Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von fungiziden pharmazeutischen Praeparaten, bei dem ein oder mehrere I-substituierte 3-Cycloalkylsulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel I oder Salze dieser Derivate mit pharmazeutisch ueblichen Streckmitteln, Verduennungsmitteln, Stabilisierungsmitteln, Aroma- und Geschmacksstoffen,Loesungsmitteln und/oder anderen Formulierungsmitteln vermischt werden. In Formel I bedeuten A: eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 5 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, R: Wasserstoff, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Phenylgruppe oder eine Phenyl-(C tief 1-4 -Alkyl)-Gruppe. Die beiden letztgenannten Gruppen koennen durch folgende Gruppen substituiert sein. C tief 1-4 -Alkyl, Nitro, Hydroxy, Carboxy, Sulfo, Alkoxy, C tief 1-4 -Acyloxy, C tief 2-5 -Alkoxycarbonyl, C tief 1-4 -Acyl, Halogen, N-(C tief 2-5 -Alkoxycarbonyl)-sulfonyl-amino.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von fungiziden pharmazeutischen Präparaten
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von tungiziden pharmazeutischen Präparaten.
Es ist bekannt, daß N-(3,5-Dihalogenphenyl)-3(,4)-(di) substituierte-pyrroiidin-2,5-dion-Derivate antimikrobiell Wirkung aufweisen (ZA-PS 701 624).
Verbindungen ahnlicher Struktur, aber N-(2,6-di-substituierte-Pheny1)-3-substiuierte-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivate sind auch in DE-ÜS 2 143 601 beschrieben.
Diese Verbindungen zeigen ebenfalls eine antimikrobiell Wirkung.
Die N-Aryl-maleinimide und Phenylsultonsaure werden in einer Additionsreaktion umgesetzt (Bull, of the ehem. Soc. of Oapan 4£ (12), 3675-3677 /1975/). In dem Artikel wird nur die Reaktion und nicht die Verwendbarkeit der Verbindungen beschrieben.
Die Mikroben werden nach einer Zeit gegenüber den eingesetzten Wirkstoffen resistent, und es wird nach immer neuen antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffen gesucht.
Mit der E findung soll ein Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer fungizider pharmazeutischer Präparate bereigestellt werden.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dato die neuen l-substituierten-3-Cycloalkyl-suifonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel 1 eine antimikrobieile, vor allem fungizide Wirkung aufweisen und zwar auch gegen solche Mikroorganismen, die gegenüber den üblichen fungiziden Wirkstoffen bereits resistent geworden sind.
In der Formel i Dedeuten
A: eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 5 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen
R: Wasserstoff, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Phenylgruppe oder eine Phenyl-(C-, ,-Alkyl)-Gruppe.
Die beiden letztgenannten Gruppen können durch folgende Gruppen substituiert sein:
eine oder mehrere C-, _ .-Alkylgruppen , eine Nitrogruppe, eine Carboxylgruppe, eine Suflogruppe, eine SuIfonylaminogruppe mit 1 bis
Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxycarbonylgruppe mit 2 bis 5
Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Acylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine Gruppe der Formel N-(C2 ^-Alkoxycarbonyl)-sulfonamino.
Die genannten Derivate weisen starke fungizide Eigenschaften auf und sind sowohl in der Humanmedizin als auch Phytopathologie zur Bekämpfung von durch Pilze verursachten Erkrankungen geeignet.
Erfindunqsgemäß werden ein oder mehrere 1-substituierte 3-Cycloalkylsulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel I, worin A und R wie oben definiert sind, oder Salze derselben als Wirkstoff mit pharmazeutisch üblichen Streckmitteln, Verdünnungsmitteln, Stabilisierungsmitteln, Aroma- und Geschmacksstoffen, Lösungsmitteln und/oder anderen Formulierungsmitteln vermischt.
Die Herstellung der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I ist in der prioritätsgerechten Patentanmeldung AP C 07 C / 222 669 beschrieben.
Die fungizide Wirkung der neuen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I wurde wie folgt untersucht:
Sabouraud-Nährboden wurde mit einer Keimzahl von 10 /ml inokuliert, und die Sproßpilze wurden nach 24, 48, 72, 144 bzw. 288 Stunden untersucht, wonach die minimalen Hemmungskonzentrationen bestimmt wurden. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse sind in den Tabellen I und II zusammengefaßt.

Bei intraperitonaler Verabreichung ist der LD1-. -Wert des N-Phenyl-3-cyclohexyl-suIfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dione bei weiblichen Mäusen 382 mg/kg und bei männlichen Mäusen: 461 mg/kg.
Die Verbindungen zeigten per os keine toxischen Eigenschaften .

Die angegebenen minimalen Hemmungskonzentrationen hemmten das Wachstum der Mikroorganismen vollkommen. Als Nährboden wurde Sabourod-Nährboden verwendet.
l-(p-Tolyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion und 1-Phenyl-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion zeigten eine Wirkung auch gegen die folgenden phytopathogenen Pilzarten: Botrytis cinerea, Ascexhyta pisi, Carocosporan beticola, Taphrina deformans, Phytophtora infestanz, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Verticillium alsoatrum, Verticillium dahliae und Venturia.
Als feste erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Präparate werden Tabletten, Kapseln, Dragees, Pulver und Pillen erwähnt. Die Tabletten können gegebenenfalls geteilt werden.
Der Oberzug der Dragees und die Kapseln können entsprechend dem Wirkatoff gehalt gegebenenfalls mit einem Farbencod versehen werden.
Flüssige Präparate können in Form von Flüssigkeiten zum Pinseln, für Umschläge, Spitzbrühen, Beizmittel und Infektionspräparate bzw. in Form von Aerosol-Präparaten vorliegen Als halbflüssige Präparate können Salben, Pasten oder Cremes hergestellt werden.
In den nachstehenden Beispielen werden die Herstellung der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I und die Herstellung der die Verbindungen der Formel I enthaltenden fungiziden Mittel ausführlicher beschrieben, ohne dadurch den Schutzumfang der Erfindung zu beschränken.

Beispiel 1 3-Cyclohexyl-suIfony1-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion
In einem Gemisch aus 15 ml Eisessig und 15 ml Essigsäureanhydrid werden 3,19 g (0,015 Mol) 3-Cyclohexylthio-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion suspendiert. Zur Suspension werden unter Rühren und Kühlen mit Eis-Wasser 7,2 ml (0,075 Mol) einer 30 %igen Wasserstoffperoxyd-Lösung tropfenweise zugegeben, woraufhin das System bis zur vollkommenen Auflösung bei Raumtemperatjr gerührt wird. Die Lösung wird dann auf 0 bis 5°C gekühlt und bei dieser Temperatur 5 Stunden lang gerührt. Das Gemisch wird über Nacht stehen gelassen und auf Brucheis gegossen. Der ausgeschiedene Stoff wird filtriert und die Säure durch Waschen mit Wasser entfernt. Man erhält 2,6 g (71,0 %) des Titelproduktes. Schmp.: 159 bis 16O°C. Nach Umkristallisieren aus Wasser schmilzt das Produkt bei 160 bis 162°C.
Minimale Hemmungskonzentration der Verbindung bei Trichophyton mentagrophytes: 50 ,ug/ml, bei Epidermophyten floccosum: 25 ,ug/ml.
1-Phenyl-3-cyclohexyl-suIfony1-pyrrolidin- -2,5-dion
In einem Gemisch von 10 ml Eisessig und 10 ml Essigsäureanhydrid werden 2,89 g (0,01 Mol) l-Phenyl-3-cyclohexylthio-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion suspendiert. Eine 30 %±ge Lösung von 4,8 ml (0,05 Mol) Wasserstoffperoxyd wird unter Rühren und Kühlen mit Eis-Wasser derSuspension tropfenweise zugefügt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird durch äußere Kühlung bis zur vollkommenen Auflösung bei Raumtemperatur gehalten und unter Kühlen mit Eis-Wasser 5 Stunden lang gerührt. Nach

eintägigem Stehen wird das ausgeschiedene Produkt filtriert und die Säure durch Waschen mit Wasser entfernt. Man erhält 3,18 g (99 %) des Titelproduktes. Schmp.: 149 bis 151°C.
Beispiel 3 1-Pheny1-3-eye1ohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2 .5-dion
Eine Lösung von 0,296 g (0,002 Mol) Cyclohexyl-sulfinsäure in 100 ml Wasser wird bei 15°C unter Rühren zu einer Lösung von 0,346 g (0,002 Mol) l-Phenyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion in 100 ml Äthanol gegeben. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird dann bei 150C 10 Stunden lang gerührt. Das ausgeschiedene Produkt wird filtriert und mit Wasser gewaschen. Man erhält 0,476 g (74 %) der Titelverbindung. Schmp.: 149 bis 151°C.
Beispiel 4 1-Phenyl-3-eyelohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2 ,5-dion
Zu einer Lösung von.2,54 g (0,01 Mol) l-Phenyl-3-brom-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion in 50 ml Dimethylformamid wird bei 300C eine Lösung von 1,7 g (0,01 Mol) Natrium-cyclohexyl-sulfinat unter Rühren gegeben. Das Gemisch wird noch 2 Stunden lang bei dieser Temperatur gerührt und das Reaktionsgemisch mit Wasser auf das zehnfache Volumen verdünnt und die ausgeschiedene Titelverbindung abfiltriert. Nach Waschen und Trocknen erhält man 2,63 g (82 %) Titelverbindung. Schmp.: 148 bis 151°C.

Beispiel 5 1-Phenyl-2-cyclohexyl-suIfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion
3,39 g (0,01 MoI) 2-Cyclohexyl-sulfопуі-Д-рпепуіатіпо-Д- -oxo-butansäure werden in einem Gemisch von 20 ml Essigsäureanhydrid und 0,82 g (0,01 Mol) wasserfreiem Natriumacetat gelöst. Die Lösung wird eine Stunde bei 1000C erhitzt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird dann auf Brucheis gegossen, die ausgeschiedene Titelverbindung wird abfiltriert und die Säure durch Waschen mit Wasser entfernt. Man erhält 2,76 g (86 %) der Titelverbindung. Schmp.: 149 bis 1510C. Nach Umkristallisieren aus Methanol schmilzt das Produkt bei 150 bis 152°C.
Minimale Hemmungskonzentration bei Trichophyton mentagrophytes: 2,5 ,ug/ml. Bei Epidermophyton floccosum: 1,0,ug/ml
Beispiel б l-(p-Tolyl)-3-cyclohexyl-suIfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion
4,54 g (0,015 Mol) !-(p-TolylJ-S-cyclohexylthio-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion werden in einem Gemisch von 15 ml Eisessig und ml Essigsäureanhydrid suspendiert, und unter Rühren und Kühlen mit Eis-Wasser wird eine 30 %ige Lösung von 7,2 ml (0,075 Mol) Wasserstoffperoxyd zugetropft. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird bis zur völligen Auflösung bei Raumteperatur gehalten und mit Eis-Wasser auf 0 bis 5°C gekühlt und bei dieser Temperatur 5 Stunden lang gerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird über Nacht stehen gelassen. Das ausgeschiedene Produkt wird filtriert und mit Wasser säurefrei gewaschen. Man erhält 4,84 g (97 %) der Titelverbindung. Schmß.: 166 bis 168 C. Nach Umkristallisieren aus Methanol Schmp.; 170 bis 1710C.

l-(3-Acetoxy-4-methoxycarbonyl-phenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-
-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2>5-dion
4,05 g (0,01 Mol) l-(3-Acetoxy-4-methoxycarbonyl-phenyl)- -3-cyclohexylthio-pyггolidin-2,5-dion werden in einem Gemisch aus 10 ml Eisessig und 10 ml Essigsäureanhydrid suspendiert. Man tropft unter Rühren und Kühlen eine 30 %±ge Lösung von 4,8 ml (0,05 Mol) Wasserstoffperoxyd zu. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird bie zum völligen Auflösen bei Raumtemperatur gerührt, und das Rühren wird dann unter Kühlen mit Eis-V/asser noch weitere 5 Stunden fortgesetzt. Die reine Lösung wird über Nacht stehen gelassen und auf Eis gegossen. Das ausgeschiedene Produkt wird abfiltriert und mit Wasser säurefrei gewaschen. Man erhält 3,8 g (87 %) der Titelverbindung. Schmp.: 174 bis 176 C. Nach Umkristallisieren aus Methanol schmilzt das Produkt bei 177 bis 178°C.
Minimale Hemmungskonzentration bei Trichophyton mentagrophytes: 2,5,ид/т1. Epidermophyton floccosum: lO,ug/ml.

l-(3-Acetoxy-4-carboxy-phenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl- -pyrrolidin-2,5-dion
Man löst 8,24 g (0,03 Mol) l-(3-Acetoxy-4-cyrboxy-phenyl)- -pyrrolin-2,5-dion in 80 ml Dioxan und gibt 3,6 ml (0,03 Mol) Cyclohexanthiol zu. Man tropft noch 2 Tropfen Triäthylamin-Katalysator zum Reaktionsgemisch, und das Gemisch

wird 4 Stunden lang bei 80 bis 900C gehalten. Das Lösungsmittel wird in Vacuum eingeengt. Als Rückstand erhält man ein öliges l-(3-Acetoxy-4-carboxy-phenyl)-3-cyclohexylthio-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion. Das erhaltene Produkt wird in einem Gemisch von 30 ml Eisessig und 30 ml Essigsäureanhydrid gelöst, und man tropft unter Kühlen mit Eis-Wasser und unter Rühren eine 30 %ige Lösung von 14,4 ml (0,15 Mol) Wasserstoffperoxyd zu. Man hört mit dem Kühlen auf und läßt sich das Reaktionsgemisch auf 30°C erwärmen. Das Gemisch wird mit Eis-Wasser dann wieder auf 0 bis 5 C abgekühlt und bei einer Temperatur 5 Stunden lang gerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird über Nacht stehen gelassen. Die reine Lösung wird am folgenden Tag auf Eis-Wasser gegossen, und das ausgeschiedene Produkt wird abfiltriert und mit Wasser säurefrei gewaschen. Man erhält 6,7 g der Titelverbindung. Schmp.: 155 bis 158°C, Ausbeute: 52,9 %.
Schmelzpunkt nach Umkristallisieren aus 50 % Äthanol: 160 bis 161°C.
Die folgenden Verbindungen können nach den obigen Verfahren hergestellt werden:
l-Ethyl-3-cyclohexyl-sulfony1-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, Ausbeute: 47,6 %, Schmp.: 118 bis 12O°C> 1-n-Hexy1-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, Ausbeute: 39,8 %, Schmp.: 127 bis 13O°C.
l-(2-Chlorphenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5- -dion, Ausbeute: 71,4 %, Schmp.: 153 bis 155°C.
1-(3-Nitrophenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5- -dion, Ausbeute: 92 %, Schmp.: 145 bis 146°C.
l-(4-Acetoxyphenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-
-dion, Ausbeute: 79,1 %, Schmp.: 203 bis 206°C.
1-(4-SuIfony1am inо-phenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrroli-
din-2,5-dion, Ausbeute: 71,8 %, Schmp.: 208 bis 21O°C.

1-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin- -2,5-dion, Ausbeute: 85,7 %. Schmp.: 139 bis 14O°C. l-^~4-(N-Äthoxycarbonyl-suIfonylamino)-pfoenyl/-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolid:Ln-2,5-dion , Ausbeute: 42,6 %, Schmp. : 115 bis 1180C.
l-Benzyl-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion , Ausbeute: 84 %, Schmp.: 160 bis 162°C. 1-Phenyl-3-cyclopentyl-suIfonyl-руггоlidin-2,5-dion, Ausbeute: 60,2 %, Schmp.: 158 bis 1590C (aus Äthanol auskristallisiert) ,
l-(p-Tolyl)-3-cyclopentyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion , Ausbeute: 86,1 %, Schmp.: 178 bis 1800C (aus Äthanol auskristallisiert,
l-(p-Sulfо-phenyl)-3-сус1ohexyl-sulfony!-pyrrolidin-2,5- -dion, Ausbeute: 56,2 % Schmp.: 230 bis 23б°С, l-(4-Methyl-2-sulfо-phenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2, 5-dion , Ausbeute: 53,1 %, Schmp.: 244 bis 247°C, l-(3 ^-Dihydroxy-phenylJ-S-cyclohexyl-sulfony1-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, Ausbeute: 91,8 %, Schmp.: 186 bis 1880C, 1-(4-Methyl-3-carboxy-phenyl)-3-сусlohexyl-sulfonyl-ругrolidin-2,5-dion, Ausbeute: 46,7 %, Schmp.: 184 bis 188°C, l-(4-Methyl-2-hydroxyraethyl-phenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, Ausbeute: 86,2 %, Schmp.: 174 bis 1770C.
Die Herstellung der fungiziden Mittel wird nachstehend beschrieben :
Beispiel a Salbe
In einer Rührmaschine wird aus den folgenden Komponenten ein homogenes Gemisch hergestellt:
Wirkstoff der allgemeinen Formel I 2,0 g
Propyl-(p-hydroxy-benzoat) 0,06 g

Methyl-(p-hydroxy-benzoat) 0,14 g
kristallines Magnesium-sulphat 0,30 g
weißer Wachs (Сага alba) 1,00 g
Glycerin 5,00 g
Miglyol 812х 8,00 g
flüssiges Paraffin 8,00 g
Dehymuls Fx 8,00 g
Cetiol Vх 10,00 g
weißes Vaselin 10,00 g
destilliertes Wasser 100,00 g
Die erhaltene Salbe wird in Teigen oder Tuben gefüllt.
Die mit x bezeichneten Stoffe haben die folgende chemische Zusammensetzung:
Miglyol 812: Ein Gemisch von Estern von Fettsäuren mit 8 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen und Glycerin. Es ist ein Zusatzstoff, der die Homogenisierung der Komponenten erleichtert
Hersteller: Chemische Werke Witten GmbH, Witten BRD.
Cetiol V: Deciloleat, Hersteller: Dehydat, Düsseldorf
BRD.
Dehymuls F: Aliphatisches Estergemisch, Emulgator, Bersteller: Dehydag, Düsseldorf, BRD.
Talkum
Ein homogenes Pulvergemisch wird auf den untenstehend angegebenen feinen Pulvern hergestellt:
Wirkstoff der allgemeinen Formel I 2,00 g
kolloides Silziurndioxyd 1,00 g
Magnesium-stearat 1,00 g
Zinkoxyd 2,00 g

weißer Ton 5,00 g
Magnesiumcarbonat 10,00 g
Talkum 79,00 g
Das Pulvergemisch wird in Streudosen gefüllt.
Beispiel с Aerosol-Präparat Ein Gemisch wird aus den folgenden Stoffen hergestellt:
Wirkstoff der allgemeinen Formel I 0,80 g
abs. Alkohol 11,00 g
Miglyol 812 12,00 g
Methylenchlorid 17,60 g
Das Gemisch wird in Aerosolflaschen gefüllt. Die Flaschen werden mit einem Speiseventil versehen und mit Aerosoltreibgas, z.B. halogeniertem Kohlenwasserstoffgemisch gefüllt.
Mit den Präparaten a) - c) wurde der Hemmungstest wiederholt. l-(p-Tolyl)-3-cyclohexylsulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion wurde geprüft und die folgenden Ergebnisse wurden erhalten

Claims (2)
- ErfindungsanspruchR für Wasserstoff, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis б Kohlenstoffatomen, eine gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Nitro-, Hydroxy-, Carboxy-, SuIfо- oder SuIfonylaminogruppe oder eine Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Acyloxygruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxycarbonylgruppe mit 2 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Acylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder durch N-(Cp_5-Alkoxycarbonyl)-sulfonyl-amino substituierte Phenyl- oder Phenyl-(C-, . Alkyl)-Gruppe steht, oder Salze dieser Derivate als Wirkstoff mit pharmazeutisch üblichen Streckmitteln, Verdünnungsmitteln, Stabilisierungsmitteln, Aroma- und Geschmacksstoffen, Lösungsmitteln und/oder anderen Formulierungsmitteln vermischt.
- 2. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß man als Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I1-Pheny1-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, 3-Cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrölidin-2,5-dion, 1-(ρ-ToIу1)-3-cyclohexy1-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, l-(3-Acetoxy-4-carboxy-phenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl- -pyrrolidin-2,5-dion,1-Äthy1-3-cyclohexy1-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, 1-n-Hexyl-3-cyс1ohexy1-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, 1-(2-ChIorpheny1)-3-cyclohexy1-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5- -dion ,l-(3-Nitrophenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5- -dion,l-(4-Acetylphenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfony1-pyrrolidin- -2,5-dion,l-(4-Sulfonylamino-phenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-suIfonyl-pyrrolidin^,5-dion ,l-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-3-cyc1ohexy1-suIfony1-pyrrolidin- -2,5-dion,l-/~4-(N-Athoxycarbony1-suIfonylamino)-phenyl/-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, 1-Benzy1-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, 1-Phenyl-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, 1-Phenyl-3-eyelopentyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion, l-(p-Tolyl)-3-cyclopentyl-sulfonylpyrrolidin-2,5-dion, l-(p-Sulfophenyl)-3-cyclohexyl-suIfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5- -dion,1-(4-Methy1-2-su1fophenyl)-3-cyсlohexy1-sulfonyl-pyrrolodin-2,5-dion,1-(3,4-Dihydroxy-phenyl)-3-cyclohexy1-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion,l-(4-Methy1-3-carboxy-phenyl)-3-cyclohexy1-suIfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion oder1-(4-Methyl-2-hydroxymethy1-phenyl)-3-cyclohexy1-sulfonyl- -pyrrolidin-2,5-dion verwendet.
