsweise D′, wobei D′ Lys, MeLys, Lys(εMe), besonders Lys bedeutet.
- 5. E ist vorzugsweise E′, wobei E′ für den Rest einer natürlichen a-Aminosäure verschieden von Val steht. E′ ist vorzugsweise Thr.
- 6. F ist vorzugsweise F′, wobei F′ einen Rest der Formel
besonders
(R₁₁ = H oder CH₃)
bedeutet. Der Rest -CH(R₁₃)-X₁ liegt vorzugsweise in der L-Form vor. Vorzugsweise hat F′ eine andere Bedeutung als ThrNH₂ wenn E′ Thr ist.- 6.1. R₁₁ ist vorzugsweise Wasserstoff.
- 6.2. Als an das α-Kohlenstoffatom einer Aminosäure gebundene Substituent, beispielsweise wie H₂N-CH(R₁₃)-COOH, bedeutet R₁₃ vorzugsweise -CH₂OH, -(CH₂)₂-OH, -(CH₂)₃-OH, -CH(CH₃)OH, Isobutyl oder Benzyl, besonders -CH₂OH oder -CH(CH₃)OH.
- 6.3. X₁ ist vorzugsweise eine Gruppe der Formel oder -CH₂OR₁₀, insbesondere -CH₂OR₁₀, wobei R₁₀ vorzugsweise Wasserstoff ist oder eine Bedeutung wie unten unter 7. definiert, hat. R₁₀ bedeutet ganz bevorzugt Wasserstoff.
- 7. Als Rest eines physiologisch annehmbaren, physiologisch hydrolysierbaren Esters, steht R₁₀ vorzugsweise für HCO, Alkylcarbonyl mit 2 bis 12 C-Atomen, Phenylalkylcarbonyl mit 8 bis 12 C-Atomen oder Benzoyl.
- 8. Die in Stellung 2 und 7 stehenden Reste haben vorzugsweise die L-Konfiguration.
- 9. Y₁ und Y₂ stehen normalerweise zusammen für eine Bindung. Eine ganz bevorzugte Verbindung der Formel IV ist die Verbindung IVa auch Octreotid genannt.

- - Patientinnen, bei welchen das einzige Diagnosekriterium für Brustkrebs auf biologischen Modifikationen beruht
- - Patientinnen mit einer embryonalen Karzinomantigenpathologie
- - Patientinnen mit Ascites, Pleuraerguß, Lungenkarzinomlymphangitis, oder Knochenbestimmung als einziges metastatisches Symptom,
- - Patientinnen, welche für ein einziges Schußziel mit Strahlen weniger als acht Wochen vor der Aufnahme in die Studie behandelt wurden; jedoch können diese Patientinnen einbezogen werden, wenn eine Weiterentwicklung während dieser Zeit bewiesen werden kann,
- - Patientinnen mit einer einzigen Hirnbestimmung
- - Patientinnen, welche einen anderen bösartigen Tumor, mit Ausnahme eines Karzinoms in situ im Cervix uteri oder eines Spino- oder basalen Hautzellenkrebses, aufweisen, und
- - Patientinnen, welche nicht regelmäßig zur Konsultation kommen können.
- a) 1,6-Dimethyl-8α-(N,N-dimethylsulfamoylamino)-ergolin I (auch unter dem Namen Mesulergin bekannt)
- b) 6-n-Propyl-8α-(N,N-diaethylsulfamoylamino)-ergolin I oder N,N-Diaethyl-N′-(6-propylergolin-8α-yl)sulfamid, vorzugsweise in Form des Chlorhydrats, auch als CPQ bekannt (hier als Verbindung C bezeichnet)
- c) N,N-Diaethyl-N′-[(8a-1-aethyl-6-methyl-ergolin-8-yl]-sulfamid, vorzugsweise in Form des Chlorhydrats.
- i) 3-(9,20-Didehydro-6-methyl-ergolin-8α-yl)-1,1-diaethyl-harnstoff (auch unter dem Namen Lisurid bekannt, vorzugsweise als Hydrogenmaleat eingesetzt)

Als Beispiele können 2-Bromergurid, oder 2-Bromolisurid, vorzugsweise als Chlorhydrat, genannt werden
- vi) Metergolin, auch als (+)-N-(Carboxy)-1-methyl-9,10-dihydrolysergaminbenzylester bekannt,
- vii) Dosergosid, auch als N-(1S,2R,3E)-2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)- 3-heptadecanyl)-6-methylergolin-8β-carboxamid,
- viii) FCE-21 336, auch unter der Bezeichnung von 1-Aethyl-3-(3′-dimethyl aminopropyl)-3-(6-alkyl-ergolin-8′-beta-carbonyl)-harnstoff bekannt, vorzugsweise als Diphosphat eingesetzt,
- ix) GYKI-32 887, auch unter der Bezeichnung von 6-Methyl-8-(N-mesyl-N-2-azidoaethyl)ergolen bekannt, vorzugsweise als Bimaleat eingesetzt, beispielsweise wie in USP 42 99 836 beschrieben.
- a) die Anwendung eines Somatostatinanalogons der Formeln I bis III, der Formel IV worin B die Bedeutung von B′, C diejenige von C′, D diejenige von D′, E diejenige von E′, F diejenige von F′ hat und A, A′, Y₁ und Y₂ jeweils eine Bedeutung wie oben definiert haben und ihre Zucker-modifizierten Derivate, vorzugsweise diejenigen, die durch eine Amadori- oder Heyms-Umlagerung aus einem natürlichen oder einem synthetisch zugänglichen Monosaccharid, Disaccharid oder Oligasaccharid erhältlich sind, und der Formeln V bis VIII, in freier Form oder in einer pharmazeutisch akzeptablen Salz- bzw. Komplexform, zur Behandlung des Brustkrebs, beispielsweise von hormonabhängigen oder -unabhängigen Brustkarzinomen und/oder Brusttumoren mit Somatostatinrezeptoren; und/oder
- b) die Anwendung eines Somatostatinanalogons wie oben in a) definiert, zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels für die Brustkrebsbehandlung, besonders eines parenteralen oder peroralen Präparates, beispielsweise ein Präparat für sub-kutane Injektion; und/oder
- c) eine Methode zur Behandlung von Brustkrebs bei einer Patientin, die eine solche Behandlung benötigt, welche die Verabreichung einer therapeutisch wirksamen Menge eines Somatostatinanalogons wie unter a) definiert an der genannten Patientin umfaßt; und/oder
- d) eine Methode zur Behandlung von Brustkrebs wie oben in c) definiert, wobei ein Dopaminagonist in Kombination mit dem Somatostatinanalogon verabreicht wird.
Claims (8)

b) den Rest einer anderen als oben unter a) definierten natürlichen α-Aminosäure oder einer entsprechenden D-Aminosäure, oder
c) einen Dipeptidrest, worin die einzelnen Aminosäurereste gleich oder verschieden sind und aus den oben unter a) und/oder b) definierten Resten ausgewählt werden, bedeuten, wobei die α-Aminogruppe der Aminosäurereste a) und b) und die N-terminale Aminogruppe des Dipeptidrestes c) gegebenenfalls durch Alkyl mit 1 bis 12 C-Atomen mono- oder di-alkyliert sind, A′für Wasserstoff oder, falls A Alkyl mit 1 bis 12 C-Atomen oder Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen bedeutet, auch für Alkyl mit 1 bis 12 C-Atomen oder Phenylalkyl mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen steht, Y₁ und Y₂unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff, oder worin m eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4
