Abstract
Fungizide Mittel enthalten neben ueblichen Hilfs- Stech- und Traegermitteln als Hauptwirkstoff zumindest ein 1-substituiertes 3-Cycloalkylsulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel I oder ein Salz eines derartigen Derivats. In Formel I bedeuten A eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 5 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, R Wasserstoff, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Phenylgruppe oder eine Phenyl-(C tief 1-4 -Alkyl)-Gruppe. Die beiden letztgenannten Gruppen koennen durch folgende Gruppen substituierte sein: eine oder mehrere Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Nitro-, Hydroxy-, Carboxy-, Sulfo-, Sulfonamino-, C tief 1-4 -Alkoxy-, C tief 1-4 -Acyloxy, C tief 2-5 -Alkoxycarbonyl-, C tief 1-4 -Acylgruppe, Halogen oder eine Gruppe der Formel N-(C tief 2-5 -Alkoxycarbonyl)-sulfonyl-amino.

Fungizide Mittel
Die Erfindung betrifft neuartige fungizide Mittel.
Es ist bereits eine große Anzahl von fungiziden Mitteln bekannt, die jedech nicht immer den gestellten Anforderungen entsprechen. Daher besteht nach wie vor ein Bedarf an neuen entsprechenden Mitteln.
Mit der Erfindung sollen neue fungizide Mittel bereitgestellt werden.
Erfindungsgemäß enthalten die neuen Mittel als Hauptwirkstoff neue 1-substituierte 3-Cycloalkyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin· -2,5-dion-Derivate oder doren Salze.
Die neuen Derivate sind durch die allgemeine Formel I definiert.
In der Formel I steht
A für eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 5 bis IO Kohlenstoffatomen,
R für Wasserstoff, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine gegebenenfalls durch eine oder mehrere Alkylgruppen 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, durch eine Nitro, Hydroxyl-, Carboxyl-, SuIfо- oder SuIfо-nylaminogruppe, durch Halogen, eine Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Acyloxygruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxycarbonylgruppe mit 2 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Acylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder durch N-(C2 ,^ 5~
Alkoxycarbonyl)-sulfonylamino substituierte Phenyl-(C-, bis
4~Alkyl)-gruppe.
Die neuen l-substituierten-S-Cycloalkyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin- -2,5-dion-Derivate weisen starke fungizide Eigenschaften auf und sind zur Bekämpfung von Pilzerkrankungen geeignet.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß N-(3#5-Dihalogenphenyl)-3(,4)-f'di)substituierte-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivate antimikrobielle Wirkungen aufweisen (ZA-PS 701 624).
Verbindungen ähnlicher Struktir, aber N-(2,6-di-substituierte-Phenyl)-3-substituierte-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivate, sind auch in DE-OS 2 143 601 beschrieben, die auch eine antimikrobielle Wirkung aufweisen.
Die N-Aryl-maleinimide und Phenylsulfonsäure werden in einer Additionsreaktion umgesetzt (Bull, of the Chem.
Soc. of Dapan 48 (12), 3675-3677 /1975/). In dem Artikel wird nut die Reaktion und nicht die Verwendbarkeit der Verbindungen beschrieben.
Die Mikroben werden nach einer Zeit gegenüber den eingesetzten Wirkstoffen resistent, und es wird nach immer neuen antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffen gesucht. Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen l-substituierte-3-Cycloalkyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel I eine antimikrobiell, vor allem eine fungizide Wirkung aufweisen und zwar auch gegen solche Mikroorganismen, die gegenüber den üblichen fungiziden Wirkstoffen bereits resistent geworden sind.
Die Herstellung der neuen Verbindungen der Formel I wird in der prioritätsgleichen Patentanmeldung AP C 07 C / 222 669 beschrieben.
Die fungizide Wirkung der neuen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I wurde folgenderweise untersucht:
Sabouraud-Nährboden wurde mit einer Keimzahl von 10 /ml inokuliert, und die Sproßpilze wurden nach einer Inkubationszeit von 24, 48, 72, 144 bzw. 288 Stunden untersucht, wonach die minimalen Hemmungskonzentrationen bestimmt wurden. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse sind in den Tabellen I und II zusammengefaßt.

Die angegebenen minimalen Hemmungskonzentrationen hemmten das Wachstum der Mikroorganismen vollkommen. Als Nährboden wurde Sabourod-Nährboden verwendet.
l-(p'Tolyl)-3-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion und l-Phenyl-cyclohexyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2#5-dion zeigten eine Wirkung auch gegen die folgenden phytopathogenen Pilz· arten: Botrytis cinerea, Ascochyta pisi, Carcospora beticola, Taphrina deformans, Phytophtora infestans, ScIerotinia sclerotiorum, Verticillium alsoatrum, Verticillium dahliae und Venturia.
Die neuen 1-substituierten 3-Cycloalkyl-sulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5-dion-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel I werden infolge ihrer starken fungiziden Wirkung als Wirkstoffe \/on fungiziden MittelnV/erwendet. Eine oder mehrere Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I v/erden erfindungsgemäß
mit den üblichen Streckmitteln, Verdünnungsmitteln, Stabilisierungsmitteln und/oder aromatisierenden Mitteln und/oder Formulierungshilfsstoffen vermischt· Es können feste, flüssige und halbflüssige Präparate hergestellt werden. Als feste Präparate werden Tabletten, Kapseln, Dragees, Pulver und Pillen hergestellt. Die Tabletten können gegebenenfalls geteilt werden.
Der Oberzug der Dragees und die Kapseln können entsprechend dem Wirkstoffgehalt gegebenenfalls mit einem Farbcode versehen werden.
Die flüssigen Präparate können in Form von Flüssigkeiten zum Bepinseln, für Umschläge, für Spitzbrühen, für Beizmittel und Infektionspräparate bzw. in Form von Aerosol-Präparaten vorliegen. Als halbflüssige Präparate können Salben, Pasten oder Chreraes hergestellt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel enthalten als Hauptwirkstoff 1 bis 80 % einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I oder eines Alzes derselben - worin R und A wie oben definiert sind - und 0 bis 20 % Kieselsäure, 0 bis 10 % eines oberflächenaktiven Mittels, 1 bis 20 % mineralen Füllstoff, 0 bis 5 % Schleimstoff, 0 bis 10 % Schutzkolloid, 0 bis 80 % Stärke, 0 bis 50 % Glycerin, 0 bis 15 % Wasser, 0 bis 99 % inertes, atoxisches organisches Lösungsmittel und о bis 60 % Aerosoltreibgas. Zumindest ein Hilfs- oder Streckstoff ist in dem Mittel enthalten.
In den nachstehenden Beispielen wird die Herstellung der die Verbindungen der Formel I enthaltenden fungiziden Mittel ausführlicher beschrieben, ohne dadurch den Schutzumfang der Erfindung zu beschränken.
In einer Rührmaschine wird aus den folgenden Komponenten ein homogenes Gemisch hergestellt:

flüssiges Paraffin 8,00 g
Dehyniuls F x 8,00 g
Cetioal V x 10,00 g
weißes Vaselin 10,00 g
destilliertes Wasser 100',OO g
Die erhaltene Salbe wird in Teigen oder Tuben gefüllt.
Bie mit x bezeichneten Stoffe haben die folgende chemische Zusammensetzung:
Miglyol 812: Ein Gemisch von Estern von Fettsäuren mit 8 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen und Glycerin. Es ist ein Zusatzstoff, der die Homogenisierung der Komponenten erleichtert. Hersteller: Chemische Werke Witten GmbH, Witten BRD.
Cetiol V: Decilileat, Hersteller: Dehydat, Düsseldorf, BRD.
Dehymulus F: Aliphatisches Estergemisch, Emulgator, Hersteller: Dehydag, Düsseldorf, BRD.
Beispiel 2 Talkum
Ein homogenes Pulvergemisch wird aus den untenstehend angegebenen feinen Pulvern hergestellt:

Beispiel 3 Aerosol-Präparat Ein Gemisch wird aus den folgenden Stoffen hergestellt:

Methylenchlorid 17,60 g
Oas Gemisch wird in Aerosolflaschen gefüllt. Die Flaschen werden mit einem Speiseventil versehen und mit Aerosoltreibgas, z.B. halogeniertem Kohlenwasserstoffgemisch gefüllt.
Mit den Präparaten 1 bis 3 wurde der Hemmungstest wiederholt . !-(p-TolylJ-S-cyclohexylsulfonyl-pyrrolidin-2,5- -dion wurde geprüft und die folgenden Ergebnisse wurden erhalten:
